Eon was a disco, funk and soul group from New Jersey that was active in the late 70s. Members Daniel Anderson, Jay Borrerro, Raymond Orta and Robert Remming please two albums - both, rather confusing, were self-titled - in 1975 and 1978 and just four EPs. This double-sided 7" was their debut and now gets a special limited edition reissue for 2024's Record Store Day. 'We'll Go On' kicks off with some feel good pianos and big horn energy and funk basslines, then 'Children Of The Night' offers more rich but more sentimental soul sounds that get you where it hurts.
