Those sick of hearing how great this year's edition of Amsterdam Dance Event was can at least find solace in this one off twelve inch collaboration between Rush Hour and Rekids that sees Steve Rachmad and KiNK take a side each to rework tracks from Miss Kraviz's recent eponymous LP. Veteran Dutch techno producer Rachmad calls shotgun, electing to rework the ubiquitous "Ghetto Kraviz" twice, offering contrasting Jack and Scorp interpretations - both of which riff off the tightly wound percussive core, and our Nina's detached delivery! Flip over and Bulgaria's most famous export tackles "Love Or Go" stripping the original of its melodic warmth for a rolling, detuned house vibe that really works it's way under your skin. "Play vinyl, it sounds better" reads the runout inscription - we're not going to argue.
