Nunomo Qun MK2 Mini Synthesiser With Sequencer & Looper
Cat: 887712 Rel: 26 Sep 22

The Qun mk2 is a powerful and unique pocket synthesizer with sequencer and looper.
Notes: Updated take on Nomono's mini synth. Virtual analogue and granular synthesis with effects, sequencer, looping and performance functions. An affordable but flexible instrument.

Supplier's Notes:
The Qun mk2 is a powerful and unique pocket synthesizer with sequencer and looper.

Normally, cheap synthesizers don't have full flexibility because of hardware limitations.

Nunomo had in mind a small synth that has full flexibility of the real synth with an affordable price tag- and Qun mk1 was the synth.

The Mk2 receives a big improvement from the mk1 by adding LED buttons and external processor for UI processing- SD card support is added.

Once you get used to it, it will be so powerful and it will provide tons of flexibility. It is a real synth, not a preset machine.

If you are looking for a pocket music sketch tool, this is it.

Connectivity: Standard MIDI (TRS Type A, comes with the synth), UART MIDI(Supports MAC OS X and Windows through the Nunomo SerialMIDI https://github.com/raspy135/serialmidi .

Landscape Stereo Field Quad Modular Touch Plate Feedback Atonal Synthesiser Landscape Stereo Field Quad Modular Touch Plate Feedback Atonal Synthesiser Landscape Stereo Field Quad Modular Touch Plate Feedback Atonal Synthesiser Landscape Stereo Field Quad Modular Touch Plate Feedback Atonal Synthesiser
Cat: 642532 Rel: 21 Sep 17

A stereo/quad modular touch plate feedback atonal synthesizer, a stereo/quad audio processor and a pressure sensitive chaotic CV "controller"
Notes: Stereo Field is one instrument with three uses. It is simultaneously a stereo/quad modular touch plate feedback atonal synthesizer, a stereo/quad audio processor and a pressure sensitive chaotic CV "controller". All three uses are available separately as well as simultaneously and in conversation with each other.

The Stereo Field allows its user to manipulate and patch two analogue stereo preamp circuits via touch plates. By utilizing skin conductivity as new paths for current to follow you are creating "new circuits" and new sounds in relation to where your fingers are patching. The individual touch plates are directly connected to nearly every connection point of every component in its circuitry (located directly under each corresponding touch plate).

When touched with multiple fingers it will create atonal analogue feedback with either of the two mirrored circuits represented by interlocking touch-plate circles. The resulting feedback can go beyond the abilities of human hearing (take caution!) and down to the very slow clicks of a saw waveform and both can often be happening simultaneously. These parallel mirrored circuits can be finger patched separately or together yielding vastly different chaotic results in regards to texture, timbre and stereo imaging. This instrument has the ability to create atonal synth tones in stereo (and quad) as well as process incoming stereo audio (and quad) sources via 1/4" and 3.5mm ins and outs. Incoming audio sources can be "patched" or rewoven into any area of either or both of the circuits via skin contact.

The two stereo input volume knobs (centre) shape and effect distortion, drive amounts, internal feedback pitch, and modulation rates depending on how your fingers are patching. The quad inputs and outputs via the 3.5mm jacks have small touch plates leading to and from allowing for touch access of each of the 4 inputs and 4 outputs. If multiple audio signals are traveling into the Stereo Field these audio sources can be intermingled and can modulate one another, again depending upon where your fingers are patching.

Sending CV signals into the 3.5mm input jacks will open up many more possibilities both in terms of synthesized sounds and audio processing. Since the two stereo circuits are mirror images of one another the 3.5mm ins and outs can also be thought of as (L/R,R/L) and when your hands get involved this imaging will be further confused and jumbled as your skin can intermingle all of these paths.

The Stereo Field can also be used as a controlled chaos source when using the 3.5mm outputs to send the feedback your hands create as CV to your modular system. Due to the nature of feedback and finger patching the 4 available CV signals have the ability to get incredibly complex, organic and textured in nature (see audio examples below in use with a euro-rack system). Because of the open nature of Stereo Field it can both send and receive CV modulation simultaneously. In addition, this can all be happening while your finger patching is changing and altering the incoming and outgoing CV while also processing incoming audio. These ins and outs can also be patched together with cables for sustained tones with the pitch/rhythm/volume/"cutoff" being affected by adjusting the incoming and outgoing volume knobs in various settings. Inter-patching in this way will also allow for sustained pulse beats and filter-esque sound shaping in addition to bringing new results to finger patching via the touch plates.

Most importantly, processed audio and synthesized audio are available simultaneously with the ability to influence and modulate each other. This will often blur the lines between the two; who is manipulating who, who comes out on top as audio and who is modulation? This can be a constantly evolving cycle based upon where the performers fingers are placed and highly sensitive skin contact pressure changes.

Notes: ***B-STOCK: Item refurbished, repaired and in perfect working order.***

Tracing the footsteps of its bigger brother, Iridium features all the synthesis elements of Quantum as well in a rack-compatible format. The combination of the powerful engine, incredible flexibility and detailed sound shaping facilities creates sheer endless possibilities of sound. Yet, the comprehensive layout and easy-to-understand structure lets you design your own sounds in no time. Sporting a solid metal casing and the same high level of craftsmanship like Quantum, Iridium is now ready to take over studios and stages throughout the world.

Contributing another entry in Waldorf's rich history, Iridium joins the family as a direct descendant of the PPG Wave. Though, Iridium offers much more than its ancestor. Five different synthesis models are provided by Iridium for each of the three oscillators:

Wavetable
Waveform (Virtual Analog)
Particle (Sampling and Granular Sampling)
Resonator
Kernels

Kernel mode has been introduced with the OS 2.0 of Quantum. This huge upgrade allows one oscillator to be turned into up to six sub oscillators. These can be interlinked through FM at audio rate and arranged in user-definable constellations. Just this upgrade alone would have provided enough additional features to create a synthesizer on its own. Now, all those functions have been integrated into Iridium as well.

Up to 7000 patches can be saved in Iridium. Patches from Quantum can be loaded in Iridium and vice-versa.

Iridium features three digital filters per voice. Two in the Dual Filter section and another one in the Digital Former. Several types are available to choose from:

12 or 24dB and Lowpass/Highpass/Bandpass with optional saturation or dirtiness.
Various filter models are available including those from Waldorf Nave, Largo and PPG 3V.
The Dual Filter section can be controlled independently or together in several different link modes.
The Digital Former offers all the filter types and models from the Dual Filter plus unusual models like Comb, Drive, Bitcrusher and more in addition.

All filters retain a true stereo signal throughout the entire structure of the instrument.

Up and down, back and forth
6 Envelopes, 6 LFOs and many more are just waiting for being used as sources in the 40 slots of the Modulation Matrix. Each slot has one additional control amount. Modulations can be directed to almost every numerical value in Iridium. All sources and destinations can be used as many times as desired until the Modulation Matrix is full. If you ever happen to run out of LFOs or Envelopes, you can use the Komplex Modulator for generating a custom shape LFO or Envelope.

Even though Iridium features a staggering amount of parameters to control, everything is organized in a logic structure which is easy to master. The major controls have their own dedicated knob, while the rest is accessible through the touch screen and the encoders around. There are no long menus keeping you from doing what you had planned. Instead, you will find a workflow which you will soon miss on other synthesizers.

Embedded in the front panel, a 4x4 silicon pad matrix invites you to launch notes, chords, arpeggios and sequences with up to 32 steps for notes and multiple parameter lines. Direct access to the parameters is granted by the seven encoders to the left and the right hand side of the touch screen.

Iridium's large color touch screen keeps you informed at all times. Upon moving a knob, Iridium gives you an optical feedback of your changes in real-time. Filter curves move, Particle grain sizes change, Envelopes warp and much more:

Komplex Modulator curves can be drawn with your finger
Envelopes show at which point the voices currently are
Wavetables are displayed in comprehensive view modes
VU meters show which voices are used and the individual voice levels
Different Analyzers show the audio signal at different points

Two Audio Outputs allow you to listen to Iridium, while two Inputs allow Iridium to process external signals. 4 CV inputs plus Gate In and Trigger In are ready to forward external signals to the Mod Matrix. Furthermore, Clock In and Clock Out will get your gear in sync. MIDI connections can be made through USB and DIN MIDI. Iridium is also equipped with a USB Host port for MIDI devices. This port also handles data exchange, in addition to the MicroSD card slot.

Once again, Waldorf have underlined their status with a new and exciting synthesizer.

The special edition microKORG Crystal offers a unique and stunningly stylish take on this beloved synth - now a classic in its own right.
Notes: Two decades in the game and the mighty MicroKorg remains a classic. Crystal version celebrates the anniversary with a fresh new look and the same punchy sound.

Supplier's Notes:
A shining homage to two decades of microKORG legacy

The microKORG was originally released in 2002 and has remained strong for two decades. Countless tracks and artists have made use of the amazing possibilities it offers and it continues to be one of the most popular choices for musicians on stage and in the studio.

The instruments that musicians recognise as "classics" are those that are loved and always in use, regardless of times and trends. The word "classic" symbolises musical instruments that are revolutionary in their field. There may be imitations of a classic, but the distinct character of the original shines more brilliantly and is only enhanced by time.

Two decades ago, the portable, battery powered microKORG was born with a radical new micro-keybed, a powerful Vocoder and ready-to-use sounds ideal for contemporary genres delivering countless hit performances, and instantly revolutionising the way musicians played. This compact sound monster introduced synthesis to a vast number of non-keyboard playing musicians and created a way of making music we now take for granted: a small keyboard resting unassumingly atop a larger one onstage, made for use by hobbyists and pros alike and finding itself front and centre of studios worldwide from the smallest bedroom to the largest pro recording facility.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of its release, the special edition microKORG Crystal offers a unique and stunningly stylish take on this beloved synth - now a classic in its own right.

The microKORG was originally released in 2002 and has remained strong for two decades. Countless tracks and artists have made use of the amazing possibilities it offers and it continues to be one of the most popular choices for musicians on stage and in the studio. microKORG Crystal is the ultimate reincarnation of this iconic synth.

"Skeleton" type semi-translucent chassis, with matching knobs and controls

Previously unchanged, the microKORG Crystal features a new take on the structure of the microKORG, with a semi-translucent chassis that lets you see the electronics and internals. Even the controllers are semi-transparent, including the knobs, dials and wheels. As a commemorative model, the microKORG Crystal is great fun to look at from any angle, and as its name suggests, it "crystalizes" the energy and feelings of the KORG team behind its birth.

A panel with a beautiful sheen

The microKORG Crystal features a stainless mirror-finish front panel that blends perfectly with the semi-translucent knobs and dials, blurring the limits between you and your instrument and providing a cosmetic impact never seen in any other musical instrument.

Aluminium side panels for a sturdy feel

The original microKORG featured wooden side panels that suggested a retro feel, serving as an elegant accent to the analogue modelled synth engine. This new special microKORG features sleek aluminium side panels for a clean and depurated look.

Dedicated transparent carry bag

The microKORG Crystal features a stainless mirror-finish front panel that blends perfectly with the semi-translucent knobs and dials, blurring the limits between you and your instrument and providing a cosmetic impact never seen in any other musical instrument.

Bitmask synthesiser.
Notes: Unique digital instrument based on bitmask synthesis and resonant filters. Raw and distinctive tones, with notes interacting in unorthodox ways.

Supplier's Notes:
Expressive & Characterful

The Kodamo MASK1 is a musical instrument focused on the interaction between the player and the keyboard. With its exclusive Bitmask engine combined with resonant filters, the MASK1 makes raw, gritty and ethereal sounds that respond in incredible ways to your playing style.

It's not just the notes

Most synths just play the notes you press. Kodamo went a bit further, by looking at how the notes interact with each other. Only by playing the keyboard, you can control when the attacks are triggered, how notes are tied or separated from each other, or if they should keep resonating or stop each other like if they were played on the same string on a stringed instrument. You will discover new ways of playing the keyboard.

Built with love

The MASK1 uses a high quality, 5-octave Fatar keyboard with velocity and aftertouch. It's fully made of painted metal, with two ALPS knobs and 23 KAILH mechanical switches. Everything is assembled in France with high attention to detail. A lot of time was spent on selecting parts and suppliers to balance price and work ethics, while always aiming for the highest quality.

For live and studio players

With its compact size and light weight, the MASK1 will easily fit in your studio and is ideal for gigs. It remembers settings between sessions. With its unique sound, premium keyboard and MIDI connectivity, it can become the main keyboard of your setup.

Explore the sounds

The MASK1 invites you into a zen and relaxed sound exploration. Press a button, turn the knob and listen how the sound changes. The MASK1 is designed to have very few parameters, but well-thought ones. The Bitmask synthesis engine makes rich and warm sounds ranging from classic analogue tones to voice-like formants, glitchy 8-bit noises and ethereal pads. Sounds are fully editable and can be stored in one of the 400 user memory slots. They can be transferred to your computer and shared with other people.

What is Bitmask synthesis?

Bitmask synthesis is the method the MASK1 uses to generate its sound. Internally, oscillators do only have one waveform. Various tones are created by applying what is called a bitmask. This is a technique inherited from computing, which alters a number by masking some of its digits. Here, this technique was adapted to make sound. Bit-masking creates complex wave shapes that are full of harmonics and give the MASK1 its sonic character.

AMP Electronics Star Song Optical Disc Sequencer & Synthesiser
Cat: 947840 Rel: 05 Jun 23

Star Song is a rotating optical disc-programmed sequencer with a built-in minimalist synthesizer.
Notes: One of the most unusual synths around, based on a rotating optical disc which functions as a sequencer. Program the built-in pulsewave synth engine or control other synths using the optional Wave Expander.

Supplier's Notes:
Taking its cosmic inspiration from star charts and ancient astrolabes, Star Song is a rotating optical disc-programmed sequencer with a built-in minimalist synthesizer.

Star Song can be used either to play its own built-in pulsewave synthesizer, or in combination with the A.M.P. electronics Wave Expander (sold separately) to drive external analogue and modular synthesizers.

How it is used

To create sequences on Star Song, the seven translucent rings (orbits) of the optical disc are marked with a marker (included) or opaque tape. The disc is removable and additional discs are sold separately, allowing for indefinite storage of your favourite sequences.

The outer six rings control the tuned note selection and note-on/off sequencing. The innermost ring controls the cut-off frequency for the built-in bandpass filter.

Disc on/off and disc direction are toggled from touch contacts on the front panel, and disc speed is controlled from the central rotary control.

Additionally, there are 1/8" inputs to control rotation speed and rotation direction with an external source.

The addition of Wave Expander makes the Star Song into an incredibly versatile Gate(6 channels) and CV (1 channel) sequencer, as well as providing the Star Song's tuned audio oscillator over five separate octave divisions (four audio and one sub-audio), 12 outputs in all to integrate into your modular system.

Multiple Star Song units can be synced by using an external clock signal, and you can even slave Star Song to your existing Melody Oracle/Wave Expander combo.

Sing the cycles of the spheres, with Star Song, a "revolutionary" new sequencer.

TouellSkouarn Skorn Da Bask Drone Filter & Abstract Rhythm Generator Desktop Module TouellSkouarn Skorn Da Bask Drone Filter & Abstract Rhythm Generator Desktop Module
Cat: 950783 Rel: 24 Jul 23

Synth voice desktop module.
Notes: The Skorn da Bask table top module is the same module as the eurorack version but in a hammond 1590BB enclosure and aluminium panel, it can be powered thru a 2,1mm negative pin power jack, compatible with Boss and Ibanez standard power supplies.

Thanks to their routing options, the VCOs can not only be used to generate audio signals, but for modulating the VCF's cutoff frequency as well. Besides processing internally produced saw tooth waves, the filter is also usable for editing sound coming from other modules. Typical Touell Skouarn, the Skorn da Bask distorts like hell. Primary application: The creation of dirty, experimental sound structures and abstract rhythms.

The front panel of Skorn da Bask shows three areas highlighted in red. These zones contain the connectors and control elements for the oscillators. Each VCO comes equipped with a pitch CV input, a tune potentiometer and two switches for defining the routing as well as the frequency range used. In detail, the oscillators can be connected to the audio or CV input of the filter. Thanks to their range switches, each VCO is able to work with audio or low frequency rates. The pitch input does not follow the standard 1v per octave.

After all, Skorn da Bask is not an ordinary oscillator module, but an experimental sound generator.

The low pass filter features a slope of 24 dB per octave. A potentiometer named FreqaNs regulates the circuit's cutoff parameter, Dasson sets the resonance. For processing external signals, there is an audio input. As long as a cable is plugged into this socket, the VCOs are disconnected from the filter's audio path. Third-company modules, like an envelope or LFO, can influence the VCF's frequency via a CV input. For damping modulation signals coming from the oscillators, there is an attenuator knob. The audio output is equipped with a level potentiometer. High settings lead to juicy overdrive effects.

A sonic evolution

Wavestate SE is the powerful evolution of Korg's legendary Wavestation, taking Wave Sequencing to a new level. Designed in California and built in Japan, Wavestate SE includes a premium 61-note keyboard with aftertouch, in an all-metal chassis. Built for a new era of musicians, composers, and producers, Wavestate SE features hundreds of dynamic sounds, extensive hands-on control and 120 notes (stereo) of polyphony to inspire new levels of creativity.

Premium, expressive touch

Featuring a 61-key natural-touch keyboard, Wavestate SE feels incredible to play. The inclusion of aftertouch gives fingertip control of the unique constantly changing sound. All factory presets have been meticulously programmed to take full advantage of this expressive control.

Beauty meets brawn

Wavestate SE's all-metal design is as hard-wearing as it is beautiful - with a matte-black aluminium panel complimented perfectly by glossblack stainless-steel sides. The premium finish continues to the controls themselves, where metal-plated knobs are perfectly weighted and add a luxurious touch.

Easily expressive. Exceptionally deep.

The Wavestate SE puts filters, envelopes, LFOs, effects and more at your fingertips with dedicated front-panel controls. Eight programmable Mod knobs are customised to bring out the most in every sound, for real-time performance and also when saving results as new patches. Pitch bend and modulation wheels, and the unique Vector Joystick, give you instant access to multiple dimensions of real-time expression. Digging deeper, almost all front-panel knobs, and most on-screen parameters, can be modulated. You can even modulate settings for individual Wave Sequence steps! Mod Processors let you transform modulation signals using quantization, smoothing, curvature, and more.

Gigabytes of samples

Totalling in the gigabytes, Wavestate SE's sample library is vast. At a thousand times larger than that of the original Wavestation, the amount of great-sounding raw material for Wave Sequences is astounding.

Three of the key sound designers from the original Wavestation, John Bowen, John "Skippy" Lehmkuhl (Plugin Guru), and Peter "Ski" Schwartz, joined Belgian artist Airwave and the renowned Korg voicing team to create the incredible Wavestate SE sound library.

Powerful effects

An arsenal of superb effects ensures Wavestate SE delivers production-ready sounds. Each performance has a master reverb and parametric EQ while each layer has three dedicated effects. Alongside compressors, EQs, choruses, flangers, phasers, and stereo delays, you'll find distinctive processors such as the Wave Shaper, Talking Modulator, Reverse Delay, Multiband Mod Delay, and Overb, plus modelled effects including Vox guitar amps and wah pedal, multi-head tape echo, and a collection of other classic guitar pedals.

Multiply by four

Take all that power, and quadruple it! You can layer up to four Programs together in a Performance-each with their own effects and arpeggiator. The Vector Envelope and Joystick mix the individual voices of the four layers, and can also modulate any other parameters. This sheer sonic power is further enhanced with 120 notes (stereo) of polyphony. Set Lists offer effortless organisation of your Performances, and deliver instant access at the gig or in rehearsal. And thanks to Smooth Sound Transitions, previously-played voices and effects continue to ring out naturally, even when a new sound has been selected.

Deep connectivity

Connect to recording or monitoring systems with balanced stereo outputs, and a stereo headphone output is provided for private playing or onstage cueing. Din-style MIDI jacks ensure connection to other MIDI-equipped instruments and audio gear. The Wavestate SE supports class-compliant USB MIDI connections to Windows and Mac computers, and the Wavestate SE Editor/Librarian and Sample Builder programs are available as free downloads from Korg.

Wave Sequencing 2.0

The original Wavestation gave each step of a wave sequence a duration, a sample and a pitch. This created ear-catching repetitive patterns, giving rise to entirely new approaches to sound design. But what if the sounds could evolve in organic and unexpected ways, instead of just repeating? Wave Sequencing 2.0 separates the timing, the sequence of samples, and the melody, so that each can be manipulated independently. It also adds new characteristics, including shapes, gate times, and step sequencer values. Each of these is a "Lane", and each Lane can have a different number of steps, start, end and loop points. Every time the sequence moves forward, the individual Lanes combine to create the output. For instance, a sample may be matched with a different duration, pitch, shape, gate length, and step sequence value every time that it plays. You can modulate each Lane's start, end, and loop points separately for every note, using velocity, LFOs, envelopes, Mod Knobs, or other controllers. Each note in a chord can be playing something different! Lanes can also randomise the step order every time they play, with real-time control over the range of included steps, and individual steps can be randomly skipped (with a modulatable probability from 0 to 100%). The result is organic, ever-changing sounds that respond to your control. The four onboard arpeggiators can interact with Wave Sequences for even more possibilities.

Ultimate protection

Whether travelling to a studio or setting out on a world tour, ensure your Wavestate SE arrives safely with the included hard case. The custom design even provides space for cables and pedals.

A very expressive sound tool that can generate bits, pads, FX, noises, clicks, glitches, but also function as a cool vocal mic with built-in analog FX and much more!
Notes: ENNER is a very expressive sound tool that can generate bits, pads, FX, noises, clicks, glitches, but also function as a cool vocal mic with built-in analogue FX and much more! A musician with a rich imagination and who's experienced in playing ENNER can perform an entire exciting gig using just this synth.

As an instrument, ENNER is a unique analogue synthesizer with the key principle being that all signals that make sound pass through and are managed by your body. Your hands become the central part of the circuitry. Touching different contact pads with different parts of your fingers and palms with different amounts of pressure, letting signals pass through your body defines the mixing, volume, timbre, feedback and other parameters of synthesis. Human skin has much more complex electric properties than we think. The skin provides not just resistance but also some capacitive properties and even nonlinear dependence of conductivity from current, its direction and time during which the current was applied. All of this affects the sound, making you the key part of the synthesis process.

All pots of ENNER are metallic and also function as inputs or outputs. Touching a pot can change not only the parameters but also patch the audio signals.

ENNER consists of:

The array of filters with fixed frequency properties (the triangle in the centre): the stereo high pass filter (HPF), the stereo bandpass filter (high mid - BPFH), the stereo bandpass filter (low mid - BPFL), the stereo lowpass filter (LPF). Stereo means that the filters have separate inputs for left and right channels as well as separate outputs. Sliding on the filters' pads with your fingers you can create a rich stereo image where each channel may have not only individual volume properties but also timbral ones. The outputs of the filters are mixed together and connected to the main output. Also in the triangle, you have a stereo direct input (DIR) that lets you bypass the filters.

The modulated stereo delay. The input of the delay is the two pads on the top of the triangle (DLY blue). The output of the delay is mixed with filter output and connected to the main output. Also, you have delay output connected to the pads placed on the left and right sides from the top of the triangle (DLY orange) that lets you create feedback and other interesting effects. The delay has two separate lines (left and right) with individual TIME controls (BPEMR pots), common FEEDBACK and the common pot that defines the amount of self-modulation (BIZZARE). The BPEMR pots are also touch inputs for delay time modulation.

On the right side of ENNER, there is a five-voice synthesizer with individual adjustment of frequency for each voice (TUNE knobs) with the possibility to change the pitch of all voices simultaneously (PITCH knob). TUNE knobs are also the outputs of the voices, so by touching them you can patch the voices to the filter's inputs. The synthesizer has separate output pads for each voice (pads OUT 1-5), individual modulation inputs (MOD 1-5) and ring modulation outputs (the RING 12, 23, 34 numbers indicate which voices are sources for the ring modulation). Connecting MOD and OUT pads of one voice with your fingers will pitch it up. The fifth voice has an additional modulation pad MOD 5- which can shift the pitch of the fifth voice down (connect it to +12 pad or any pad that has some positive signal including the output of the fifth voice).

On the left side of ENNER, there is the second synth that has one master generator, the output of which is divided six times by two with individual outputs for each stage of division (PULSE 1-6). This synth is aimed at creating rhythmical clicks, basses and octave tones. The frequency of the master generator is defined by the TEMPO knob. The output pads &1,2,3 are logical multiplications of different PULSE outputs giving additional and more complex rhythm combinations.

ENNER is also an electro-acoustic noise instrument. It has a piezo pickup attached to the front panel that captures sound from the casing itself. There is metallic spring and you can attach rubber bands to the panel to create various acoustic sounds. The piezo mic can capture clicks and scratches you make with your fingers, and it also allows you to create filtered feedback. Not only that, it can even capture your voice singing over the panel! To get sound from the piezo you have to connect the PIEZO OUT pad with some filters or delay inputs. Applying filters and delay on the piezo out while the panel works as a mic, catching the audio signal from the speakers connected to the ENNER output lets you create very cool acoustic feedback-based effects. PIEZO GAIN adjusts the piezo sensitivity.

The bottom of the triangle (NOISE pad) is the output of static pink noise.

External in (EXT socket and EXT pad) lets you send an external audio signal to ENNER and process it through the array of filters, delay and other ENNER stuff.

All of these features make ENNER a simple yet powerful kit of sound sources and FX that give you a rich and diverse sound palette with many possible playing techniques that you can change very fast as there is no other control over the sound other than your touches.

Recovery The Mystic Semi-Modular Analogue Desktop FM Synthesiser Recovery The Mystic Semi-Modular Analogue Desktop FM Synthesiser Recovery The Mystic Semi-Modular Analogue Desktop FM Synthesiser
Cat: 920786 Rel: 14 Feb 23

An experimental FM synthesiser with 2 carrier frequencies, 2 modulators and an analogue style delay.
Notes: Great value from this curious little semi-modular FM synth. Two carriers, two modulators and virtual analogue delay give you plenty of creative power. Ideal for drones, weirdo synth parts and special FX.

Supplier's Notes:
The Mystic is an experimental FM synth with 2 carrier frequencies, 2 modulators, and an analogue-style delay. All of the synth parameters are controllable via cv as well as time control in the delay section.

The Mystic generates colossal waves that swirl, echo, ascend, and plunge into an ever-changing, sonic playground. Transcend reality and let the mystic guide the way!

Powering Tip

The Mystic uses a 9VDC, negative-tip, 200ma power supply. It is a standard Boss-style power supply used for most effects pedals. The power supply is sold separately.

Once plugged in, the Mystic is powered up and ready to go. Simply unplug it from the wall when not in use.

Output: line level

A note about the output level

The Mystic runs at line level, to be used with pedals and other devices that also run at line level. If using with Eurorack, the output level needs to be converted, just as you would with any guitar pedal.

There are several Eurorack modules that do this, but the one Recovery use and recommend is the Strymon AA.1.

Output jack

The Mystic requires a 3.5mm cable to connect the audio output to other devices.

Latching switch

Use this to latch the sound on and off. Up is on, and down is off.

Controls

Carrier frequency controls

Each carrier works together to build a waveform. Usually it's CF2 that responds to pitch tracking, but that can vary depending on the setting. Think of CF1 and CF2 as 2 sign waves being folded in various ways. Sending independent CV into each one will not get traditional 1 v/oct pitch results, but a combination of pitch, texture and tone.

Modulator controls

These are used to shape the tone and texture of the folded waveform you've created with CF1 and CF2. Modulation rate will control the speed of the modulation texture.

Momentary button

Use this to momentarily turn sound on and off. The momentary Button only functions when the Latching Switch is in the off (down) position.

Latching switch

Use this to latch the sound on and off. Up is on, and down is off.

Delay time controls

Controls the delay / echo time.

Delay feedback

Controls the number of delay / echo repeats.

Delay mix

Controls the volume of the delay / echo signal.

Volume

Controls the overall output volume of the Mystic.

CV controls

These will accept CV voltage of up to +5 volts. The parameter you are controlling should be at 12 0'clock to get the most effect from the voltage input.

A complex polyphonic, microtonal synthesiser with a broad and flexible sound palette.
Notes: TERRA is a new SOMA Labs synth.

TERRA is a highly conceptual device. The core idea is unity of nature and technology, and a perfect balance between simplicity and versatility. Behind the extremely simple interface hides a complex polyphonic, microtonal synthesizer with a broad and flexible sound palette that ranges from classical beautiful tones to complex atonal noise, and offers smooth and fast transitions between these extremes.

The innovative keyboard design invites new playing techniques and covers the full range of a grand piano with the possibility to tune each note with an accuracy of 125 steps per semitone. To achieve this range with such a simple keyboard we designed a unique system of pitch shifting using four additional sensors. Pressing different combinations of them will result in 16 variations of keyboard transposing, including up to 3 octaves up and down, fifth, fourth, third, tone etc.

Not only do you get the full range of a grand piano in a very compact design, TERRA also offers an entirely new and different approach to playing melodies and chords.

The keyboard consists of 12-note sensors with velocity and pressure sensitivity allowing for the manual creation of slow attack and vibrato, 4 dynamic sensors for timbre modification and control, 4 pitch-shifting sensors and 2 hold sensors for holding the state of the timbre and note sensors.

Inside TERRA there is a three-axis motion sensor for creating a variety of different modulations by simple intuitive movements of your hands and body.

TERRA is digital and contains 32 complex synthesis algorithms. Each algorithm has been carefully designed to be a complete and flexible musical instrument on its own, ready for learning and playing in its own unique way. The goal is to free the musician from long exhausting programming, setting hundreds of parameters for creating one timbre, and instead putting the focus directly on music and performance and following your imagination and inspiration.

TERRA offers the best of both worlds: the direct intuitive tactile connection from acoustic instruments and the flexibility and versatility of synthesizers. TERRA inherits design principles from LYRA-8 and also contains application of the new principles that were announced for ReFLEX, exploring the future of synthesis.

TERRA has an extremely simple interface that gives you instant access to all its functions in several touches, including saving and loading the 96 presets that are stored directly on the playing sensors. TERRA has no display. Instead it shows and lets you dial all necessary data on the 6 LED-sensor triangle in the centre.

TERRA has a built-in FX processor so the stereo output is ready to use, making it a perfect stand-alone performance instrument. While the sound generation is digital, TERRA has a unique custom-built and top quality analogue part that makes it sound rich, natural, clear and powerful at the same time.

The housing of TERRA comes from a solid piece of wood, making each instrument unique and slightly different. In the photo above and in the announcement demo video you can see the prototype of the synth. The final design is in development and we intend to make several different versions.

TERRA is a sanctuary for a natural soul right in the middle of the rumbling plastic world, a ground where you can breathe in and out slowly, and hold on to your roots.

TERRA is our dream about a bright future where we will be both technologically advanced and more connected to nature, where machines and technology are not a prison for our feelings and spirit but their extension.

A 61-note natural touch digital keyboard syntheiser with aftertouch.
Notes: Premium version of the excellent Opsix, Korg's contemporary take on FM synthesis. Full 61-note natural-touch keybed with aftertouch, 80-voice stereo polyphony and full metal construction.

Supplier's Notes:
The Ultimate Union of Power and Performance

opsix SE is a digital synth like no other. With a premium all-metal design, 61-keys, and aftertouch, it unlocks a new world of sonic capabilities. Building on the expansive sound engine in the original opsix, opsix SE enhances it with increased polyphony and voicing, resulting in a synthesizer created for superior performance and precise control.

The opsix Operator Mixer simplified FM synthesis for the first time, making it not just comprehensible but also controllable. With the addition of extra synthesis capabilities and programming, it offered a more efficient workflow and an even richer sound.

The opsix SE takes this even further. It is equipped with Korg's premium 61-key natural-touch keyboard, complete with aftertouch, delivering the exceptional tactile experience expected from Korg's flagship workstations. With a sleek, robust metal body, it's built for both the intensity of live gigs and the precision of studio sessions. The metallic knobs are optimally weighted for effortless adjustments. Underneath its exterior, the opsix SE boasts an incredible capacity of 80 stereo voices of polyphony.

The opsix SE arrives preloaded with hundreds of sounds enhanced for aftertouch control. Moreover, it is fully compatible with the sounds and samples from both the original opsix and the opsix Native software, including numerous high-quality libraries.

Build to play

opsix SE was born out of the desire to play this incredible synth with both hands. Equipped with KORG's premium 61-note natural-touch keyboard, the opsix SE offers the same outstanding tactile response as KORG's top-tier workstations. Aftertouch puts unparalleled control of all the exceptional opsix sounds at your fingertips. Of course, we've modernized the factory Performances for aftertouch and introduced some fresh ones to the mix as well. In fact, most of the opsix SE programs have been revised to make full use of aftertouch, extended keyboard, and polyphony.

Premium metal design

The opsix SE showcases a notable upgrade in aesthetics. A slim body, specifically designed for this instrument, features a striking brown painted aluminium control panel, paying homage to vintage machines. Together with the vivid, illuminating LEDs, it brings a vibrant energy to any stage performance. The side panels, painted in a sleek black metal, amplify the overall aesthetics for a luxurious finish.

Exclusive hard case included

The opsix SE ships in a dedicated hard case, including space for cables and a sustain pedal. Your instrument can travel protected, whether you're carrying it to a rehearsal downtown or packing it up for a tour.

Get Illuminated with the Operator Mixer

At the heart of every sound is opsix SE's Operator Mixer - a simple set of six faders and knobs that invite exploration. Each part lights up red to indicate carriers or blue for modulators. Manipulating them opens up new sound-shaping possibilities to breathe fresh life into your musical ideas. This straightforward, hands-on workflow is part of what makes opsix SE so unique, just like the sounds it offers.

Direct Hands-On Control

Whether you're tweaking a preset or building a patch from the ground up, the six data entry knobs on the right give you quick access to the parameters you need and seamlessly sync with the large OLED display, giving you a clear, focused direction to your workflow. Coupled with the mixer, it makes creating fresh sounds super easy and, most importantly, fun!

Select from a full range of analogue-style filters, from the radical Korg MS-20 low-pass/high-pass filter to the powerful yet smooth KORG Polysix low-pass filter that gives your sound a vintage feel. There are also two or four-pole low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, and band-reject filters with resonance.

There's even a built-in spectrum analyser and oscilloscope that gives you visual feedback via the screen on the music you're making.

Six in One Synthesis

The core of opsix is nothing short of exponential. Since waveforms can be arranged and modulated in nearly infinite ways, opsix can easily do the sonic work that is similar to numerous types of synthesis:

Subtractive

Removing parts of the sound to get the sound you want; the most widely-used synthesis. opsix uses up to six envelopes and multi-modeled filters to achieve many cutting-edge and classical analog synthesis tones.

Semi-Modular
Rerouting signal paths to change the sound. A spin through the Alogorithm section will dramatically reshape the sound by changing how the signal routing between the operators work together, and no patch cables are needed.

Analog (Modelling)
Analog-style controls and plenty of stackable waveforms take you from digital to analogue-sounding in no time. Enjoy deep basses, crisp leads, thick pad sounds, fuzzy brass tones, and so much more.

Waveshaping

Adding intentional distortion to the waveforms to achieve aggressive overtones that are either harmonic or inharmonic. This will help you achieve gritty, bitey tones dripping with character.

Additive

Stacking waveforms and blending their harmonics is key to an expansive range of harmonious, dissonant, and tension-driven sounds. With six operators available, the complete FM experience is possible, including the ability to go back in time for classic sounds you have heard throughout recording history.

Classic FM

Last but certainly not least, opsix's highly flexible and powerful architecture starts with true six-Operator FM. As a result, it easily delivers signature sounds you have surely heard on thousands of hits from the '80s on through today, and with far more polyphony than other standalone FM synths available today.

With all of these ways to realize and explore sounds, opsix SE is uniquely suited as a "future-modern-classic" synth!

Altered Reality

opsix SE is FM-based, but the similarities to the classic synthesis end there. The Altered FM architecture delivers sounds across a vast spectrum, far wider than any single synthesis has been able to cover before, thanks to new sound components; new waveforms, filters, shaping, effects, LFOs, envelopes, modulations, and more, all translating to its broad assortment of sounds.

Powerful Effects Processing

opsix SE provides three blocks of 30 types of high-definition effects that you can use together to enhance your sounds even further. There's everything from a great mix of usable standard effects like chorus, phaser, delay, and compressor to some world-class shimmering reverbs that will elevate your sound to the next level.

Automatable 16-step sequencer

opsix SE features an incredible step sequencer that rivals groove boxes for flexibility and power. Press the PLAY button on any sound and experience the complexity of the sequences! Every Program has its unique sequence stored with it, or create your very own.

You can record up to six notes per step and edit each note's velocity, gate time, and playback timing. Create long phrases or make subtle shifts in timing to emulate strums or drum rolls, something that's not possible on a typical 16-step sequencer. The motion sequencer of the opsix SE also lets you record changes of up to six parameters, creating smooth motion changes in sound within a phrase or building rhythms that change dramatically with each step.

Built for a new era of musicians, composers, and producers, Wavestate SE features hundreds of dynamic sounds, extensive hands-on control and 120 notes of stereo polyphony to inspire new levels of creativity.

The four onboard arpeggiators can interact with Wave Sequences for even more possibilities.

classic monophonic synthesiser for lead- bass and effect-sounds - expandable with modular dock
Notes: Mono Lancet '15 might be small-sized device, despite it is a bona fide analogue synthesizer.

Two oscillators and a noise generator are the foundation for its sound. Together with the musical lowpass filter and VCA it's capable of producing warm and precious sounds full of character.

Beside its audio qualities Mono Lancet '15 has a dead simple and intuitive user interface. Each parameter has its own control. We are absolutely convinced that you will quickly learn how to realize your sounds with Mono Lancet '15 without thinking about what you do.

Expandable with Modular Dock:
Mono Lancet '15's functionality can even be enhanced using the optional Modular Dock eurorack module. It offers various in- and out-connections to the individual sections of the synthesizer. With just a few additional modules you can multiply the strong sound base of Mono Lancet '15.

Mono Lancet '15 is manufactured in our Elektroakustischen Manufaktur in historical Vogtland. For us it is not only a piece of high-quality analogue technology but rather a musical instrument, handmade with love and passion.

Ships with UK 3-pin power supply.

Make Noise Tape & Microsound Music Machine Stereo Skiff System
Notes: Gorgeous experimental system based around Make Noise's brilliant Maths, Morphagene, QPAS and Mimeophon modules. Capture and process sounds in stereo and warp them into new dimensions.

Supplier's Notes:
The Tape & Microsound Music Machine music synthesizer is a small stereo system devoted to capturing external sounds and sculpting them into new ones. The Morphagene operates as a recorder that also allows the artist to mulch, layer and rearrange the sound and manipulate the speed and direction of playback. The Mimeophon repeats sounds and subjects them to further manipulation, and when combined with the Quad Peak Animation System (QPAS), incredible stereo sculpting of the spectrum. The Wogglebug and MATHS work to animate these effects, and the XOH provides a final stereo mix and line level or headphone outputs for monitoring and/or performance.

Analogue Solutions Ample Analogue Patch Pin Matrix Synthesiser (B-STOCK) Analogue Solutions Ample Analogue Patch Pin Matrix Synthesiser (B-STOCK)
Cat: 1013875 Rel: 01 Jan 90

B-STOCK: Dent on the side, product in perfect working order
Notes: ***B-STOCK: Dent on the side, product in perfect working order***

Like a greatest hits of recent Analogue Solutions synths, the Ample combines sound elements from the Fusebox with jack patch points, a patch pin matrix, plus sequencer and CV touch pads from the Generator, creating something new and unique.

Supplier's Notes:
Ample combines the best elements of several of Analogue Solutions' recent products.

The sound elements of Fusebox
Jack patch points of Concussor Eurorack
Patch pin matrix of Vostok
Echo from Dr Strangelove
Sequencer and CV touch pads of Generator

It shares all this yet still has its own sound!

Ample can be as complex or as simple as you want it to be

This synth has been given a large and diverse number of controls, that along side the patch sockets, will give even the best and experienced synthesist endless possibilities.

This synth presents the controls in a user friendly and familiar synth layout that, together with this manual and other resources, enable even the new guy to get great sounds.

Synth - Percussion - Audio Processor

Ample is a compact analogue synthesizer. Analogue - as in really analogue. Aside from the MIDI chip (which has to be digital), everything else is totally analogue using real transistors and op-amps. There are no CPU stabilised and quantised circuits, no DCOs, no digital LFOs and no digital EGs, as found on other so called analogue synths. The circuitry is based on designs dating back to the mid-1970s. So Ample has a genuine old sound.

Circuits included

3x Analogue Oscillators

There are three analogue VCOs - each providing a wealth of features and modulation choices. VCO3 can easily be utilised as a LFO.

2x Analogue Low Frequency Oscillator

LFO2(/Sync) has a triangle wave output. VCO3 can be used as an LFO and has Saw, Triangle and Square wave modulation signals.

Analogue Filter

Ample uses a four pole 24bB per octave low pass filter.

Analogue Amplifier

The VCA can be set to THRU so it is always 'open'. This allows Ample to be used as an effects processor.

2x Analogue Envelopes

There are two EGs - each having full control over ATTACK, DECAY, SUSTAIN, and RELEASE.

Modulation

Great thought has been placed into modulation route choices, allowing a wide range of sounds to be produced, including percussion and 'modular' sounds further extended by patching with the jack sockets and pin matrix.

MIDI

MIDI is intentionally kept simple - so you can concentrate on making new sounds and making music - not getting tied up with SYSEX programming.

You get the all important control over filter cut-off using MIDI Velocity.

Patchable External CV Control Sockets

Ample has many input and output audio and CV sockets - to allow the synth to be effectively re-wired to make new sounds.

The sockets also enable it to be easily used with Eurorack and other modular systems. They can be patched together.

Sequencer

Ample has a vintage style 16 step sequencer.

Touch Keys

There are 6 touch keys that each output a set voltage. Use this to play the pitch or as modulation signals. A great tool for inspiration!

Pin Matrix

A neat way to patch the synth.

Echo

Nice lo-fi echo / delay.

Waldorf M 16-Voice Polyphonic & 4-Part Multitimbral Wavetable Desktop Synthesiser Waldorf M 16-Voice Polyphonic & 4-Part Multitimbral Wavetable Desktop Synthesiser Waldorf M 16-Voice Polyphonic & 4-Part Multitimbral Wavetable Desktop Synthesiser
Cat: 962645 Rel: 16 Aug 23

16-voice polyphonic & 4-part multitimbral wavetable desktop synthesiser.
Notes: Waldorf draw on their proud history with a new wavetable synth building on the classic Microwave 1 and modern Microwave II / XT. Serious synth power from this eight-voice monster.

Supplier's Notes:
M's musical heart is an eight-voice polyphonic, (16 voices for the M16) four-part multitimbral WAVETABLE SYNTHESIZER - as boldly blazoned in red across its full-metal blue- coloured casing, itself hinting at its illustrious Microwave heritage - are two wavetable oscillators with independent wavetable-generating Classic Microwave 1 and Modern Microwave II/XT modes, meaning that the wavetable oscillators behave differently in both of those modes (accessible by pressing the Mode button beside the helpful high-resolution graphic display with four endless encoders for yet more hands-on control).

With M, Waldorf are musically returning to their roots by bringing back classic Microwave and 'modern' Microwave II tone generation as a new-generation classic hybrid wavetable synthesizer with an analogue lowpass 24 dB/Oct VCF - SSI 2144 Improved Ladder Type - with resonance and analogue saturation feature, true stereo analogue VCA with panning option, and much more to explore in a desktop-friendly form factor featuring a wide range of unique sounds. M has a total of 16 banks with 128 memory slots each. The included sound presets - 1024 in total (divided into 8 banks of 128 sounds) - professionally programmed by world- renowned sound designers also include all of the classic Microwave sound sets, such as MW1 Factory Sound Set, MW1 Soundpool 1-5, the fat-sounding Analogue and Bassco, as well as PPG Wave 2.3 sounds cleverly converted for the original Microwave. Moreover, it also features freshly-programmed sounds utilising M's myriad new features - from true hard Sync (when working in its Modern Microwave II/XT mode) to the ARP (arpeggiator) and MIDI-syncable global LFO (Low Frequency Oscillator).

But beating at M's musical heart as an eight-voice polyphonic, four-part multitimbral WAVETABLE SYNTHESIZER - as boldly blazoned in red across its full-metal blue- coloured casing, itself hinting at its illustrious Microwave heritage - are two wavetable oscillators with independent wavetable-generating Classic Microwave 1 and Modern Microwave II/XT modes, meaning that the wavetable oscillators behave differently in both of those modes (accessible by pressing the Mode button beside the helpful high-resolution graphic display with four endless encoders for yet more hands-on control). Consequently, there is no hard Sync or ring modulation available in the Classic Microwave I mode, where 16-bit wavetables are bit-reduced to 8-bit and a 240 kHz non-anti-aliased sample rate is offered, whereas the Modern Microwave II/XT mode offers a 40 kHz sample rate with band-limited wavetables, although both oscillators - OSC 1 and OSC 2 - offer the same panel parameters.

Two LFOs are generating a periodic waveform with adjustable frequency Rate and Shape that can be used for modulation purposes, are also always at hand. However, unlike other Waldorf synthesizers, there is no classic modulation matrix in M. Making a conscious design decision to set up M's modulation facilities directly on the corresponding display page, to paying tribute to the 1989-vintage Microwave.

Back in the here and now, M takes performance to a whole new level, thanks to that advanced ARP with 16 preset patterns, chord mode, and an ability to synchronise to MIDI clock. Furthermore, four programmable ENVELOPES allow adventurous users to manipulate sound parameters via rate or timed modulations.

Musically making a connection to the outside world is important to any synthesizer, so M offers five (rear panel-positioned) stereo analogue outputs - arranged as MAIN OUT (L/Mono and R) and AUX OUT (A, B, C, and D), the latter of which can be used to route each of the four Multi (multitimbral) parts to different outputs, if desired; a stereo headphone output (with an associated Volume knob in addition to the topside Master Volume knob); 5-pin MIDI IN, OUT, and THRU DIN connectors, complimented by a USB 2.0 MIDI port (for computer connection to transmit and receive MIDI data); an SD Card slot (for updating M's firmware, importing/saving sound patches, and importing/saving M-specific data, such as user wavetables); and - last but not least - a Kensingtonr compatible security lock slot.

Explore unique sonic possibilities with this semi-modular digital synth, combining physical modelling with spectral sound sources, versatile effects and complex modulators.

Supplier's Notes:
An affordable hybrid monophonic synthesizer that allows you to create new sound universes inspired from the real world, where objects collide, vibrate, and resonate.

Anyma Phi blends the classic ingredients of electronic music with physical modelling technology, allowing it to simulate acoustic sound sources, such as strings or reeds, as well as resonating structures, like wood, glass, or metal.

Anyma Phi is compact enough to stand on your keyboard, or anywhere on your desk, and is compatible with any MIDI controller, such as keyboards, sequencers, or even wind controllers, including Aodyo's own Sylphyo.

Whether you play live or record in the studio, design sounds or play presets, Anyma Phi will become an indispensable tool. It can even be used as a stand-alone effects processor, or as part of a guitar effects pedal setup.

The heart of the Anyma Phi is the matrix, which provides a quick and easy way to explore your sounds by following a physical metaphor, with four macros for each of the five stages of sound generation:

With its matrix, Anyma Phi offers a straightforward way to tweak, explore, and create sound universes. It also provides easy ways to make your sound react to your MIDI controllers with mapping shortcuts. But don't be fooled by the simplicity!

If you want to dive deeper, you can take control of the powerful semi-modular synth engine beyond the matrix, with oscillators covering a wide range of synthesis techniques, effects, and modulators.

By connecting those together, you can create any kind of sound, and control it any way you want.

Anyma Phi offers you:
Up to 3 oscillators (sound sources)- physical models, classic spectral, noise souces, external input
Up to 5 effects: resonators, filers - EQ, pitch shifter, ring mod, delay - reverb, chorus - phaser, drive - folder
Up to 8 modulators: envelopes, LFOs, curves, slew limiter, math & logic

This amounts to 69 different module types available, including 30 sources, 22 effects, and 17 modulators.

Technical specifications:
Hybrid monophonic synthesizer
Stereo audio output:
Two 1/4" mono line jack outputs
One 1/4" stereo headphone jack output
1/4" stereo jack audio input (internal piezoelectric mic when external input unplugged)
MIDI inputs and outputs via USB and DIN ports
Powerful digital semi-modular synthesizer engine :
Memory: 200 patches
3 oscillator slot
5 effect slots along 2 serial buses (Main, Aux) + 1 mono reverb
16 modulator slots, including envelope generators, LFO, curves, interpolators, slew limiters, etc.
32 mapping slots (virtual patch cords), each allowing to control any synth parameter (including another mapping) using a modulator or a controller input, with a sidechain input
Responsive to pitch, pitch-bend, velocity, breath control / expression, as well as 4 other controller inputs

Additional features:
Percussive playing surface
Patch librarian / editor
Extended memory

The percussive playing surface will allow you to tap and scratch your sounds directly on the case, making your performance even more expressive and fun! This would be made possible by integrating a piezoelectric contact microphone into the case. The resulting sound would be available to use on the Anyma as an audio input, ready to be fed into resonators and effects!

You can edit patches directly on your Anyma, as well as send and receive patches via MIDI SysEx. But what about something more comfortable and powerful?

This software will allow you to easily manage and share patches, as well as edit them in depth in a streamlined environment on your PC or Mac, by making all the synth components directly visible and showing their interactions.

With more memory, you can have a huge library of sounds at your fingertips, or you can make many variations of your patches without having to worry about space or having the computer editor around to make backups!

Let's free the Anyma Phi from the shackles of the Western 12-tone equal temperament! A440 be gone!

LEP Arpopone Analogue Melody & Bass Line Generator Desktop Synthesiser (wooden box version) (B-STOCK) LEP Arpopone Analogue Melody & Bass Line Generator Desktop Synthesiser (wooden box version) (B-STOCK)
Notes: ***B-STOCK: Box opened, product in perfect working order***

The Arpopone from LepLoop is a little synth-voice for generating a melody or bass line and a chord section at the same time. It is based on analog ramp dividers of which each one generates a voltage ramp starting from a master clock that can be internal or external.

Trig1 and Trig2 potentiometers set the number of clock pulses.

With the Trig Mix switch it is possible to select between a single trigger (1 or 2) or both (1+2) to advance the scales.

The Scale Step potentiometer sets the number of steps for the two scale generators.
In the mixer section, the two scales are summed together to obtain a more complex pattern. The amount of each scale can be set by two controls and can be positive (ascending scale) or negative (descending scale).

With the VCO Pitch knob, the melody can be transposed while maintaining the same interval between notes.

The note generated by the VCO is fed to a chain of dividers to obtain four sub harmonics of the original note. One of these is the bass section with its own filter and envelope, the other three form the chord section with their envelope.

The two envelope sections are identical, both have a selector for different trigger sources:

Trig1 & Trig2: the envelope starts at the flash of the green LED (bass) or yellow LED (chord)
SB1 & SB2: the envelope starts at the first step of Scale1 (bass) or Scale2 (chord)
White & Blue: the envelope follows the intensity of the white LED (bass) or the blue LED (chord). Except for this setting the envelope length is set by the two controls Bass ENV and Chord ENV. Additionally, an EXT CV input allows to provide an external envelope.
The bass channel is passed through a resonant low-pass filter with Cutoff and Resonance control.

Finally the Bass and Chord channels are mixed together. The output level is set by the Bass LEV and Chord LEV controls.

Notes: Specially tuned for bass sounds, the Minilogue returns in this new format. Same great analogue synth architecture, updated to create a low-end monster.

Supplier's Notes:
Minilogue Bass is the evolution of the iconic Korg Minilogue into an all-analogue bass powerhouse.

An expandable poly-synth that retains the hands-on control and immersive playability of the original, Minilogue Bass drops deep, dark, thunderous low-end for cutting production-ready bass.

Production-ready bass

Minilogue Bass includes patches optimized by professional bass and synth programmers, ready to drop into your track or performance. But that's just the beginning - everything can be customised- the analogue possibilities are virtually endless.

All 100 preset patches are exclusive to Minilogue Bass, and can be further expanded with an additional 100 user programs for a total of 200 slots.
Powerfully analogue

The thickness, presence, and immense sonic palette provided by Minilogue Bass is due to an all-analogue signal path. It has two VCOs, a VCF, two EGs, a VCA and an LFO, while retaining the hands on control and unique wave shaping through oscillator harmonics from Minilogue.

Minilogue Bass includes cross modulation, oscillator sync, and a ring modulator, alongside a high pass filter delay to further expand your sound creation possibilities.

Eight voice modes

Minilogue Bass is a four-voice poly synth, with eight voice modes for broad versatility. Alongside POLY and CHORD modes, DUO stacks two voices in unison, UNISON works as a 4 part mono synth, MONO is monophonic but with a sub-oscillator playing an octave lower, DELAY plays 3 voices in sequence after the first, ARP is a 4 voice arpeggiator, and SIDE CHAIN lowers the volume of previously played notes.

16-step sequencing

Minilogue Bass offers powerful and intuitive sequencing possibilities. The 16-step polyphonic sequencer also captures the motion of up to four real-time controls, and can be overdubbed or step-sequenced, alongside the ability to change the root position of the playback by playing a key.

Overview

Sound visualisation

Minilogue Bass has an OLED oscilloscope that shows you the waveform as you sculpt your sound.

Sound librarian

The Minilogue Bass Sound Librarian allows for easy organisation of programs inside your synth, and can also save the entire library to a computer. It even gives the ability to load any existing Minilogue patches alongside factory and bonus libraries from Korg.

Solid looks

The sand-blasted 2mm aluminium front panel on Minilogue Bass features an edgy appearance, which is emphasised by the inverted black and red keys. A red-coloured wood rear panel further adds to a unique appearance.

Minilogue bass is also roadworthy - with metal shaft chassis-mounted potentiometers and rubber coated knobs complementing its powerful and dynamic sound creation possibilities.

In sync

Alongside MIDI and USB, Minilogue Bass has a sync connector for effortless connectivity with Volcas, Electribes and SQ-1 sequencer.

Waldorf draw on their proud history with a new wavetable synth building on the classic Microwave 1 and modern Microwave II/XT. Serious synth power from this eight-voice monster.

Supplier's Notes:
M's musical heart is an eight-voice polyphonic, four-part multitimbral WAVETABLE SYNTHESIZER - as boldly blazoned in red across its full-metal blue- coloured casing, itself hinting at its illustrious Microwave heritage - are two wavetable oscillators with independent wavetable-generating Classic Microwave 1 and Modern Microwave II/XT modes, meaning that the wavetable oscillators behave differently in both of those modes (accessible by pressing the Mode button beside the helpful high-resolution graphic display with four endless encoders for yet more hands-on control).

Plentiful presets - totalling 2,048 sound programs (divided into 16 banks, each with 128 sounds) - professionally programmed by world- renowned sound designers also include all of the classic Microwave sound sets, such as MW1 Factory Sound Set, MW1 Soundpool 1-5, the fat-sounding Analogue and Bassco, as well as PPG Wave 2.3 sounds cleverly converted for the original Microwave.

However, unlike other Waldorf synthesizers, there is no modulation matrix in M.

Musically making a connection to the outside world is important to any synthesizer, so M offers six (rear panel-positioned) stereo analogue outputs - arranged as MAIN OUT (L/Mono and R) and AUX OUT (A, B, C, and D), the latter of which can be used to route each of the four Multi (multitimbral) parts to different outputs, if desired; a stereo headphone output (with an associated Volume knob in addition to the topside Master Volume knob); 5-pin MIDI IN, OUT, and THRU DIN connectors, complimented by a USB 2.0 MIDI port (for computer connection to transmit and receive MIDI data); an SD Card slot (for updating M's firmware, importing/saving sound patches, and importing/saving M-specific data, such as user wavetables); and - last but not least - a Kensington compatible security lock slot.

Keyboard version of IK's three-oscillator, dual-filter analogue synth. Classy purist analogue tones with some nice modern features like a step sequencer and effects. Also available in a cheaper, capacitive keyboard version.

Supplier's Notes:
Next generation analog for everyone

UNO Synth Pro gives you the power to create nearly any analog synth sound you can imagine. With its unique dual-filter, 3-oscillator paraphonic design, 256 presets, 64-step sequencer, studio-grade effects, expanded connections and much more, UNO Synth Pro breaks new ground for music makers.

Available in two form factors to suit all players' needs- stage-ready with metal housing and premium keybed; or ultra-portable, USB-powered with capacitive keyboard- UNO Synth Pro offers everyone the next generation of analog sound design in a smart format that fits any space or budget.

3 analog oscillators offer continuously variable waveshape, including pulse-width modulation. Oscillators can be hard-synced for more harmonically-complex tones, and oscillator FM (frequency modulation) lets you shape everything from bell-like sounds to screaming industrial tones. UNO Synth Pro even includes ring modulation for wobbly, sci-fi sound, and a white noise generator for a wide range of percussive sounds and epic rises.

Recreate famous synth sound sources or forge entirely new ones - UNO Synth Pro has the tools you need.

In addition to the original UNO Synth's 2-pole OTA multimode filter, UNO Synth Pro adds a new 2/4-pole SSI LP filter with self-oscillation. The dual filters can be used in series or parallel, with invertible phase, for a total of 24 possible filter combinations.

In short, the UNO Synth Pro can recreate the filter sound of the most famous classic synths as well as deliver fresh new options to the limits of your imagination.

UNO Synth Pro offers 2 full ADSR envelopes, one dedicated to the filter and the other to amplitude, with both available as sources to modulate everything from oscillator pitch and waveshape to LFO speed or even other envelope stages.

2 LFOs (low-frequency oscillators) can create classic synth vibrato, wah and tremolo as well as do more complex modulations including audio range FM.

And a 16-slot modulation matrix makes routing all these a breeze. You can quickly and easily design even the most sophisticated modulation scheme, with both internal and external sources, including MIDI controllers.

IK's experience in modeling analog studio effects is decades long. For UNO Synth Pro, you'll find a super warm and organic true-analog overdrive, plus 12 studio-quality effects in three simultaneous slots: modulation, delay and reverb. External signals can also be routed through these effects, with pre-effects filtering for maximum flexibility.

UNO Synth Pro provides an enhanced version of the original's long-lasting capacitance-sensing keys along with pitch and mod strips for enhanced expression. And it adds firm-touch rubber pads for the control sections, plus LED-backlit indicators and an LED display for key information, making it easier than ever to use UNO Synth Pro live on stage or in deep programming sessions in the studio.

UNO Synth Pro offers 256 user-editable presets, each capturing the full state of the sound engine from oscillators to effects.

An onboard 64-step sequencer offers both step and real-time recording, with automation for up to 40 parameters, letting you create incredibly intricate and evolving soundscapes. You can even write CV and gate automation.

And a 10-mode arpeggiator makes it easy to create intricate patterns and runs plus a new "chord mode" that takes advantage of UNO Synth Pro's paraphonic design.

UNO Synth Pro offers two noiseless, balanced stereo outputs as well as headphone out, for superior audio quality in any situation.

USB and 5-pin DIN MIDI In and Out make it easy to integrate with other synths, Mac/PC and mobile devices, and its assignable CV/Gate connections lets UNO Synth Pro interact effortlessly with your Eurorack or other modular system.

And now, audio input allows access to the filter and FX section for external signals, in addition to the original thru-put for daisy-chaining multiple units together without using a mixer.

The Super 6 is a 12-voice polyphonic, binaural analog-hybrid synthesizer. A harmonious marriage of state of the art FPGA digital hardware oscillators and voltage controlled analog tech. It is flexible, powerful and refined with a gorgeous analog tone. Rich and evolving textures are easily teased from the unique super-wavetable core and can be shaped and manipulated with the binaural analog signal path and flexible modulation.

Although UDO's first production synthesizer, the Super 6 is a result of many years of hard work and numerous iterations of development. Our mission with the Super 6 has been to harmonise what we love about archetypal electronic instrument design with modern, novel synthesis technologies that excel at generating spatially dynamic results.

In Binaural mode, the Super 6 features a true stereo signal path in which the instrument's twelve voices are twinned to form six stereo 'super' voices. Consequently, the left and right channels i and each of the player's ears i are assigned their own complete synthesizer voice. Parameters for both channels of each super voice may be independently controlled, facilitating the player to create rich and unique stereo images.

The Super 6 is a love-letter to the classic analogue synthesizer, brought firmly into the present with cutting-edge technology under the hood and a no-compromise approach to sound character, build quality and interface design. The rich sound that UDO has been championed for, paired with a robust, compact and inviting form factor with smooth, solid and responsive controls throughout, it cries out to be played.

BINAURAL ANALOG
SIGNAL PATH
In Binaural mode, the Super 6 features a true stereo signal path in which the instrument's twelve voices are twinned to form six stereo 'super' voices. Consequently, the left and right channels i and each of the player's ears i are assigned their own complete synthesizer voice. Parameters for both channels of each super voice may be independently controlled, facilitating the player to create rich and unique stereo images. The effect ranges from subtle to extreme stereo movement, creating an enhanced sense of spatial positioning relative to "conventional" monaural signal-chains panned at their output.

MASSIVE MODULATION WITHOUT MENUS
Enormous flexibility at the player's fingertips through simple controls and a carefully designed front-panel. Going deeper, there is an intuitive and immediate modulation system based around the performance area switches. For those who want to go further, every panel control can be targeted for modulation, all simultaneously and all with unique amounts.

INSPIRED BY THE CLASSICS,
BUILT FOR TODAY
The Super 6 is an instrument that is borne of a long-held passion for synthesizers. In designing the Super 6 we wanted to create an instrument that feels familiar at first glance, but offers new and inspiring opportunities when delving deeper. The layout and aesthetic is an homage to some of the classic synthesizers that have inspired us for many years i the instrument's features and capabilities bring these ideas firmly into the 21st century.

ANALOG VOICE ARCHITECTURE
Alongside an analog amplifier section, the Super 6's main filter is an analog 4-pole, 24 dB per octave, resonant low-pass filter. It is preceded by a voltage controlled high-pass filter that can either be off, fixed, or can also track the low-pass filter cutoff for band-pass operation.

TRUE NO-COMPROMISE BUILD QUALITY
An instrument is cherished not just for the way it sounds but for the way it feels to play. We have worked tirelessly on the physical design to foster an immediate connection with the player. There has also been no expense spared on the build quality, with a rugged metal housing and solid control elements throughout.

Two decades in the game and the mighty MicroKorg remains a classic.

Notes: Combining analogue-style sound with digital convenience, the KingKorg Neo is a proper all-rounder for both recording and live performance. Features modelled emulations of classic Korg synth features.

Supplier's Notes:
The KingKORG NEO: a virtual analogue synthesiser that stands out with its analogue-like layout and intuitive, flexible editing. This compact powerhouse features 37 full-size keys and a versatile vocoder, making it perfect for both studio and stage. With our cutting-edge XMT sound engine, it delivers a wide range of classic and futuristic sounds. Designed for the contemporary musician, the KingKORG NEO is the ultimate tool for exploring new soundscapes and pushing musical expression.

KingKORG NEO features our XMT virtual analogue sound engine. XMT stands for eXpanded Modelling Technology and was created to offer an expansive array of sounds while ensuring simplicity in operation.

Gone are the days of laborious oscillator adjustments for sound crafting. The KingKORG NEO streamlines this process with pre-set algorithms. These carefully designed combinations of different oscillator types and quantities empower you to quickly shape rich, stage-ready tones with ease.

Embracing the demand for diverse tonal capabilities, the KingKORG NEO comes loaded with a wide range of oscillator algorithms. From the classic sawtooth and square waves to the more intricate noise patterns typical of analogue synthesizers, and extending to PCM/DWGS, this synthesiser is equipped to cater to an extensive variety of musical needs and preferences.

Crafting character with iconic modelled filters

In the heart of the KingKORG NEO lies its meticulously designed filter section, a cornerstone in defining the synthesiser's unique sonic character. Korg have infused KingKORG NEO with a diverse range of filters, each adding a distinct flavour to your sound creations, an aspect where analogue modelling truly shines.

The KingKORG NEO's filter collection is a treasure trove for sound designers. It encompasses a wide array of essential analogue modelling filter types, enabling you to sculpt sounds with precision and ease. But there's more. Korg have painstakingly modelled filters that echo the iconic analogue monophonic synths of the '70s - the go-to for punchy leads and deep basses. Korg have also captured the essence of polyphonic synths from the vibrant new wave era of the '80s, and the legendary filters from Korg's own MS-20 analogue synth.

One of the most captivating features of these filters is their ability to self-oscillate when you dial up the resonance - a hallmark of classic analogue synthesis. This capability opens up a world of sonic possibilities, from creating ethereal textures to crafting powerful, resonant tones.

Vocoder wizardry

KingKORG NEO synth comes equipped with a balanced XLR input on its front panel, and includes a rugged, high-quality microphone. This setup invites you to dive into the world of vocoding instantly.

At the core of the KingKORG NEO's vocoder is a sophisticated 16-band filter, rivalling dedicated vocoder machines. This powerful feature allows you to craft classic vocoder tones, but that's just the beginning. By shifting the filter frequency with the formant shift function and finely adjusting the level and pan of each band, you open the doors to an array of unique and original sounds. Whether you're aiming for vintage charm or contemporary edge, this vocoder adapts effortlessly to any genre or style.

But there's more - the KingKORG NEO redefines flexibility. Timbre B can ingeniously be used as a modulator, providing an alternative to the traditional microphone input. This allows the vocoder effect to be seamlessly blended with the synth sound, paving the way for limitless sonic exploration.

Moreover, each of the three oscillators, A and B timbres, can be individually selected as a source for the microphone input. This unique feature enables you to synthesize a rich mix of voice and instrument, creating a fusion of timbres that's both innovative and captivating.

Masterful effects

The KingKORG NEO elevates your sound with three master effect slots, each offering six distinct effect types.

The PRE FX slot brings the grit and edge of effects like distortion and amp simulator. MOD FX infuses your tracks with the classic charm of phaser, chorus, and tremolo. For creating expansive atmospheres, the REV/DELAY slot offers ambient effects including hall reverb and modulation delay. Adjusting and selecting these effects is straightforward, thanks to dedicated dials on the front panel for each slot, complemented by FX control knobs for detailed fine-tuning.

Virtual patching

Embrace the spirit of classic synthesisers like the MS-20 with the KingKORG NEO's innovative Virtual Patch system. This intuitive feature brings the flexibility of physically patching synthesizers into the digital age. With six Virtual Patch assignments available for each timbre, you can virtually connect control signals like EG, LFO, or joystick movements to key sound parameters, including pitch and cutoff. This seamless integration allows for intricate modulation and a deeper exploration into sound-shaping, giving your music a new dimension of sonic creativity.

A universe of inspiration

KingKORG NEO's extensive library of 200 stage-ready preset programs is created for the modern music maker. These presets span across eight categories like SYNTH, LEAD, and BASS and offer an intuitive gateway to finding the perfect sound for any scenario.

Step up with arpeggiation

The KingKORG NEO comes equipped with a versatile step arpeggiator, a tool that breathes life into your performances by automatically generating arpeggio phrases based on the chords you play. Tailor your sound even further by selecting from six different arpeggio types. You can specify the duration, interval, and on/off status of each step, opening up a vast array of rhythmic possibilities.

Isla Instruments Caladan Expandable 8-Part Analogue/Digital Multi-Timbral Synthesiser (including 2 voice cards) Isla Instruments Caladan Expandable 8-Part Analogue/Digital Multi-Timbral Synthesiser (including 2 voice cards)
Cat: 995357 Rel: 31 Jul 24

Expandable 8-part hybrid multi-timbral desktop synthesiser including 2 voice cards
Notes: The ISLA Instruments Caladan Is an expandable 8-part analogue/digital multi-timbral desktop synthesizer module boasting multiple synthesizer engines by way of voice cards. Sharing much of its DNA with Isla's S2400 desktop sampler and the Futuresonus Parva MPE Synthesizer, released in 2015.

Without any voice cards installed, the Caladan has its own internal digital synthesizer engine with playback capabilities of Soundfont (.sf2) and SFZ multisample formats, with the added benefit of being able to run a (possibly multiple) plugin based synthesizer (VST, LV2, CLAP formats). Isla's target for this is 32-Voices (subject to change).

Voice Cards

Caladan has internal slots for up-to 8 voice cards, accessible via an easy access 'trap door' underneath the unit. Said cards are able to be essentially any type of synthesizer, be that pure analogue, digital or a hybrid of both. The voice card API will be open sourced with development kits made available, allowing other designers and developers to create synthesizer cards for use in the Caladan.

At launch, an improved version of the original Parva voice card will be available, the specifications of which are as follows:

Oscillators
3 Digitally-controlled analogue oscillators per voice
Sawtooth, triangle, and PWM waveforms
Variable-width saw waves
Tunable +/- 5 octaves
Hard Syncable
Independent level controls
Envelopes
4 4-stage (ADSR) envelopes per voice
Exponential curves for punchy attack and natural decay
Linear mode also available
Loopable envelopes
Routable to >40 destinations
Modulation
4 LFOs per voice
Sine, sawtooth, triangle, and square waveforms
Random sample-and-hold
Stepped LFOs
Free-running or key-synced
Routable to >40 destinations
Polyphonic Aftertouch
Filters
2 configurable voltage-controlled filters per voice
24db or 12db low-pass or high-pass modes
12db bandpass mode
Self-oscillating
Filter FM

Further Cards
Additionally, Isla also have the intention of creating the following voice cards.

Dual OPL3 4op FM card with analogue filters/VCAs (already in development)
SEM / OB-X card (already in development)
Analogue Percussion card
Mini Moog card
SH-101 card
String machine card
TB-303 Card

More Specifications.
MPE Support
RGB led rings (yes, you can change colours) enabling simultaneous viewing of parameters across different voices/cards per knob.
USB Host and Device ports, both class compliant for MIDI controllers.
Standard MIDI DIN In/Out/Thru
4 x independent CV & Gate inputs
8 x Stereo output busses
Main & Sub Mix outputs
High quality steel/aluminium enclosure, comparable in build/looks to the S2400 (and compatible with the same side panels for wood lovers)
