This special edition pressing is a work of art as the pattern is really eye-catching. The stamp on the label is a stylish touch, too. As for the music, this is an anniversary edition of the Damon Albarn-led group's earliest available commercial release and one of their very best. The noir feel of the title track, thanks to its unforgettable melodies and atmospheric, Morricone-esque flourish, is one of the greatest indie singles of the century so far. And '12D3' is one of Gorillaz' most underrated, full of deep meaning and clues into Gorillaz mythology.
