Starting off on Kaleidoscope back in 2013, Yearning Kru has been a guilty pleasure of ours ever since. Guilty because it is largely music without any concrete shape, and also because it's exactly the sort of thing we're in our homes. Copper Vale is their new album and it marks their debut on the mighty Planet Mu, now home to an incredibly diverse spectrum of music by some of the very best in the game. Apart from all the glitchy, misshaped noise amalgamations on here - which we totally dig - we'd have to say that "Apple" is easily among our favourites thanks to its lo-fi beat sway, along with the subtly tropical bleeps and scratches of "Freckles On The Pain Amplifier". This really is one to get stuck into, so indulge all you like.
