Koma Elektronik Chromaplane Analogue & Polyphonic Electromagnetic Synthesiser
Cat: 1050564 Rel: 30 Apr 25

Analogue & polyphonic electromagnetic synthesiser
Notes: The Chromaplane is an instrument created in collaboration between KOMA Elektronik & Passepartout Duo.

The Chromaplane is played using two electromagnetic pickup coils, that are moved over its surface to listen to a cloud of electromagnetic fields produced by the instrument. These ten fields are represented by small indicators on the instrument's surface.

The Chromaplane is fully polyphonic, meaning that all ten of the instrument's analogue square wave oscillators are always sounding - this makes the instrument ideal for both sculpting complex drones, and playing agile melodies. Each field can be tuned using its corresponding adjustment screw. The oscillators are additionally organized into three rows, each with a switch that drops that row's pitch one octave.

The timbre of the Chromaplane can be further shaped using its internal VCF, a 4-pole low pass filter that darkens the instrument's sound and is also modulated by the internal audio signal, allowing for rich harmonic sounds and timbres reminiscent of frequency modulation. A lo-fi delay/echo effect with CV controlled time adds a sense of ambiance and rhythmicity to the dry signal's output.

The Chromaplane also features an external audio input, allowing the player to route other sounds to one electromagnetic field on the instrument's surface. The instrument's envelope output can also be used to modulate parameters on the instrument, or on other hardware synthesizers.

The Chromaplane includes: The Chromaplane itself, 2 pickup coils, 1 tuning screwdriver, 1 power adapter that works worldwide, 1 manual

Matthews Effects The Technician Dual Channel Auditory Manipulator Effect Pedal
Cat: 1062851

A dual-channel audio manipulator crafted for musical exploration, combining reverb, delay, modulators, a resonance filter, and a stereo looper to build everything from basic delays to complex layered soundscapes
Notes: Delay modes

Digital

Starting as a crisp digital delay, this mode, when paired with the tap footswitch, covers a lot of ground for your delay needs. The "Red" modulator lets you adjust the dampening of the delay, making the repeats either brighter (emulating towards a tape or HIFI sound) or darker

Reverse

Instead of reading the delay buffer in a forward direction like the "Digital" delay we read the buffer backwards creating unique sound possibilities. You can further modify this sound with the "Red" modulator to adjust the dampening of the repeats to grow brighter or darker.

Granular

Takes the delay buffer and chops it up into "Grains" and then plays those grains back. The size of the grains, direction (forward/reverse), the speed (pitch) and location in the buffer is all randomized so every time you experience this mode it will be a unique exploration into granular synthesis. The "Red" modulator allows you to adjust the max size of the randomized "size" of the grains and the amount of grains from 1-5.

Re-sample

What if you want a more complex soundscape like other instruments are playing with you? Re-sample accomplishes this by playing the delay buffer at different speeds which changes the pitch and timing of the delayed phrases creating a more complex musical expression of what you are playing. "Red" lets you adjust the mix of the octave down and the octave up.

Reverb modes

Hall

The least diffused of the reverb modes "Hall" allows you hear the reflective nature of the hallway your sound is in.

Plate

Emulating a classic plate reverb sound that is diffuse and reflective.

Chasm

An exploration into reverb design feedback networks that can allow for unnaturally large decay lengths.

Grim

Takes the "Chasm" mode and splits the output to a parallel octave down so you get the normal output + the octave down for a deep rich soundscape.

Looper modes

Gives you latching control over the rec/dub of your looper.

Momentary

Only rec/dub while holding the rec/dub switch.

Quantise

Works like the latching but will trim your loop to a division of the existing delay time.

MOD ONE and MOD TWO allow you adjust the following modulators

Modulators

Cre8audio Assembler Vintage Analogue Audio Mixer
Cat: 1081038 Rel: 25 Apr 25

A synth-focused vintage style audio mixer for the studio.
Notes: Introducing Assembler, a synth-focused audio mixer meticulously engineered to deliver unmatched vintage mixing console sound and intuitive, hands-on control. Developed in partnership with the renowned Pittsburgh Modular Synthesizers team, Assembler builds on the rich history and sonic warmth of classic analog audio mixers while embracing a modern workflow designed specifically for contemporary electronic artists.

The idea behind Assembler was not only to provide a super flexible tool for mixing live or in the studio, but also to provide a sound sculpting tool that could add depth, complexity, and with its special Pittsburgh-designed circuits, help you even to sound better!

Inspired by the sound of iconic analog consoles that shaped decades of music production, Assembler captures the essence of vintage mixers famed for their warmth, character, and dynamic response through tonal shaping and analog tape saturation emulation. These custom circuits, meticulously engineered for Assembler by Pittsburgh Modular utilize signal contouring and soft compression to unify the overall mix. This process emulates the signal chain cherished in vintage recordings, adding the warmth, cohesion, and character that other mixers often lack. The result is a better sounding modern electronic music mixer.

Assembler's ten audio inputs are split into three distinct mixer channel types to seamlessly integrate with various audio scenarios and workflows, however all ten channels have several features in common. Each input includes a powerful preamp capable of up to 20x gain boost, ideal for boosting line level signals, subtle clarity enhancement, or aggressive signal saturation. Three assignable aux sends add flexible audio processing options to each channel. Three segment LED meters, independent headphone Cue, and channel Mutes allow for precise and comprehensive monitoring. Channel 1 and 2 add extensive tonal control with vintage-inspired high and low EQ knobs, each offering i15 dB of boost or cut while all six mono inputs include a dedicated pan control. Two sets of stereo inputs take advantage of the powerful preamps and assignable aux sends to work with both Eurorack and line level signals. This allows for seamless integration of a wide variety of electronic instruments.

The Assembler offers significant flexibility with its three assignable aux send channels, allowing effortless integration of external effects like reverbs and delays or functioning as sub-mix channels. Specifically, two stereo returns and one mono return, each with independent gain adjustments (up to 2.7x gain), enable both creative experimentation and professional-grade signal blending.

Assembler prioritizes ease of use with its intuitive one-knob-per-function design. Every feature, EQ adjustment, auxiliary routing, panning, or level setting, is immediately accessible, providing a seamless, frustration-free mixing experience. Users new to audio mixers will appreciate its straightforward operation, while seasoned artists will instantly feel at home with familiar analog mixer functionalities clearly laid out.

Equally adept at managing both line-level instruments and modular signals, Assembler effortlessly integrates into any studio or live performance setup. A dedicated headphone output with a separate cue mix ensures detailed and reliable monitoring in live situations, enabling performers to preview and adjust their sounds confidently.

Assembler purposefully eliminates extraneous features found in many modern modular mixers, focusing solely on superior audio quality, intuitive user experience, and robust reliability. The result is a professional-quality audio mixer that offers an exceptional analog sound experience at a significantly accessible price point compared to competing products.

Assembler continues this tradition by seamlessly blending revered analog sound processing with modern modular flexibility, and it will also self-oscillate for all the noise artists, if that is important.

Notes: Introducing Boom Chick, a revolutionary analog drum machine built on the warmth and character of Pittsburgh Modular's newly designed analog drum circuits. These powerful, expressive percussion voices are paired with an advanced sequencer designed for intuitive creativity and deep rhythmic exploration. Inspired by the hands-on performability of iconic analog drum machines, Boom Chick redefines analog percussion with exceptional flexibility and sonic precision, tailored for modern musicians and producers.

Compact yet incredibly powerful, the Boom Chick ensures frustration-free jamming and tweaking through its intuitive knob-per-function layout and straightforward interface conventions. It's hands-on, immediate, and built for musicians who want a drum machine that feels alive. Turn up the dirt, push the limits, and make some serious noise.

Created by the Pittsburgh Modular Synthesizers team, Boom Chick features five meticulously crafted drum voices, each designed for maximum flexibility and expressiveness. The sounds are raw, dynamic, and laser sharp, built to drive and slice through any mix. The electricity creating the analog sounds is directly shaped using the knob-per-function interface. No menus, no hassle, just pure, tactile beat-making analog magic at your fingertips. By focusing on creative, new analog designs, Pittsburgh Modular ensured that Boom Chick doesn't just mimic the past, but kick starts a new future of analog beats.

Every voice has been meticulously engineered for maximum sonic impact, making Boom Chick a true drum synthesizer, not just a drum machine. Starting with a massive bottom end, the Kick drum sculpts a specialized sine-wave oscillator using gritty overdrive, pitch manipulation, and a precise, percussive envelope allowing you to dial in everything from low and long or clean and punchy rhythms to aggressive, overdriven beats. The Snare drum showcases the power of modern analog with powerful snare hits that can mimic a physical snare drum or venture into creative new territories. Drum channels 1 and 2 offer even deeper sound-design possibilities. By utilizing two oscillators, wave shaping, frequency modulation, and noise you can generate everything from subtle nuanced percussion to wild, expressive sonic textures. Toms, claps, snares, kicks, cymbals, rim shots, cowbells, congas, claves, space sounds, and outer space sounds can all be dialed in and reimagined. Hats utilize a custom oscillator noise matrix to create crisp, bright metallic tones ideal for intricate rhythmic patterns.

Boom Chick's sequencer is designed to offer profound depth while maintaining intuitive simplicity. It features two powerful modes: Step Mode, for meticulous programming of each drum step, and Live Mode, allowing real-time rhythm creation and expressive performance. Tools such as Step Shift enable quick and precise timing adjustments for intricate rhythmic patterns, while Step Roll and Chance introduce engaging complexity and variation. Timing functions like Humanize, Swing, and Quantize provide refined control over groove and rhythm, allowing for perfectly locked or naturally loose-feeling sequences. Swing adds groove by shifting even steps slightly behind the beat, while Humanize introduces subtle timing variations to simulate natural playing styles. With up to 64-step sequences and polyrhythm capabilities, Boom Chick encourages experimentation by removing the boundaries to live performance and making beats.

At the heart of Boom Chick is a 6-track sequencer that gives you deep rhythmic control while staying easy to use. With design inspiration taken from Pittsburgh's Voltage Research Lab 2, Boom Chick's sequencer will take you from quick jams to mind-bending polyrhythms. This sequencer is not only designed to keep up with you, but also propel you to new territory.

Boom Chick is modular-friendly, MIDI-capable, and performance-ready. This makes it a perfect addition to any studio or live rig. Individual trigger inputs and individual drum outs allow each drum to be sent to a mixer or DAW separately for external processing or recording. MIDI in and out to send and receive clock, trigger drums, or sequence external percussion. Analog clock in and out allows Boom Chick to easily integrate with Eurorack setups and other gear. Separate Line and Headphone outputs make personal jams, recording, or live performances easy.

BlaknBlu Oscar Tria Triple Mode Stereo VCO Module
Cat: 1081156

VCO module that functions as a stereo oscillator, a super saw/square/triangle/sub and a chord engine,
Notes: Oscar Tria packs a lot of VCO into 10HP. There are three main modes described below.

Green Mode:

A 'traditional' stereo oscillator. In Green Mode you get the usual three waveforms - saw, triangle and square (with variable pulse width, of course) but you can continuously vary the waveform between the three. For instance, by turning the waveform knob to be just to the saw side of triangle, you get a sound very much like the Minimoog's 'shark tooth'. Green mode also gives you a square wave sub oscillator - one octave below the main oscillators - and a sub sub, two octaves below. Oscar Tria is stereo, of course, so you can detune one oscillator for a rich stereo image - or sum the two outputs to mono and you have two oscillators with two subs, for a BIG sound. Green mode also features through zero FM, and hard sync.

Yellow Mode:

Super-saw! And super-square! And super-triangle! With a sub (of course). Yellow mode allows you to control the number of oscillators making up the super-whatever, from one (not really super) to 24! Again, being stereo you get up to 12 oscillators in one channel and 12 in the other. Add the sub for a HUGE sound.

Orange Mode:

This is a chord engine, with 20 selectable chords. There are controls to select which chord you want and how many notes are played (over two octaves). CV control allows you to set pitch and chord independently, so you can set up a polyphonic sequence, for instance. Again, the output is stereo with detune control of one output.

Extensive outputs, open-ended Functionality

The output section of the ISE-NIN BREAKOUT is a perfect match for the voice. Each waveform for each oscillator has its own independent instrument, as does each envelope and the inverse of envelope 1, each filter and slope, each LFO waveform, noise and low noise, and mix. There's also a dedicated headphone output so you can enjoy ISE-NIN without waking the neighbours. You'd be hard pressed to find as much tonal range, as many distinctive vintage Japanese tones, or as much expandability with as much horsepower as ISE-NIN VOICE and its BREAKOUT.

Synclavier Knob For Regen
Synclavier Knob For Regen (synthesiser control knob)
Cat: 1073973

A modern recreation of the original knob found on vintage Synclavier II systems.
Notes: Regen Knob is a precision rate-of-change dial. Using the knob to dial-in settings is not only an authentic way of controlling your Synclavier, but an efficient method to design sounds. Your left hand doesn't leave the knob, your right hand dances over the button panels. You close your eyes and set the parameters by ear. It's all very right-side-brain.

The Regen Knob comes with a bracket and screws to secure the knob to the side of your Synclavier Regen. It can also be used stand-alone. The weight and feel of the knob are identical, as we have used the exact measurements and a balanced spring mechanism. The two-inch diameter knob is milled from a solid bar of instrument-grade aluminium. The interface software and hysteresis algorithm are taken directly from Synclavier II.

Tangible Instruments Arpeggio Virtual Analogue Synthesiser Arpeggiator & Sequencer
Cat: 1074000

Arpeggio is a powerful and portable melody maker with a built-in speaker, and battery power.
Notes: Arpeggio is a powerful and portable melody maker with a built-in speaker, and battery power. It's a synthesizer, arpeggiator, and sequencer all in one. You can compose and perform anywhere, save hundreds of melodies and create millions of arpeggiator styles. It creates a looping sequence of the notes you select in real time. It's a completely new musical instrument designed to give you the freedom to make melodies with nuance and distinction. Save hundreds of melodies and create millions of arpeggiator styles. Control your gear wirelessly with MIDI over bluetooth or go old school with control voltage and gate. The notes you select from the one octave keyboard instantly create a looping sequence. Unlike a step sequencer, Arpeggio does not limit you to a set number of notes in your sequence. Add rests into your melody and adjust note lengths, tempo, octave, portamento, and swing. Save your melodic phrases as they are created into one of 512 memory banks. They can be chained together to create more complex melodies.

It's equally at home on stage, in the studio, or on the couch. With an editable 2-oscillator virtual analog synthesizer, a built-in speaker, and battery power, Arpeggio can help you make melodies wherever inspiration strikes.

Sequences are created and saved on the fly. You can create a sequence and then save it to a bank while it's playing. Sequences are monophonic and can be up to 128 notes long. Individual steps in a sequence can be of different note lengths, and gate lengths. Like an arpeggiator the sequence length expands as notes are added. You can link melodic sequences together, add rest notes, and delete notes all in real time. Attach the advanced sequencing overlay and scrub through your sequence to delete or insert notes, add slides, and adjust swing to create the exact melody in your head.

A monophonic virtual analog synthesizer. Turn the voice knob to cycle through 24 different synth patches and adjust shape, attack, and portamento. Synth features include: dual oscillators, dual ADSR Envelopes, dual LFOs, six oscillator waveforms, low-pass filter & detune. Dive deeper using the synthesizer overlay and completely customize all synth parameters, create and save your own sounds.

A one octave keyboard from low C to a high B is where you'll play the notes to create your own melodic sequences. Turn the octave knob to shift the pitch of the keyboard up and down to play any note you want. Notes may also be input using an external MIDI controller. In transpose mode the currently playing sequence can be shifted up and down by either selecting a note from the built in one octave keyboard, a whole octave by turning the octave knob or by playing a note on an external MIDI controller. The melody will be shifted up by the number of steps the selected key is away from the low C.

Arpeggio is an amazing instrument all on its own, but its expansive I/O makes it a powerful companion for your other electronic instruments. Add an arpeggiator to any synth. Connect a larger external MIDI keyboard and record a full chord's worth of notes into arpeggio instantly. Expand your sonic palette by using it as a sequencer to control other synthesizers and sound modules. Sync it up to external clock sources for integration with drum machines, samplers, iOS devices and computers. Instant looping sequences. Up, up-down, down, down-up, sequence (as played), reverse styles. Or activate the Arpeggiator Overlay to create your own arp styles and rhythms. Millions are possible.

The Arpeggiator Overlay gives you an insane amount of control over custom arp styles. Start by mixing and matching any two of the base note orders (or just pick one): Up, Down, Sequence, Reverse, and Random. Then apply and combine separate modifiers to each like Inside Out, Skip Forward, Alternating First, Zig Zag, and more. Each arp style can also have an Arpeggiator Rhythm of up to 16-steps. The result of all this is that literally millions of unique arp styles are possible.

The Sequencer Overlay lets you go through each note of your saved sequences and change the pitch or octave, add slide notes where you want, adjust swing, and note probability. Here you can also customize global settings and create sequence frequency patterns to add sections of silence before or after your melodies.

The Synthesizer Overlay lets you explore new sonic territory, tweak and fine tune Arpeggio's built-in synth engine, and create and save your own custom synth presets. The virtual analog synthesizer architecture is designed to reproduce a wide range of timbres. Features include: dual oscillators, dual ADSR Envelopes, dual LFOs, six oscillator waveforms, low-pass filter & detune.

Clank Chaos 6-Channel Aleatoric Brain Module
Clank Chaos 6-Channel Aleatoric Brain Module (clock generator/CV modulation/sequencer synth module)
Cat: 1084154 Rel: 25 Apr 25

Six channel CV/gate/looper module.
Notes: Chaos is excellent for modulation purposes or as a clock multiplier/ divider, but that's only scratching the surface... It takes a different approach to writing sequences than traditional sequencers, as it is built on six touring machines combined with an effective pattern and clock generator. One of the biggest challenges in electronic music production, especially when it comes to sequencing, is finding that sweet spot between hands-on control and possibilities.

It can be frustrating because many sequencers with lots of fun and playable controls don't always pack the punch you need. On the flip side, you have those bigger menu-based sequencers with tons of options but can feel overwhelming with all the programming they require. It's designed to help you overcome these challenges and make your music-making experience smoother and more enjoyable, whether you're jamming or writing a song you want to execute live.

Typically, a sequencer starts with a blank canvas. However, with Chaos, you begin with all possibilities at your disposal and can easily narrow them down to fit your vision with just a few adjustments. This makes creating a sequence that conveys a specific mood quick and straightforward. Once you have established this initial mood, you can loop it from the last step to step 32 whenever you hear something you like. At this point, you can choose to modify the entire loop or adjust the parameters of any individual step. There is no need for extensive menu navigation; simply pressing a button and turning the encoder gives you control over parameters such as gate time, gate probability, gate width, gate ratcheting, gate swing, notes, scale, slew, and slew amount.

The LED bar continuously displays the voltage output of the selected channel, as well as the gate and each parameter's value, eliminating the need for a screen. You can save and recall the entire sequence of its six channels at any time. Additionally, there is an internal function that allows you to randomize all parameters or just a select few within a specified range, helping you discover new melodies to work with.

Chaos is an endless reservoir of tunes and is incredibly quick and powerful for composing sequences, gate patterns, or modulation. In a short time, it will become the brain of your system.

Six CV outputs can be used for a wide range of applications; everything from chaotic modulations to fine-tuned sequences can be obtained. Thanks to its interface you can quickly adjust the voltages from where the random engine picks new values and then edit them in every aspect. In addition, Slew amount, Quantization, and external sampling are available on every channel.

Thanks to its 6 gate outputs, Chaos can be used as your system's quick and effective clock manager and gate pattern generator. Chaos also provides a stable master clock (10mS to 10Sec) from a separate output and can be clocked from external devices. On every channel, you can set Probability, Width, Swing, Ratcheting, and Time as a multiplier/divider of the master clock or unquantized in mS.

You can freeze the last 1 to 32 steps of randomly generated CVs and Gates in a locked loop when you hear something you like. Loops are not static; every parameter of Chaos can be used again to change the loop behavior in a non-destructive way.

Entering sequencer mode means taking control of every aspect of the looped sequence generated by the random engine. You can change time, width, probability, ratcheting, slew, slew amount, note, note deviation, etc., for each of the 32 steps of all six channels.

Thanks to the external input, you can substitute the random generator with external voltages, transpose a sequence on the fly, and a lot more.

If you're more into generative stuff or want to add a bit of craziness to the patch, you can use the Chaos function to randomize all the parameters on a channel. A sophisticated control named entropy is available on every parameter to set the distance of the new value from the last one.

Chaos can save and recall 10 slots where you can save entire sets or preferred channel behavior. Recall can also be done with an external voltage.

Clank Axis 3 Dimensions Amplitude Management Module
Clank Axis 3 Dimensions Amplitude Management Module (envelope generator synth module)
Cat: 1084174 Rel: 25 Apr 25

Dual envelope generator that features an integrated VCA, crossfader and voltage controlled mixer section.
Notes: In only 12hp, Axis condenses all the classical blocks for the audio amplitude management, redefining the classical envelope -> vca -> mixer path. The idea is to manipulate a sound over three axes: its length, its volume, and its place inside the stereo field.

Axis is a dual envelope generator that features an integrated VCA, a crossfader, and a voltage-controllable mixer section. The initial concept was to combine digital control over an analog VCA to closely emulate the classic Vactrol sound. After more than a year of refinement, Axis has evolved into more than just that. It offers exceptional versatility, providing a wide range of waveforms and the unique capability to simulate the natural percussive qualities of different materials. All this is in a complete analog path.

For the function generator section, we choose a faster method over the classic AD/ ADSR style: a selection of waveforms studied to give back a precise musical effect can be selected with the shape knob. The function length is independent from the actual wave shape and can be settled with the fader timeX from 30hz to 15 seconds. Also, setting the timeX fader at its maximum level will leave the VCA open.

A more typical collection of envelopes can be found in the first half of the dial. All kinds of sounds, from plucked notes to long volume swells passing through lead-friendly lines, can be obtained here.

More unusual, the last section of the knob is thought to simulate the acoustic vibration of a percussed object. Starting with a triangular envelope, from this point on, the more you turn the knob, the more rebounds will be added, simulating the natural ring of a material. Using this section at low rates can generate complex envelopes that could also be suitable for the vibrato-style AM effect. The envelope generator section includes a mode switch (cycle, trigger, hold), a trigger/gate input, an EOC trigger out, a function output, a CV for the envelope shape selection, and one CV for time.

As a cherry on the cake, a crossfader is placed at the end of the chain, blending both Axis halves. With a dedicated fader and CV control, raising it will invert the L/R output, creating nice stereo effects or moving the voices around the stereo field.

The VCA section is more straightforward: it has an audio input/output[1] and a VCA CV input[3].

You can plug the audio I/O to use Axis in its completeness and eliminate a lot of cables and mess!

Soundwise, here at Clank, we are all about vactrols LPGs, but since we knew it's not the most versatile option on the market, we came up with a different design. Blending together a VCA with a not-so-step filter, we obtained a VCA with a nice mild LPG flavor: enough to sound not so "clicky" but not too slow to inficiate really fast sounds.

By default, the envelope created by the function generator is normalized to the CV in of the VCA. Plugging a cable into the VCA in breaks the normalization, in this way you can use a different source to control the VCA and free the function generator for LFOs or modulation duties.

The range Y fader sets the strength of the envelope, but you can also see this control as a volume fader, which is nice since you won't necessarily need an additional volume for your voice after the Axis. Take into consideration that since the Axis VCA is actually a low-pass gate, lowering the rangeY fader also affects the cutoff frequency. The range fader also has its CV control to program dynamic changes to the sound. Basically, it's a VCA over a VCA that permits every note to be at different intensities. Last but not least, Range CV can also be fed by a unipolar modulation CV to obtain vibrato effects or audio rate AM modulations

Featuring a black recycled ABS PlayCase, custom black flat keycaps and black chrome faders!

The Cr24 is a sleek re-interpretation of the classic OG Yellow PlayFader.

All the PlayFader button colours are now represented on the front panel allowing you to still use colour to learn your way around the functions.

Synesthesia is when you hear music, but you see shapes. Or you hear a word or a name and instantly see a colour. That's why Play All Day use colours and words on our panel, it makes learning click- and stick!

Inside every PlayFader you will now also get a handy laminated card with all the main menu button combos. This fits neatly into the lid so it's always with you when you need it.

The green LEDs of the main display finish off the design in style while being super-clear in the darkest and most demanding of situations.

PlayFader mnml has exactly the same functionality as the classic yellow edition and the Cr24 is currently a very limited run.

Please note, PlayFader does not ship with cables or adapters.

You can power PlayFader from any 9v Centre-negative guitar pedal power supply, or chose one of the innovative power solutions offered by myVolts, you can now chose to use USB-B or USB-C power solutions with their Ripcord and StepUp adapters.

You can also pick up 3.5mm to 5-pin Midi Type-A adapters and the awesome myVolts Modular CV Halo to Pedal (floating ring TRS to TS) cable for plugging into Expression inputs.

Supplier's notes:

PlayFader is a 2 channel CV & MIDI portable sequencer.

Each channel of PlayFader features CV and Gate outputs that are controlled by its Fader and Play button. Move the Fader to change the CV level, press the Play button to output a variable-width gate or trigger.

PlayFader also outputs 2 channels of MIDI - select from Notes, Chords, CC's and many more output options. MIDI mirrors the analogue outputs so you can control anything with a MIDI input while also controlling your analogue CV synths, pedals etc.

PlayFader runs either to its own internal clock with full transport controls and tap tempo, or loves making friends with external clocks. Sync can be by CV or MIDI, in or out.

Select from your own fully customisable user scales or smooth voltage ranges of 2, 3, 5 & 8v in addition to live transposition.

Each channel has two recording buffers which you can jump, swap and copy between.

PlayFader also has 7 FUN FX modes... for now.

Based on the TE pocket operator punchFX, there is a dedicated FUN button. The idea is that the FUN modes modulate and influence your recorded pattern contents while using the faders to change relevant parameters for the mode you're in.

All FUN modes will be addressable by the built-in accelerometer in future firmware (coming soon), which should be bonkers amounts of fun.

PlayFader has a protective lid that doubles as a stand and feels great in your hand if you want to hold it and play- this is the PlayCase.

When you're travelling, all the controls are safely protected by the lid, held in place with a handy wristband which supports LGBTQ+ equality around the world.

The lid can then be flipped onto the back of PlayFader when you're ready, giving you some grip and a bit more height, making it perfect to play all day!

PlayFader is a versatile CV, Gate and MIDI sequencer & looper that loves to make friends with modular synths, vintage synths, any synth or sampler with MIDI, guitar pedals, and anything else with CV and expression inputs. It can even be a great controller and sequencer for your DAW & computer-based workflow.

You can also read the official manual and quick reference guides and these are always instantly accessible from the QR code on the back of every PlayFader.

Clank Proteo Shapeshifting Stereo Oscillator Module
Cat: 1084164 Rel: 25 Apr 25

Stereo oscillator module with an internal-pseudo tape recorder.
Notes: The name, indeed, comes from ancient Greek mythology since Proteo was a shapeshifter who could assume whatever shapes he preferred. In this way, our Proteo, has not a precise sound on its own but a clever mechanism that permits to acquire and transform every signal into waveforms. What if you can use your envelopes, LFOs or any other signal as a sound source?

What sets it apart from other oscillators? What's very different in Proteo is its internal pseudo-tape recorder, which is capable of continuously acquiring and transforming any external signal into waveforms and morphing them from a basic sine.

In Proteo, waveforms are not a static digital representation of a sound; they can continuously evolve in a very organic way, and tape loop time is a fundamental factor: changing it will drastically affect the resulting output even with the same sources at the inputs. Slowing down the time will capture a bigger portion of the incoming source with more harmonics. As a result, increasing it allows to capture up to low audio rate signals or really small fragments of the signal.

Exploring the interaction between Proteo, the sources and the time will force you to change your mind about how sounds and harmonics can be generated: visualizing how different shapes can sound and looking for new sources to generate YOUR waveform is the fundamental idea behind Proteo.

Proteo is also stereo, thanks to the Span knob you can easily detune one oscillator from the other to create nice stereo effects. Beside the common pitch the two oscillators have independent acquisition paths and morph controls, each one can emit different waveform.
