There is something about good, well made house music that will never go out of fashion - its combination of heart and soul with mid-tempo drums that tap into our primal urge to dance pulls us in over and over and as soon as the first bars of the first tune on this EP play out you are reminded of those facts. They are not particularly grown breaking but that doesn't make them any less irresistible. Gare Romalis's Detroit-inspired sounds go from seductive and vocal to bumping and hi-tek via celebratory and futuristic. Great EP.
