London digidub powerhouse Ital Mick makes his System debut with two melody-heavy originals and two dub versions. "Babylon Ways" tells a barbed tale with a slight foreboding from the minor keys and cascading counter melodies. "Kingly Character" is more of an instant uplift with its major key hook and rippling elements beneath the big wash stabs. Complete with two heavier, FX-washed dubs for the deeper dance, System and Mick have created a great exercise in rootsmanship right here.
