Migliardi, a versatile composer, conductor, and Hammond organist, blends psych-rock, electronic textures, and concrete sounds into a compelling auditory experience. Drawing on influences from Jimi Hendrix to Luciano Berio, he mixes acoustic guitars and folk percussion with innovative electronic processing, creating a sound that feels both groundbreaking and timeless. Review: Stereo Ronin serve up the 30th anniversary edition of H Street, one of the hallmark compilations of skate rock to emerge from the 1990s. Centring on the music scene that clotted about the then-burgeoning skate brand known as H-Street, the eponymous compilation here charts the musical inspirations that inexorably sprung up in concordance with the rise to prominence of these heelflipping, backsliding and impossible'ing street skate legends. Documenting the best works of local underground rock acts like Santa Cruz and Powell Peralta, much of the music on this classic compilation gleans its fame from its original inclusion on two iconic skate videos, which found widespread fame even prior to the emergence of social media: Shackle Me Not and Hokus Pokus. With most of the sonic contributions to these videos existing only in demo form at the time, H-Street is a unique record for its bold recognition of an underground music rooted in locale, rather than most brands' tried-and-tested insistence on well-known songs.

Though only two of the original four episodes survive, this vinyl edition captures the full audio experience, bringing the adventure to life once again.
