South Italy based label Soul Departure Recordings made a big impression with its first EP and now it is back with another wedge of real house heat. It is the very real vocal talent of Venessa Jackson that stela's the show on 'Make Me Glow' as she delivers a classic lung-busting top line with old school chords and drums completing the groove next to big blasts of sax. Of the mixes, the Club Mix is more driving and robust, the Deep Mix sinks into a nice silky groove that is more paired back and the Hot Mix goes super slow, with lush chord and synth work for the late night hours.
