New chart for a new month.. finally some sunshine coming through here in Ireland after a somewhat rainy June. Some great soul, boogie tackle to complement the season; the America comp on BBE is ace, blue eyed soul at its finest. Some great 12" re-issues two; Blairs nightlife generally shoots for serious money but this re-issue seems like a more welcomed alternative. In a similar vein is a re-issue of the Roy Ayers produced Baby Don't You Know by Bobbi Humphrey. Dego's new e.p. is exactly what one would expect from the 4 Hero man, proper future soul vibes (the LP sounds great too). The Caribou and Hunee remixes of the Virgo Four on Rush Hour are ace on a house tip. A nice pair of hip-hop numbers appear on the Kidboy e.p. and Sebstian e.p with the Primo remix delivers on a slightly more accessible front.
