Bradley Zero's Rhythm Section International becomes the latest label to look towards British Columbia and the growing ranks of killer producers dotted around Vancouver as Local Artist resurfaces with a fine 3 track 12". Responsible for one of the earliest releases on Tony Napoli's Proibito label, Local Artist is closely associated with Mood Hut (do some digging and you'll discover past musical endeavours with Pender Street Steppers). From the off, Feelings sees the Local Artist toy around with dub techniques and delay effects with real aplomb and any self respecting Mood Hut fan will want to get on this 12" post-haste! Some real NWAQ vibes on final cut "Place 1".
