Prince de Takicardie has dropped some fine sounds that blend house, techno and mysterious atmospheres on labels like Cartulis and Twig before now and this time out it is Prince's Castle that welcomes him. The Force Blue EP opens with 'Okay' which is a nice cosmic jaunt with some mellifluous synths and driving prog-techno beats. 'This Is An Emergency' (911 mix) is another colourful and 90s-tinged prog-techno thumper with some wet hits and vocal yelps, while '8-9-10' (Nothing Count mix) keeps on bouncing with rubbery bass and jacked up drums. Last of all, 'Black-Out' (Forgot mix) gets more rave with some bleeping synths and potent bass.
