This one is truly the gift that keeps on giving. Energy 52's 'Cafe Del Mar' has been an Ibiza classic ever since it first dropped. And that is because it perfectly embodies the energy of the island when the sun begins to set. Right now, trance is also as popular as ever which means it is even more on point, which is no doubt why it has been remixed for the zillionth time. This time it is Orbital and Michael Mayer who add their own spin to its uplifting drums and teary-eyed synth sequences. Both are sympathetic to the original which was always going to be a fine move.
