A comprehensive synth module housing, transport and protection solution.
Notes: RackBrute 3U is a comprehensive Eurorack housing, transport, and protection solution. Featuring configurable positions, dependable power supply, and maximum practicality, you can be assured your precious modules will be well guarded.
Don't worry; your beloved modules are under heavy guard.
Modular gear is a precious commodity, and you need a versatile housing and security system to accommodate them. A first glance, you'll see that this is a perfectly fitted 3U, 88 HP case made of a light but strong aluminium chassis, fitted with wood side panels.
Deceptively simple, RackBrute is far more than a simple box. It includes many smart additions, such as the included +12V / -12V / +5V power supply that ensures that keeps everything up and running, and the multi-position handle system that not only lets you carry your collection with ease, but also lets you deploy an optimal operating angle, whatever your preference.
Ready for anything
Secure an unobstructed viewpoint over the theatre of operation, and hold the position 'til further orders.
In addition to keeping your modules safe and secure, RackBrute 3U gives you total control of the situation, no matter the context. The first of its secret weapons is the Link fastening system. Paired with the included handle, it will let you choose one of several configurations and orientations for your modular arsenal. Whether you want your gear stealthy and prone, or standing to attention, RackBrute is at your command.
The second trick up its sleeve is the stalwart, ever-reliable, power supply module. Including two independent circuits to supply common modular voltages, it will more than cover your need for +12V, -12V and +5V, providing up to 1600mA in total.
Thirdly, its robust power rail includes a sophisticated noise-filtering technology, and provides 20 standard slots to leave plenty of space for your collection.
Once you're powered, in position, and locked down, you'll feel like your modular rig could withstand a siege.
Joining forces with allies
Always remember the Modular Republic's motto: Unity is strength.
The Link fastening system not only equips the RackBrute 3U, but also its large-calibre sibling, RackBrute 6U as well the MiniBrute 2 and MiniBrute 2S. No matter the combination you go for, you can make the most out of your extensive module collection, or create a powerful EcoSystem with the extensive CV/Gate connectivity of the MiniBrute 2 and 2S.
It's also worth noting that although this technology comes straight from the top secret Arturia research labs, they are working for the greater good. The Link system is patent-free, so you can expect more and more Link-enhanced equipment to become available in the near future.
Do not wait for reinforcements, bring them yourself.
Let's move out
Arturia have made sure that your gear would arrive without any scratches.
When carrying precious cargo, dozens of fragile modules, a unique and irreplaceable collection, you need to be certain of their safety. With RackBrute 3U, you have nothing to fear: from the handle, all the way to the threaded nut strips, you'll find strong aluminum and steel. Wherever you go, however long your journey, however heavy your setup, RackBrute was built to last. Even transporting two RackBrutes or a RackBrute and a MiniBrute 2 is totally risk-free thanks to the built-in Spacers, eliminating any chance of collision.
If you are planning an undercover mission, the dedicated, discrete RackBrute Travel Case will keep your precious equipment free from harm.
When you need to take your show on the road, rehearse, or even just rearrange your creative space, you can depend on RackBrute.

Supplier's notes:
The 'Squid Salmpler' is a Eurorack 8 channel audio & CV sampler. It is designed for immediate real time sampling, editing and mangling within a modular context.
Taking influence from early hardware samplers, The Squid Salmple focuses on usability and instinctive operation, incorporating a proven Pamela's Workout style user interface for minimal screen dependence and a fun, hands on experience.
With support for sampling and playback for both audio and CV, as well as CV control of all parameters, on-the-fly bank loading and saving to USB, The Squid Salmple brings a unique take on old school sampling into the modular realm.
The Squid Salmple comes with a USB Stick containing approximately 90 banks of original carefully curated royalty free samples. This includes a wide range of sounds from classic drum machines and weird synths to field recordings and CV modulations. Banks are provided by both ALM and some of our favourite artists and friends including Mumdance, Solid Blake, Russell Haswell, Lauren Flax, Dave Burraston (NYZ), Sue Zuki, Dungeon Acid, Sasha Lewis and Andrew Duff.
Universal MIDI controller unit for use with all MIDI-controllable hardware and software
Notes: The all-rounder has 8 push-encoders without detents, 9 faders and 8 buttons, all switchable to 8 controller groups that allow to control a total amount of 264 control parameters. A 4-digit-display and 8 leds show the current values of all controls.
Various kinds of MIDI commands like program change, pitchbend, aftertouch and control change in relative and absolute mode with different acceleration amounts are possible. All these properties are fully programmable on the devices very fast and easy for each control separately.
The encoders can work as high resolution 14bit controllers too (control change or pitchbend) which makes them suitable for sensitive parameters like resonating filter cutoffs or similar things.
Use the internal 18 setups to save your individual settings. Backup and restore of all settings by sysex dumps is possible too.
The factory settings are perfect to control music and video software products out of the box if they are freely assignable. So any additional device programming isn't necessary for many applications.
The little box is also a great extension for your Ableton Live setup.
There you can control all the continues parameters like track volumes, rack macros, send amounts, track pannings and switchable patameters like clip launch/stop, mute, solo, rec arm, monitor and track select. A special control surface script for Ableton Live 8/9 with all necessary mappings is enclosed in the package. With that script you can also use two UC4 devices to control up to 16 tracks simultaneously.

Audio lead 3.5mm TRS jack to 6.3mm TRS jack (3.0m)
Notes: High quality audio leads for exceptional sound quality and reliability. High grade cable comprises 2 insulated pure copper cores and global shielding. The durable PVC sheath has a soft texture and is reinforced with cotton cord to avoid tangling. Terminated at one end with a 3.5mm stereo (TRS) jack and at the other end with a 6.3mm stereo (TRS) jack plug.
Notes: We're familiar with IsoAcoustics' highly effective line of monitor isolation stands that seem to bring out the best from any speaker. NAMM 2017 will see IsoAcoustics release the new Iso-Puck - the same concept as the bigger stands, yet in a low-profile, flexible, scalable version. The little puck-like discs are placed under your speaker to isolate them from the surface they're sitting on.
An Iso-Puck is pretty small - just 3cm tall and 6cm in diameter. Its round shape makes positioning a bit easier than with stands, especially on varied surfaces like the narrow space on top of a console meter bridge. The multipart isolation construction of the Iso-Puck lets it move to isolate and manage the energy in line with the same isolation concepts employed in other IsoAcoustics products. The Pucks feature a flange suction cup on the top to hold tight the speaker surface, as well as a bottom suction cup flange for the supporting surface. Energy is transferred to the core of the multipart isolator in between which resists lateral movement and offers better isolation.
Professional low-noise audio cable - 2x 6.3mm TS Jack to 2x RCA - 1.5m length

Supplier's Notes:
The Ultimate Eurorack Utility Module (and a whole lot more!)
The DATA is a digital platform for testing, measurement, and signal generation in Eurorack modular synthesis systems. It is a modular tool kit, with functions applicable to any system and style.
Use the DATA's scope to view the interactions between your control voltages and audio signals, allowing you to master your modules by understanding their voltage ranges, control shapes, and parameter responses. Use the DATA's dual waveform generator to dial in a precisely scaled LFO for CV control, or use the waveform's frequency "note mode" to effortlessly make dyads (two note chords). Use the DATA's clock program as a master clock or to divide or multiply an incoming clock signal, sending four different clock outs to gate modules directly or as control to sequencers.
The possibilities of the DATA are basically unlimited; with the included microSD you can update the DATA's firmware and we can continue to refine and create new programs.
Notes: A high quality MIDI cable for connecting music controllers and devices together. Strong and flexible cable comes with low loss conductors and global shielding ensure a clean data stream. It is terminated at each end with a 180- 5-pin DIN plug.
Notes: Low-cost, portable, compact enclosure that turns Eurorack modules into table-top instruments.

Dual pingable voltage controlled amplifier module - 6HP
Notes: Great value from Xaoc's pingable dual VCA, capable of creating organic, acoustic-style decay curves which replicate the dynamics of real-life instruments. Ideal for processing audio as well as CV.
Supplier's Notes:
Xaoc Devices Lublin is a high-quality dual VCA module with exponential CV inputs. On top of that, its two identical channels feature additional inputs for pinging. These inputs use an elaborate analogue circuit to model the dynamic behaviour of vactrols, allowing you to trigger a carefully crafted gain response that mimics the natural decay of plucked and struck acoustic instruments. Unlike lowpass gate modules though, Lublin reduces gain while retaining the full frequency bandwidth, so it is perfect for harmonically rich signals, like our Odessa additive VCO. The vactrol-like behaviour is just a starting point as the envelope may be varied within a wide range using a switch (natural, shortened and prolonged response) and a potentiometer, so you are not stuck with one decay characteristic. Therefore, you can use it not only to create bongos, but also for fat compressed kicks! The built-in gain control circuit (saturating CV instead of the audio signal) prevents distortion from excessive amplification. Lublin is DC-coupled, so you can use it to process CV as well as audio signals.

Notes: A synth-focused tuner merging Korg's pioneering experience in tuner technology with a deep understanding of the characteristics of analogue and modular synthesis. Designed with the unique needs of synth players in mind, the ST1K is compact, precise, and offers high visibility, ensuring your synthesizer is accurately tuned the way you want every time.
Analogue synthesisers can be tricky to tune! Not only can their pitch often fluctuate as the circuit adjusts to temperature changes, but you may also want to micro-tune different oscillators within the one synth.
This makes reliable tuning essential, whether you're recording in the studio or performing live. The ST1K delivers this with its capability for ultra-precise tuning to +/-0.1 cents. It features a large CMD LCD display that gives a clear, visually appealing readout of your tuning status, aligning with the aesthetics of modular and analogue synths. It also includes a built-in high-sensitivity microphone, expanding its use to a broader range of instruments!
At only 83 grams, this incredibly compact and light tuner is perfect for musicians and performers on the move.
Optimized circuitry for stable tuning of analogue synths
The ST1K's input circuit has been finely tuned to provide stable tuning for modular synths, accommodating high voltage levels without interference from LED noise, and with a clear focus on maintaining sound quality.
3D visual meter with large-screen visibility
The large, easy-to-read note name display and glowing LEDs allow the user to clearly perceive pitch deviations and changes at a glance. The 3D visual meter makes it possible to tune to within i0.1 cents, which is difficult with needle meters.
Ultra-precise tuning down to +/-0.1 cents
Professional recording and stage performances always require perfect tuning. The ST1K is capable of ultra-high-precision tuning down to +/-0.1 cents in strobe mode. With the high measurement accuracy of the flagship model, this compact device is a truly professional tuner that allows you to track down even the smallest errors in pitch.
Three meter display modes in addition to note name display
Three types of meter display mode can be selected to suit the player's style. In addition to the standard "Regular Mode", the "Strobe Mode" and "Half Strobe Mode" indicate pitch changes by the direction and speed of meter flow, making it easy to see even the smallest errors.
Compact, flat design allows you to carry a large screen with you
The meter display is large and easy to read, yet the body is smaller and more compact. The flat design provides excellent visibility and portability.

Sample, slice, transform and reconstruct audio to synthesize completely new sounds
The LIVEN Texture Lab offers a wide variety of sound textures ranging from beautifully lush ambient pads to chaotically aggressive experimental noise that will take you to new sonic frontiers.
The Texture Lab uses a granular processor that slices sounds into grains ranging from 2 ms to 1 second in length, then transforms and reconstructs them in a variety of ways, including manipulating grain shape, density, time warp, spatial position, and playback method to create entirely new sounds.
Granular synthesis parameters are easily accessed from 10 knobs and are designed for intuitive control
Granular synthesizer with granular effects processor mode
The LIVEN Texture Lab is a 4-voice polyphonic synthesizer that can record 32 samples of up to 6 seconds, generate grains from any part of a sample, and synthesize them using two modulations sources, an envelope generator, and process the sound through different filter types.
The Texture Lab can also be used as an effects processor for real-time granular processing of stereo signals from the line input. It is also possible to freeze the flowing sounds for 6 seconds to add granulated sound effects.
Shimmer reverb for fantastical and majestic sounding spaces
The LIVEN Texture Lab features six high-quality stereo reverb types. All reverb types have a shimmer parameter that allows you to layer reverb on top of reverb in octaves to create fantastical and majestic sounding spaces.

Even after placing your cables neatly in your bag, it's easy to wind up with a tangled clump of cables. The built-in velcro cable strap helps prevent this, keeping your gig bag nice and tidy. You'll wonder how you managed without this.
