Two Beats One Soul CD

With Two Beats One Soul, RMVK boss Vivian Scott Chew set out to celebrate the contemporary fusion of Cuban and American music. It's a simple idea, but one that guarantees a string of highlights from start to finish. We were particularly inspired by the rum-fuelled, organic soulful house vibes of Louie Vega and Josh Milan's celebratory "The World is a Family", the sensual, synthesizer-heavy slow soul of Eric Benet's "The Rhythm", the lilting, sunset-friendly warmth of Jon B's "Havana Moon" and the sweaty and humid brilliance of Milagros Hodelin's "Me Anamore", though you may find other favourites elsewhere on the CD - there are certainly plenty to choose from.
