This MIDI Adapter enables you to connect MIDI devices that use standard MIDI cables to the stereo minijacks used by 1010music products. The adapter has a male stereo minijack at one end, and a female 5 pin DIN MIDI connector on the other, and is 22 cm/8.5" long. It is also useful as a converter for connecting to other MIDI devices that use a different mapping of MIDI signals to the stereo minijacks.

Notes: The Nanobox battery case protects and powers your Nanobox for use while traveling. The hard-shell case with magnetic closure keeps your Nanobox safe in your backpack. The embedded battery pack ensures you can use the Nanobox along the way and when you get there. Plug in headphones and you can make music along the way.

You Can Take It With You

Nestle any of the four Nanoboxes into the injection moulded case, connect the built-in battery, and your Nanobox is ready to travel with you. When you get to your destination, remove the top of the case and you can connect speakers, MIDI devices and audio inputs through the cut out in the back while powering the Nanobox from the battery.

Use the USB C cable that came with your Nanobox to charge the battery case so you are ready to take your Nanobox on your next musical journey, even if it's just to the couch.

Low-cost, portable, compact enclosure that turns Eurorack modules into table-top instruments.

The Pod64X is 64HP with 2.16" (55mm) of available module depth. The built-in power supply has four power connectors and can be daisy-chained to other Pods. More power connectors can be added with the Multi Power Cable accessory.

Pods require a power brick, or a barrel cable to daisy-chain to a Pod or Row Power that's already powered.

Pods are a perfect way to get started in Eurorack, or add a couple more modules to your monster system!

ZED60-10FX's pre-amps are similar in design to our MixWizard range of mixers, but with a twist! Inputs 3 & 4 have a high impedance jack input capable of taking either a normal line level or a low level input from a guitar pickup. These newly designed inputs have been crafted with the aim of replicating the sound of a classic guitar or instrument tube pre-amp in a combo or head amp. An extremely high input impedance ensures loading on pick-ups is minimal and a Class A FET (field effect transistor) circuit powered from 48V is employed to give the valve-like gain stage. There is a gain "Boost" switch associated with the guitar inputs which boosts gain by 26dB to cater for instruments with very low level outputs and the overdrive characteristics of the guitar inputs are very similar to a valve (tube) circuit, being asymmetric and soft. All this makes for a wonderfully natural sound to be reproduced from the instrument, full of warmth and character.

With the Groove Circuit function, you can easily create remixes by simply pressing the dedicated buttons. This enables you to replace the drum parts of a track - even while it's playing - with different drum loops, changing them into different genres and performing unique remixes effortlessly. The DDJ-GRV6 features large jog wheels that are ideal for scratching, 8 Performance Pads which are positioned above the jogs - just as they are on the flagship CDJ-3000 multi player - and Beat FX from the DJM-A9 in the mixer section. Smart Rotary Selector and Discover function revolutionize track selection

Smart Rotary Selector

The new Smart Rotary Selector on the DDJ-GRV6 allows for up/down and left/right tilting as well as conventional rotation and push operations when using rekordbox for Mac/Windows ver. 7. The left/right tilt enables intuitive navigation through the media browser, tree view, and track list, while the up/down tilt allows fast navigation through playlists and collections, so you can quickly find the track you want, no matter how big your music library is.

Discover function

By pressing the Discover button, you can quickly access the Track Suggestion feature, which helps you rediscover old favourites or encounter new songs.

Remix performances with Stems FX in Serato DJ Pro

The DDJ-GRV6 is compatible with Serato DJ Pro, which includes a Stems FX feature. Express yourself musically by applying effects such as Roll, Trans, Echo Out, and Delay to the separate Stems of a track - drums, bass, vocal, or melody. Apply the overlay sheet included with the DDJ-GRV6 to change the button labels to Stems FX for ease of use.

You can choose to use the DDJ-GRV6 with not only rekordbox for Mac/Windows but also rekordbox for iOS/Android. With the option of playing via a mobile device, you have freedom to DJ in your preferred style and in a variety of different settings.

AlphaTheta Corporation has made another step toward offering DJs complete creative freedom by adding support for Apple Music to its rekordbox DJ software and selected hardware systems. This update enables you to play seamlessly using Apple Music's massive library of over 100 million tracks, and its expertly curated playlists, when you play with rekordbox and supported DJ gear.

With the XDJ-AZ, you can now connect directly to Apple Music via the internet and get instant access to the latest club tracks, chart hits, and nostalgic classics, plus your favorite playlists from your Apple Music account. This integration enables you explore new creative possibilities in your DJ sets.

To unlock these features, updates were released for rekordbox for Mac/Windows (ver. 7.1.0), rekordbox for iOS (ver. 4.4.0) and XDJ-AZ firmware (ver. 1.21) on March 25, 2025.

Extensive device and DJ application compatibility

As well as playing tracks from USB drives, you can DJ by connecting to your PC/Mac or mobile device. And, if you want to showcase your individuality even further, you can play audio from external devices like turntables and samplers. The unit has a USB Type-C port for PC/Mac connection, so you can use rekordbox for Mac/Windows in Performance mode or Serato DJ Pro*1 and there's no need for a paid subscription plan for either. And, if you use the Wi-Fir connection for rekordbox Link Export, you can conveniently access tracks from your PC/Mac or mobile device without needing to plug in cables.*2

Large touchscreen for seamless control, from selecting tracks to performing

The 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen on the XDJ-AZ doesn't just give you more visual information - it makes it easier to control everything too. Up to 13 tracks can be displayed at once - a massive increase from the 8 on the XDJ-XZ - so you can see more of your music and find songs quicker. Other advanced features include Playlist Bank, to which you can register up to 4 playlists for rapid access, Touch Preview, which allows you to preview tracks in playlists without loading them, and Touch Cue, which you can use to preview the upcoming section of tracks currently playing on the deck. All this makes track selection quick and smooth. And, with the option to display the status of the selected Performance Pad and Beat FX settings simultaneously, you can instantly grasp the information you need in order to perform.

Standalone 4-deck playback: DJ your way
Whether you want to add more sounds to your mix, create live mashups, go back-to-back with another DJ, or get more tracks lined up so you're ready to drop them at the perfect time, 4-deck playback support on the XDJ-AZ gives you the flexibility to perform however you like. You can seamlessly integrate CDJs into your setup too, so there's no need to switch decks. With PRO DJ LINK™ compatibility, beat and on-air information are synced across the players, so you'll feel in full control.

Ultra-low-latency wireless monitoring with SonicLink-compatible DJ headphones

Thanks to the integrated SonicLink transmitter, you can enjoy ultra-low-latency wireless monitoring with the HDJ-F10 professional DJ headphones. Press a single button to pair the XDJ-AZ with the headphones and you can move around the DJ booth or stage freely, knowing you'll never tangle or pull on a cable. SonicLink is AlphaTheta's own proprietary ultra-low-latency wireless technology. It transmits audio 20 times faster than the commonly used Bluetoothr SBC codec, so you'll never notice a delay between pressing a button or scratching with the jog wheels and hearing the sound from the output.

Innovative real-time sound mangling is the name of the game with the Timetosser. Hook up a stereo audio signal, re-order and re-sequence on the fly for a unique twist on DJing and live remixing.

As well as some bug fixes, this firmware update will add two more play modes to the unit: a looper and a slicer. The Loop mode allows you to record a loop of up to 16 beats, play patterns during that recording and have the Timetosser loop that, or remix a recorded loop like you would do in the original Live mode. The Slicer mode allows you to make slices of a recorded loop and play those slices on top of the live audio in MPC style. Overall a very quick and easy way to make live samples of your ongoing audio.

Next to that, Alter Audio have added a full set of new preset patterns which auto-remix your music by adding in a bit of beat shuffling, some nice offbeat timings and drop in the odd mute and reverse within the pattern.

Nice to know: The update brings Apple silicon support for the Mac version of the VST3 plugin as well.

How does it work?

MIDI IN - Another option is to sync to midi-clock. By connecting the supplied mini-jack to DIN-5 adapter cable to the sync input, Timetosser is able to synchronise to an incoming midi-clock signal.

Analog Gate - The sync input also supports analog gate voltages. To use analog gate sync, just connect a standard mono mini-jack cable to the sync input directly.

MIDI OUT - Having both a MIDI-input and output means these will be usable from within your DAW software when Timetosser is connected to your computer. But the true advantage comes when Timetosser is used in standalone-mode. Since Timetosser detects the tempo of the incoming audio, the MIDI-output can be used to send out that tempo. This means you can synchronise your MIDI-gear and have them play in time with anything you feed into Timetosser. We're very excited about the possibilities this brings: blur the lines between deejaying and live performing by having synths and drum machines play alongside your tracks!

Standalone 64 step analogue step sequencer with a host of unique features that sets it apart from others

What's so special about this sequencer?

AS500 is formatted differently and operates differently than other step sequencer.

Traditionally step sequencers run horizontally from left to right then loop back to step one. You can make the pattern shorter, but generally that's it.

AS500 patterns run vertically downwards in columns. As the end of each column is played, the next to the right is played.

AS500 has a unique Jump system. When a Jump switch is on, the rest of the column's steps are bypassed and the sequencer jumps straight to the start of the next column

These two features in particular as familiar enough ways of working to be intuitive, but different enough to force you to work and think in a slightly different way. The end result is you will get sequences and patterns that you might not have created otherwise.

More Variation

Many step sequencers can start to sound repetitive since it's usually the same single pattern looping endlessly.

AS500 allows you to split the sequencer in half and use the right half as a Fill-In pattern to add variation, much like vintage drum machines.

These Fills are activated via a Push Button, or via a trigger pulse from an external modular.

AS500's format and Jump switches, combined with excellent features like Fill-In, Split sequencers and other features makes AS500 a great sequencer package.

Use

If you are familiar with analogue sequencers in general, then most features of AS500 should be fairly self-explanatory, but it would still be worth having a read through the manual.

The sequencer is laid out in vertical columns, eight in total.

The sequencer runs from top to bottom, and left to right.

The Difference Between Reset and Jump

If a Reset is initiated the sequencer returns to step one, the first step of the sequencer.

Use Reset to shorten the sequence.

If a Jump is initiated the sequencer will advance (jump) to step one of the next column to the right.
