The underground's appetite for slick, future facing minimal and tech house will never abate and Jake Flory is the next groove chef to serve up some tasty platters. This solo outing on Hoarder follows a superb split 12" on Bayou earlier in the year and kicks off with the tripped out "IE Origins" and all its alien little lifeforms. "Post" has underlapping kick drums that are a rubbery bed off and all manner of dreamy pads and balmy vocals. "Rain" is more metallic, with spinning hi hats and off kilter pads bringing the funk before closer "Fragment" gets deep, feel good and jazzy.
