Sardinia's finest, Sound Exhibitions, come through with another exclusive record into which the disco enjoyers among us may, if not must, sink their teeth. Made up entirely of sampled grooves from the deepest depths of Afro funk - and serving as a neat counterpart to their recent 'Disco Tape' series - an unknown hand, or collection of hands, make quick, choppy work of boxy drum breaks, six-string highlife bursts, raggy piano riffs and cymbal-happy breakdowns, which verge on the drawn-out side. All killer; once again, Sound Exhibitions let the curls set naturally.
