The four handy knobs can act as active attenuators (unipolar) or attenuverters (bipolar) depending on the setting of the two-position switches above each one.

Each input is normalled to a precision +5V DC voltage source. With nothing plugged into the jacks, each knob controls a voltage range of 0 to +5 v or -5 to +5 v depending on the position of the mode switch.

Performance Controls

Metropolix is an interactive sequencer optimized for live performance, jamming, and improvisation i with configurable, hands-on control of all the most essential performance parameters. Sequences transform and mutate with just the twist of a knob; a flick of a switch; a nudge of a slider; or an injection of CV. With Metropolix, your music is as dynamic and evolving as your imagination.

Two Tracks, Interconnected

Two tracks (TRK 1 and TRK 2) are variants of a main pitch/gate sequencer, which is programmed via the PITCH sliders, PULSE COUNT and GATE TYPE switches. Each track interprets the main sequence in a variety of ways i creating complementary variations that enable you to generate counterpoint, polyrhythms, and all manner of sonic movement (both subtle and extreme).

Each of these tracks has its own playback ORDER, sequence LENgth, clock DIVision, SWING amount, SLIDE time, and track GATE lengths. Other track-based sequence variables are accessible from the TRACK MENU, and include Pitch Slider inversion; sequence note range; track transposition; and more. In addition, both tracks have multiple lanes of per-stage playback parameters, including: GATE override; PITCH override; RATCHet count; PROBability of playback; ACCUMulating transposition, and a dedicated CV/CC lane. Each stage also has a SKIP feature, and a pitch SLIDE option.

The Accumulator

Automate pitch movements on a per-track or per-stage basis. Use various trigger types and increments to control variation on your tracks.

Eight Modulation Lanes

Eight Separate modulation lanes are accessed via the MOD button. Each MOD lane has 8-stages of modulation values and its own playback ORDER, LENgth, and clock DIVision; and each lane is routable to one of Metropolix' two assignable outputs, MIDI CC, and dozens of internal destinations, allowing for sophisticated and powerful self-modulation.

Three AUX Inputs and Two CTRL Knobs

A trio of AUX inputs allows for external modulation of user-assignable sequencer parameters for even greater variation, while two assignable CTRL knobs give you direct access to the parameters you want to adjust most frequently during a performance. With dedicated Pitch/Gate outputs for both Track 1 and Track 2; two totally user-assignable outputs (A and B); and internal MOD routing, Metropolix features a wealth of patching opportunities.

Metropolix stores up to 64 preset configurations (in 8 banks of 8 presets), and all live settings are stored on the module, ensuring that your Metropolix will always power up exactly as you left it i even if you haven't saved them to a preset. By default presets can change all the structural (menu-based) elements of your sequencer without overwriting the front panel controls, but full recall is also available.

Dual Oscillator Subtractive Analogue Synth Voice

It's Massive

The Atlantix is a complete analogue synth voice. It's quick to dial in huge bass or lead sounds, and easy to push it into new sonic territory. Dual VCOs, Multimode VCF, VCA with Drive, and an ADSR envelope; all of the building blocks needed to expand or start making sound in your rack. With 32 patch points and a selection of routing switches, you can remix these blocks into something all your own.

Reimagining a Reimagined Classic

The Atlantix is the highly-anticipated successor to the Intellijel Atlantis which was originally inspired by the classic Roland SH-101. Despite the SH-101's seemingly limited architecture, it produces various creative and musically useful sounds that have inspired generations of artists and countless hits. The Atlantix is just as immediate for dialling in beautifully rich bass and lead sounds. The thoughtful design, numerous additional features, and flexible patching options open up a massive amount of new sonic territory to explore as well.

The Atlantix is an analogue, complete subtractive synthesizer voice condensed into a single 42HP module. It provides all the fundamental building blocks needed to make sounds in Eurorack: VCOs, VCF, VCA, S&H, Noise, and an Envelope.

Oscillators - Advanced TZFM and Flexible Mixer

The Atlantix uses two triangle core voltage controlled oscillators (VCO) which respond in a musically pleasing way to frequency modulation. The Atlantix primary VCO (VCO A) is capable of thru-zero frequency modulation and has a dedicated amplifier for controlling FM depth (FM INDEX). The modulation oscillator (VCO B) can be used as either an LFO or VCO. The highly flexible architecture allows you to route VCO B as a modulation source or stack it as a secondary VCO all by the flick of a switch or slider. VCO B also has a bonus "spike" waveform output which is a square wave with fixed HPF, similar to the Buchla Easel. Both oscillators track very precisely over eight or more octaves.

In the mixer section, you can adjust the balance of the primary oscillator's waveforms, sub-oscillator noise, and two auxiliary inputs that are normalled to additional VCO A waveforms or VCO B waveforms. The auxiliary inputs also allow you to patch other external signals into the mix.
The second Auxiliary input has a switch that allows you to route the source between the mixer sum or directly into the VCA (post-VCF). The latter is a way to pass an unfiltered fundamental signal to the final VCA stage and then blend it with filtered audio from the VCF. This draws inspiration from the architecture of the CS-80 where a sine wave is mixed with the filtered audio to make glassy tones with some added harmonics.

Multimode Filter - From Drips to Growls

The filter section (VCF) is a discrete cascaded 4-pole multimode filter with lowpass, bandpass, highpass, and phaser (multi-notch) modes. The filter can self-oscillate which produces a very clean sine wave that also tracks 1V/Oct. The VCF has three frequency modulation sources, two of which are normalled to the external pitch and envelope and have switches for polarity.

Add Atlx for dedicated outputs from each mode.

Envelope - A Classic ADSR

The envelope section is an analogue ADSR with three timing ranges: slow, medium, and fast. It can be gated externally or via a manual gate button located in the centre of the panel. The ADSR is routed through a VCA which can be used for level or velocity control.

Modulation - Random, Feedback, and Built-in Routing

Two eight-position rotary switches allow you to select from eight different modulation sources and route them to outputs MOD X and MOD Y. Each switch also has a polarity control and an option to level shift between unipolar and bipolar operation. MOD X is normalled to VCO A frequency modulation and MOD Y is normalled to VCF frequency modulation. The dedicated outputs allow for further creative modulation patching.

Four of the Input jacks have normal switches to change your patch without the need for cables.

The analogue Sample and Hold (S&H) circuit is normalled to the white noise source and can be clocked by VCO B, an external clock source, or via the gate input for per-note synced randomization.

Atlx - Expander w/ Ring Mod (Optional) ***Sold separately ***

Notes: The Intellijel/Cylonix RAINMAKER eurorack-format module provides a high-quality (96KHz sampling rate with 32-bit internal processing) stereo rhythmic delay and stereo comb resonator effect.

The stereo rhythm delay has 16 taps, each with its own resonant 2nd-order filter and granular pitch shifter. The filters have independently adjustable resonance and cutoff frequency, and can be set to either lowpass, bandpass, highpass or bypass operation. The filters are also capable of self-oscillation, enabling modal synthesis techniques. The granular pitch shifters have a range of 15 semitones up or 16 semitones down. Each tap can repeat at a rate value set in tap#'s in order to create regenerating echo effects. The feedback signal has a lowpass/highpass tone control and its own pitch shifter. The tap delay times can range from 0.1 millisecond up to a maximum of 20 seconds. The overall delay times can be set with the rotary encoder, the tap tempo button, or synced to an external clock.

The stereo comb resonator section has 64 time-delayed taps which are summed together. This produces a deep comb filter or resonating effect. At large comb sizes (long time delays) a multiple echo effect is produced. The density of the resonator can be varied from 2 to 64 taps. The tap with the longest delay time is fed back to the input. High feedback levels, with short comb sizes, produce "Karplus-Strong" types of plucked string sounds. The relative timing of the 64 taps are set according to one of 16 different preset patterns, which provide different resonator timbres or echo rhythms. The comb size can be set either with the rotary encoder, an external clock or through a transposable 1v/oct input voltage.

The Rainmaker module has extensive voltage control capabilities. Direct voltage control is available for the delay feedback level and tone, the global pitch shift for all delay taps, the comb resonator size, and comb feedback level. There are two assignable modulation inputs, which can be assigned to different parameters in each preset. A trigger input with assignable functionality can trigger built-in types of noise bursts, freeze the delay buffer, reverse the delay, randomize parameters, mute taps, and much more.

Notes: Steppy is a 4-track programmable gate sequencer with eight internal memory slots, external clocking, numerous tweakable parameters, and a performance-first design aesthetic.

Each track features numerous independent parameters that govern its playback independently of the other tracks. Specifically:

- Each track has its own length, which can range from 1-step to 64-steps, allowing for polyrhythms, fills, or constantly evolving gate interactions between tracks.
- Each track has its own gate length, which ranges from very short to very long, with tied gates possible at the extreme setting.
- Each track has its own clock divider, allowing patterns to play out over completely different periods of time.
- Each track has its own swing setting, which offsets the timing of every other step.
- Each track has its own delay setting, which offsets the timing of every step.
- Each track has its own probability control, which sets the likelihood that each programmed gate will fire when called upon by the pattern.
- Each track can be shifted (or 'rotated') forward or backward by a number of steps. So if you've created a pattern that 'feels' like it has its downbeat on step 3, you can shift that pattern two steps to the left, so that the downbeat sits on step 1.

Tracks can be programmed by entering active steps on the grid or tapped in live as the sequence is moving. Tracks can be selected and modified in real time as the sequence plays. A select button allows you to directly access each track (and each page of 16 steps within that track) directly through Steppy's intuitive multifunction buttons array.

Tracks can be individually muted and unmuted, and a special performance mode (called "Loopy") enables you to touch any two gate steps and instantly create a performance that loops between those steps.

Track patterns can be cleared without clearing its playback parameters, and all track patterns (along with their individual playback and performance parameters) can be saved as a preset to one of eight internal memory slots.

Notes: Outs enables your modular system to output both professional and prosumer compliant audio, and send it to external amplifiers, mixers, recording devices, or DAW interfaces. Using the L+R Level knob, it scales modular-level voltages down to the level required to drive external gear at either the +4dBu balanced professional line-level standard or the -10 dbV unbalanced standard.

Headphone monitoring is also provided via a low noise built-in headphone amp (with its own independent level control), capable of driving a wide range of impedances - from studio grade headphones to portable style earbuds.

To use Outs, simply connect the final output of your patch to the 1/8" inputs (where the built-in activity LEDs light up to indicate the presence and intensity of the input signal). The left input is normalled to the right, so you can create a stereo signal from a mono source. Or if you have an Intellijel Mixup, you can remove a jumper from its rear panel, and connect it to the Outs module using the 3-pin link cable included with the Mixup.

Notes: XFADE 1U is a classic DJ-style stereo crossfader, with a few extra tricks up its sleeve. The 'A' and 'B' sides both have L+R inputs. The crossfader blends two stereo input signals together - crossfading one into the other depending on the position of the slider and the selected XFADE Shape. The blended output appears at the MIX L and MIX R output jacks.

In addition, XFADE 1U can be used as a modulation source for controlling other modules, since the crossfader also outputs control voltages from the CV A and CV B jacks. A switch determines whether these voltages are unipolar (crossfading from 0V to 5V; and 5V to 0V), or bipolar (crossfading from -5V to +5V; and +5V to -5V). The two LEDs indicate the polarity and relative levels of the CV A and CV B signals.

XFADE 1U uses a precision Innofader crossfader submodule, with moving capacitance technology for smooth and precise control. This is the same part found on many high-end DJ mixers.

Notes: The aux mix 1U is a 3-channel stereo mixer module with a stereo auxiliary send bus. The routing options on this mixer module make using aux mix 1U for send FX, parallel processing, feedback mixing, and more possible. It is designed for audio signals only (not for mixing CV). It is AC-coupled, and uses audio-grade, logarithmic attenuators for a smooth, even response across the entire volume range.

Each channel has a dedicated pair of inputs for stereo audio sources. The left channel inputs are normalled to the right for mono audio sources. All three channels feature a precise level attenuator, a mute switch, and an LED input activity level indicator. The three stereo channels are mixed and summed to the main outputs, where they can be patched out to a wider Eurorack system or external pro-audio equipment. The output stage features soft-clipping diodes for smoother saturation when signal levels are very high.

In addition to the main mix controls, channels 1 & 2 also feature an aux level attenuator with a pre/post switch. These can be used to create an independent aux mix which is routed to another pair of outputs, separate from the main mix. The aux output stage also features the same soft-clipping diodes as the main output. aux mix 1U has four 3-pin connectors on the rear side for directly routing audio between other Intellijel cases & modules - without the need for patching cables. Connections include aux in, aux out, chain in & chain out. This also allows you to chain multiple aux mix 1U modules together to form even bigger mix chains.

Notes: The Shifty is essentially a combination of four sample and hold stages, a sequential gate and sequencer controller. This collection of functions allows for some specific and useful utility application.

One of the primary uses for Shifty is to take a monophonic sequence source and route each new note of the sequence to up to four different synthesizer voices in a specific pattern. In this way you can create pseudo polyphonic sequences since each voice can be triggered to play and sustain while the next voice int the sequence gets triggered. Another term for this is hocketing.

The other main application of the Shifty is to function as an Analog Shift Register. In this mode each new gate input received causes the current set of pitches to be shifted to new output locations as a new one is added and the oldest one is replaced. This can be an interesting way to create chords that are up to four stacked notes when used with a pitch sequence source that has a harmonious series of notes (e.g. a pentatonic scale works really well). Even just using two of the outputs will yield very interesting melodic interplay and is an excellent way to make a simple sequence much more complex and interesting.

In a more basic way the Shifty could be used as a simple Sample/Track and Hold module or as a sequential gate.

Notes: The Stereo Mixer 1U provides a convenient way to combine your mono and stereo sources into a single stereo mix. There is level control over the first two channels and, using a rear connector, you can chain multiple Stereo Mixer 1U's together into a hidden 3rd stereo channel without using up channels on the front panel. The chain i/o connectors are fully compatible with the Mixup connectors so you are able to mix 1U and 3U mix chains together as needed.

The Stereo Mixer 1U is a versatile, expandable audio mixer for the Intellijel 1U format. It has two pairs of front panel inputs, each with its own level control, and a mixed output pair. For each input pair, the left channel is normalled to the right channel, for mono operation.

Using 3-pin Link connectors on the back panel, you can chain multiple Stereo Mix 1U's together in series, giving you the ability to mix together even more inputs, or to create sub-mixes for routing audio around larger systems. You can also these same connectors to patch Intellijel's Mixup and XY IO 1U modules to these back-panel chains, and you can connect them directly to the 14" audio jacks on an Intellijel Palette Case, a 7U case with 2nd-generation Audio Jacks Board, an Outs module, or a v2 Headphones 1U.

Stereo Mix 1U is designed specifically for audio (and not for CV mixing), it's AC-coupled, and uses audio-grade, logarithmic attenuators for a smooth, even response across the entire volume range.

Notes: Cylonix and Intellijel have collaborated to bring you a very sophisticated and deeply complex Wavetable VCO. At the core of this module is very powerful FPGA board that he has pushed to the absolute max of its capabilities and crammed full of features. We wanted to create a module that really worked well in the modular context so there are a lot of modulation and control possibilities.

CHORDS
Oscillator 1 can be operated in a CHORD mode, which runs 8 copies of the oscillator in parallel with adjustable detuning, leading to very fat, rich waveforms. The oscillators have extensive modulation capabilities including audio rate (98KHz) Frequency and Phase Modulation (FM and PM) via external sources. Nonlinear combination processes allow the outputs of the two oscillators to interact to generate complex timbres and sonic textures.
There are 64 user selectable chords.

WAVEFOLDER
The SHAPESHIFTER module also includes the analog wave folder circuitry from
module to add analog warmth and metallic rasps to the digital oscillator output.
External signals can also be patched in.

PRESETS
The module includes a sophisticated preset mode where panel settings can be stored. There are 12 user-programmable preset slots and another 52 volatile slots that can be used as a scratchpad. These scratchpad slots are initialized to interesting presets on module powerup. The capabilities of the preset mode is not limited to mere passive storage of settings, however. In this mode the user can also step through, or sequence, the settings, either in order or randomly in response to pulses input to the external sync input. This gives the user the ability to generate complex sequences of sounds. The preset mode also allows the user to morph between the current panel settings and a preset providing a very powerful real-time performance tool.

Notes: This is the third generation of Intellijel's much loved Korgasmatron filter designed in collaboration with David G. Dixon. The Morgasmatron features two completely independent six-mode filters (labelled "A" and "B") - each with its own mode-select knob, input, output, cutoff, resonance, Q-drive and gain control. Each filter has a pair of CV inputs (one with a built-in attenuator and the other with a built-in attenuverter) for modulating cut-off, and another CV input for modulating resonance. Both filters self-oscillate at maximum Q, and produce pitched sine waves that track the two separate 1V/OCT inputs.

You can use the two filters independently of one another, or you can use them together (in either a series or parallel connection) and smoothly crossfade between them using either the XFADE knob or the XFADE CV input and built-in attenuverter. You can flip the DRY switches to instantly bypass either or both filters; invert the phase of Filter B; or overdrive Filter A by switching on the new Overdrive circuit. A MIX output provides (as you might suspect) a mixed output of the two filters.

Notes: Triplatt is a three-channel active/buffered attenuverter and summing mixer. Each channel has a knob, which can function as a unipolar attenuator or a bipolar attenuverter, depending on the setting of its corresponding two-position polarity switch.

Each input is normalled to a built-in precision +5V DC voltage source. With nothing plugged into the jacks, each knob controls a voltage range of 0 to +5 V or -5 to +5 V depending on the position of the channel polarity switch. Outputs A and B are also capable of a range of 0-10 / -10 to +10 when using the special function switches.

Each output is normalled to mix into the output of the channel below, making it possible to do sub mixes in groups of two or three.

In addition, each channel has a "special function" switch to alter its input voltage in a specific way. Channel A has a 2x voltage multiplier switch, allowing you to double the voltage sent into Channel A. Channel B has a +5V switch, allowing you to add 5V to whatever voltage is sent into Channel B. Channel C has a mute switch, allowing you to completely turn off the signal being sent into Channel C.

Notes: The Voltage Controlled Amplifier or "VCA" is one of the most essential and useful building blocks in a synthesis patch. The DUAL VCA 1U packs two high quality, DC coupled, linear VCAs into a very compact 1U package.

The two VCAs can be used completely independently or in tandem via the handy signal normalling. The DC coupling means that the VCA can be used for the amplitude control of both control voltages (CV) and audio signals.

Some application/use examples:

- Dual, independent VCA for dynamic level control of two different audio or cv sources
- Stereo VCA (use the CV normalling where CV A normals to CV B) for processing stereo sources or CV pairs.
- CV/Audio summing (when Out A is not patched, it normals to sum with OUT B, CV A and B control the independent levels)

On the back of the pcb is a pair of solder points marked as "link". You can connect these (with a solder blob or small jumper wire) to turn the mult into a single 8 channel Mult instead of 2 x 4 channel.

Notes: Mixup is a versatile, expandable audio mixer for Eurorack format. It has eight inputs (6 on the front panel) and two outputs. Audio I/O allows you to effectively interface your Eurorack modular system to the balanced line-level world (+4 dBu). You can send and return to rack mount/desktop fx units, patch to external line-level instruments like synths and drum machines, interface to a DAW and much more.

The rear-mounted 3-pin CHAIN IN connector allows you to sum (in parallel) other audio sources to go from Eurorack level to the BAL LINE OUTPUTS. Plonk uses a technique known as physical modelling to synthesize, with great realism, the way in which sound is produced by acoustic instruments. The Plonk module is, itself, focused primarily on creating percussive sounds - both pitched and un-pitched; natural and unnatural; acoustic-sounding or totally electronic.

Plonk does this by breaking sound creation into two distinct elements - the exciter and the resonator. The exciter is a mathematical model of the device used to strike a particular surface. Plonk, because it's percussion oriented, has two types of exciters: one modelled on a mallet, and the other providing a noise source. The resonator is a virtualization of the object being struck, which vibrates, resonates and creates the body of a sound. Plonk offers several types of resonators: beam; marimba; drumhead; membrane; plate; and string.

Plonk provides numerous parameters that let you shape, mould and design both the exciter and the resonator, thus enabling you to synthesize the sound of striking or scraping almost any type of object - real or imagined. In this way, Plonk can accurately model the sounds of kicks, snares, toms, cymbals, claps, tablas, congas and all manner of traditional percussion instruments. It can also model pitched percussive instruments, like vibes, marimbas, and even bass or guitar-like tones. Of course, it additionally excels at modelling instruments that heretofore never existed.

Best of all, the sounds created by Plonk are not static - any sound you design can respond dynamically to velocity, as well as four different modulation inputs. This means the sound of Plonk can change completely from note-to-note (or strike-to-strike). Because of this, Plonk is actually a duophonic (2-voice) module, which lets the sound of one note decay naturally when a second note (possibly employing an entirely different set of modelling values) is struck. Thus, hitting a new note does not choke the sound of the previously struck note (unless you want it to, of course)!

Plonk stores up to 128 patches in its internal memory, and ships with many presets programmed by professional sound designers and composers. You may overwrite these patches if you wish, and banks of patches may be transferred via MIDI System Exclusive over Plonk's built-in mini-USB port to facilitate offline storage by programs or websites that support this capability.

Plonk was developed in cooperation with Montreal-based Applied Acoustics Systems - physical modelling pioneers, and the creators of Tassman, Lounge Lizard, String Studio, Ultra Analog, Chromaphone and numerous other plugins. It is with great pleasure that Intellijel brings the potential of this physical modelling technology to a hands-on, CV-laden device capable of the sort of dynamic control and sonic exploration that modular synthesists demand.

On first blush, it appears to be a simple 8-stage sequencer - but there is far more functionality than first meets the eye:

There are two tracks (TRK 1 and TRK 2) that are variants of the single master pitch/gate sequencer, which is programmed via the PITCH sliders, PULSE COUNT and GATE TYPE switches. Each track interprets the master sequence in a variety of ways - creating complementary sequence variations that enable you to generate counterpoint, polyrhythms, and all manner of sonic movement (both subtle and extreme). Each of these tracks has its own playback ORDER, sequence LENgth, clock DIVision, SWING amount, SLIDE time, and track GATE lengths. Other track-based sequence variables are accessible from the TRACK MENU, and include Pitch Slider inversion; sequence note range; track transposition; and more. In addition, Tracks 1 & 2 both have multiple lanes of per-stage playback parameters, including: GATE override; PITCH override; RATCHet count; PROBability of playback; ACCUMulating transposition, and a dedicated CV lane. Each stage also has a SKIP feature, and a pitch SLIDE option.

8 separate and individual MODulation lanes are accessed via the MOD button. Each MOD lane has 8-stages of modulation values and its own playback ORDER, LENgth, and clock DIVision; and each lane is routable to one of Metropolix' two assignable outputs or to dozens of internal destinations, allowing for some sophisticated and powerful self-modulation.

A trio of AUX inputs allows for external modulation of user-assignable sequencer parameters for even greater variation, while two assignable CTRL knobs give you direct access to the parameters you want to adjust most frequently during a performance. With dedicated Pitch/Gate outputs for both Track 1 and Track 2; two totally user-assignable outputs (A and B); and internal MOD routing, Metropolix features a wealth of patching opportunities.

Metropolix also features a Loopy mode, allowing you to instantly play back short sub-sequences, or even "play" the stage buttons directly (like a 'keyboard').

Metropolix stores up to 64 preset configurations (in 8 banks of 8 presets), and all live settings are stored in EPROM, ensuring that your Metropolix will always power up exactly as you left it - even if you haven't saved them to a preset. By default presets can change all the structural (menu-based) elements of your sequencer without overwriting the front panel controls, but full recall is also available.

The operation of the Metropolix is optimized for live performance and jamming, with quick access to all the most important performance parameters, and the ability to greatly affect your sequences with a single slider or switch.

Notes: Originally designed for the Metropolix 1.4 MIDI update, the USB Extender extends the USB Micro connector on the back of a module, bringing it to the front panel for easy connection to your USB Host.

The 3U panel, includes a dual passive mult, which is great for splitting output signals to other modules. You can swap the panel with a Phillips-head screwdriver. The 1U panel does not have mults.

Also included is a 60CM Right-Angle Micro USB to Micro USB cable for routing the connection beneath the modules.

This module comes with a custom USB cable that connects on the back of the module to the Metropolix. The product comes with both 3U and 1U faceplates so you have the option to use it in either space.

Notes: The Polaris is a 4-stage cascaded OTA filter designed by David Dixon. It builds on the lineage of the Dr. Octature and Atlantis filters, but with a totally revised core and resonance control. Along with dedicated LP, HP and BP outputs it features a configurable MULTI output capable of an unprecedented 27 different filter modes.

With drive turned down the Polaris is capable of buttery smooth filtering, and the cutoff control range has been fine-tuned for playability. With the drive dialled up and the new asymmetric multi distortion circuit engaged it creates a more aggressive sound. Not content to be just a filter, the Polaris's AP phaser mode combined with frequency modulation can be used to achieve a phaser effect.

With so much versatility in a modest size, the Polaris is an ideal filter for a starter system and an excellent addition to the tonal palette of a larger modular.

MIDI input connector - the MIDI 1U module does not have its own MIDI input jack. This enables you to use the MIDI/USB inputs built-in to your Intellijel 7U Performance Case or Palette Case. If you don't own one of these cases, you can purchase the MIDI IN Jacks 1U module to connect an external MIDI device.

CVx 1U module - This optional 14HP 1U module connects to the MIDI 1U module and adds an additional eight 3.5mm CV outputs. These outputs are fully programmable using the Intellijel Config app, and greatly expand MIDI 1U's ability to control your entire Eurorack system.

Notes: Sometimes your ears are not enough and you really need to see the sounds and control voltages you are generating. Zeroscope's two channel design lets you display and compare both control voltages and audio. It's a good old fashioned sci-fi light show!

The Zeroscope 1U is an adaptation of the excellent 3U Zeroscope by VPME.DE.

Three Modes Packed Into 1U:

- Scope: Standard graphical display, with time displayed on the X-axis and voltage displayed on the Y-axis.
- X-Y: Alternate graphical display with CH 1 driving the X-axis and CH 2 driving the Y-axis.
- Tune: Alphanumerical tuning display, which you can configure to show either Hz values or note names.

The Scope displays have adjustable display offset for each channel and an adjustable trigger threshold, while the tuner has options for reference pitch and average update speed.
Ins & Outs

The inputs are DC coupled and accept signals between -10V and +10V. The Signal on the input is normalled to the output below; this allows you to monitor or tune a signal without a mult or re-patching.

Notes: This module allows you to connect balanced line level audio (+4 dBu) into your Eurorack modular system. It is a compact and easy way to patch in a rack mount/desktop FX units, external line-level instruments like synths and drum machines, outputs from your DAW, or many other line level sources.

Notes: The most complex modulator is you. The Planar 2 puts macro control over six outputs - including a quad panning mixer - into your hands with a buttery smooth joystick. Record up to 30 seconds of your own movements, stretch it or mangle it with scan mode, use a trigger for playback, or just loop it - synced or not. Add yourself to your patch.

With its smoothly responsive precision joystick, Planar 2 facilitates hands-on vector control of two entirely independent sets of outputs (quadrants A-D, and axis X/Y), plus the ability to capture and playback your gestures. Recording your joystick movements enables the creation of organic and complex envelopes, wild and wobbly LFOs, or extended sonic evolutions. It mixes, morphs, routes and pans audio inputs; triggers gates; outputs control voltages and is itself, CV-controllable. Planar 2 puts the 'joy' back in 'joystick,' and the 'fun' back in 'function generator.' Its multitasking and tactile interface makes it a flexible and unique control device, no matter what your musical genre.

Notes: Your Palette case is the ideal solution for your space conscious and portable needs. At about the same size as a small laptop, your Palette fits comfortably on your desktop; in your backpack; at your favourite coffee shop; in your jam space; or pretty much anywhere else you might desire to play. Your imagination is the only limit. With 62hp of rack space, you can piece together powerful but focused mini systems and control surfaces.
