Notes: Viol Ruina is an all-analogue distortion and lowpass filter with an internal envelope follower and self-modulating cutoff. The four-pole design is reminiscent of the classic filters we all know but with a completely new and slightly ridiculous twist. The independently addressable distortion circuit takes VR into overdriven paradise with a shocking amount of drive. Built-in envelope following makes an easy way to create dynamic patches with the flick of a switch, and feedback FM takes VR to a whole new realm of filthiness. Run a sound through VR, you'll get something cool out of it.
Notes: Clep Diaz is a handy and small step CV and LFO generator. In step and random modes, use the encoder to control the number of steps in the sequence; in LFO mode, the encoder controls the amplitude of the wave. Toggle the directionality of the sequence: up, down, or up/down to customize the CVs further. CD also gives CV control over the number of steps in the sequence and an end-of-cycle trigger output. Unipolar and bipolar outputs allow maximal control.
Dual clock divider/trigger generator with multiple modes
Notes: Integra Solum is a dual rotating clock divider with 16 trigger outs in two sets of eight, packed into 8 HP. The two sides can be clocked or reset independently or a single input and/or reset normals to both sides. IS switches between three modes and an encoder adjusts the offset of each side. Bonus modes add randomization options.
Notes: Terci Ruina combines three classic distortions in 4 hp. Distortions are reinterpreted in classic NE style and routed through each other for complete sonic annihilation of any sound. Patch in and out anywhere in the signal chain to pick the best sound for your purpose (because modular). Looking for a pretty distortion? This is probably not your module. Unapologetically gross and dirty.
Notes: Loquelic Iteritas Percido is an extension of the original Loquelic Iteritas. Like Loquelic Iteritas, it is a digital VCO with interpretations of three classic synthesis algorithms involving dual pitch control parameterized by four tone controls. LIP adds an envelope that can be shaped, modulated, and routed to pitches and tone controls, making it into a stand-alone voice.
Notes: The Numeric Repetitor is a rhythmic gate generator that describes rhythms as binary numbers and then multiplies by other numbers. With a concept similar to the Zularic Repetitor, the Numeric Repetitor is a voltage controlled rhythm generator.
Clock is sent to the Beat input. With the Prime potentiometer or a CV you can select one rhythmical pattern based on 16 mathematic factors. With a switch you can select between 2 sets of patterns, X and Y.
The gate pattern is available at the Prime output, variation of it at outputs Factor 1, 2 and 3. Each of the variations can be offset in time with the Offset potentiometer or CV, which can generate great rhythms. Each channel has a LED which visualizes a gate.
The Measure input or the button allow you to reset the pattern.
Simple attack-release envelope with voltage controlled clamp
Notes: The Sinclastic Empulatrix was inspired by the simple - yet remarkably clever - envelopes used in the cymbals of the TR-808. These envelopes are simple exponential decays that are applied to the signal via clamping rather than the more typical scaling. For binary signals such as a square wave a clamping VCA will sound like a typical VCA. For analog signals it will add a clipping effect that gets stronger as the envelope decays.
The Sinclastic Empulatrix has knobs for control of attack and release.
The envelope is controlled by a gate input that determines the timing of the envelope. The envelope is also scaled by the voltage of the gate so it can be used to control the amplitude of the envelope.
The clamping VCA section of the Sinclastic Empulatrix has a simple input and output. It is DC-coupled so is suitable for control voltages and can be used without the envelope generator by turning the attack and release fully counter-clockwise and driving the gate with an analog CV.
This module can also be used as an asymetric slew: the envelope output will track the gate input but will be slewed by the attack and release times based on relative voltage.

Notes: Mimetic Digitalis is a 10HP step sequencer optimized for live use. MD includes four individually editable CV outputs and a trigger out. Each step can be manually programmed or use MD to live record CV sequences using the encoder. The zero button mutes the CV at a step and shred randomizes the voltage. Save and load up to 16 patterns. Edit a pattern and use undo to return to the unedited version.
Notes: Manis Iteritas Magnus is a voice based on the architecture of Basimilus Iteritas, but designed to be more gritty and aggressive. It accomplishes this by producing only sawtooth waves that are manipulated, modulated, and distorted through a rethought interface. Manis is suitable for leads, bass lines, drums, darkness, detuned madness, or pure mayhem.
Analogue-inspired parameterised digital percussion
Notes: Basimilus Iteritas Magnus is a digital drum synthesiser with its roots in the analogue world. At its heart is a six-oscillator additive synthesiser with adjustable waveform, harmonic spread, attack, decay and noise. These get fed into a built-in wave folder for extra crunch.
Four-channel precision adder, buffered mult, and transposition tool
Notes: Quantus Pax is a four-channel precision adder, buffered multiple, and polyphonic transposition utility. Each channel has two CV inputs and can be further modified by the three Xpose inputs. QP is made with high quality low-tolerance resistors for unbeatable accuracy. Patch-wide key changes, polyphonic movement, mathematically derived melodies, and more are all to be had with this simple but useful utility.
Notes: Distortion is fun, but it's even better when you split it up across the frequency spectrum. Seca Ruina takes an input, splits it up into three frequency bands, and lets you drive them into annihilation. SR includes a bypassable VCA on the output and CV over individual band and universal drive amount. With individual outputs for each band, you can process each band further externally. So much potential in only 6hp!
Notes: Quantic Fictus is a simple 2HP splitter for stereo signals into mono. It was built specifically to interface with the Keith McMillan Qu-Nexus but can be used for any sort of stereo interfacing. It is passive so can also be used to combine mono signals into stereo.
Rhythmical gate generator based on the rhythm theory of African music
Notes: The Zularic Repetitor is a rhythmic gate generator based off the rhythmic theory of African music. A core pattern forms the basis and variation is achieved by offsetting this pattern in time relative to the base.
This module contains 16 mother rhythms from African, Indian, Latin and Funk roots. Each rhythm outputs four variations of itself simultaneously while allowing the offset of each part in time by CV and Knob. It requires only a master clock to run and also allows the pattern to be reset by an external gate.
Connect a clock to the Beat input and let's go! With the Mother potentiometer or a CV you can select one of 32 rhythmical patterns which have African, Indian, Latin American or Funk roots. With a switch you can select between rhythms from the Old or New World.
The gate pattern is available at the Mother output, variation of it at outputs Child 1, 2 and 3. Each of the variations can be offset in time with the Offset potentiometer or a CV, which can generate great rhythms. Each channel has a LED which visualizes a gate.
The Measure input allows you to reset the pattern.

Notes: Ataraxic Iteritas Magnus is an extension of the first Eurorack module, the Ataraxic Translatron. AIM starts with one of three bit tables shaped via variable interpolation that is then scrolled through, amplitude modulated, folded, and distorted by the CV-controllable front panel controls. Subby basses, metallic drones, unrelentingly digital timbres and more are all to be had from the AIM. Ataraxic Iteritas Magnus is the 5U version of the Ataraxic Iteritas. Guaranteed to make the fax machine jealous on an even bigger scale.
Notes: KR is based off of the concept of a guitar tonestack: you get a gnarly drive on the top and a super clean two-band shelving EQ with switchable midpoint after that. There are separate ins and outs, too, so if you want to EQ a thing and distort the other thing at the same time you can!
Kith Ruina's inspiration comes from the world of guitar amps. A drive into an EQ is an extremely common configuration for shaping guitar tone, and we find that it works extremely well for synths as well. A grungy drive into a pristine EQ gives excellent tone control, and with separate ins and outs for the two sections KR can be configured to fit into any patch you throw at it.
Simple buffered quad attenuator with LED indication - 4HP
Notes: Noise Engineering Sinc Defero is a buffered four channel attenuator designed for control voltages. Two LEDs per channel show the incoming and outgoing signals, with green for positive voltage and red for negative, so you always know what's exactly going on. Thanks to the buffered outputs, it is possible to send the signals to multiple destinations without any voltage drop, unlike passive attenuators! Sinc Defero is therefore ideal for controlling various modules with one control voltage!
Notes: Bin Seq is an eight-step switchable gate sequencer. Besides individual signals, it is also possible to notate tied events. In addition to clock and reset inputs, there are manual control options for both functions. A great utility module, which can not only be used to create simple beats, but to manipulate other sequencers or trigger modulators rhythmically as well.
Notes: Muta Jovis is a 4HP switchable quad mute. The inputs are circularly normalled so a single input can be sent (and muted) to up to four outputs. Switches and LEDs that indicate channels that are outputting signal leave no doubt about the state of each channel. MJ was designed with gates/triggers in mind.
Notes: Cursus Iteritas Percido is the second module in the Percido line of powerful synth voices. Similar to its predecessor the Loquelic Iteritas Percido, CIP takes the original Cursus Iteritas and adds the same musical envelope from LIP with attenuverter-controlled routing to every knob. With the inclusion of the performance-oriented Master Blaster and CV outputs, CIP is a powerhouse of incredibly versatile synthesis.
Notes: Soleo Vero is a 4HP stroboscope tuner for up to three oscillators. Patch directly through the SV to avoid patching and repatching. Stroboscope allows tuning across a range of octaves on the fly...and even without audio monitoring. No more bumped oscillator surprises! Optional mode allows tuning to either the 440Hz and 432Hz standards.
Notes: Confundo Funkitus crossfades between two sets of four rhythms using probability. Three different probability curves can be selected to control the behaviour of the crossfader. Per-part switch mutes are included with live performance in mind.
Connect up to four rhythm outputs to each of the two sets of inputs. Connect the outputs to modules that take triggers. Drums that take triggers are perhaps the easiest.
Toggle the Curve switch to the top position. If the crossfader is fully left, then only inputs on the left will create gates. If the crossfader is positioned in the middle, the Centre light is illuminated the two rhythms are blended together: gates are generated any time either rhythm is played. If the crossfader is all the way to the right the gates generated come from the second (right-hand) set of inputs.
Between these extremes the produced rhythm is a combination of both sets of input weighted by the position of XFADE and which curve is selected.

Four-channel linear multimode envelope generator & LFO - 6HP
Notes: Pons Asinorum is a compact four-channel multimode envelope generator and LFO with voltage control. PA has three different envelope shapes, CV over cycle length, and a unique single encoder control scheme that makes adjusting multiple channels mid-performance easy. Channels can be set separately to envelope mode or to cycle in LFO mode, giving PA maximal flexibility in a minimal footprint.
5U version of the Noise Engineering dynamic wavetable oscillator
Notes: Cursus Iteritas Magnus is an oscillator that works from a dynamically generated wavetable. It gives the user spectral-like controls over three different modes based on different conceptualizations of frequency: Fourier, which uses sine waves; Daubechies, using wavelets; and Walsh mode, using the Walsh transform. Cursus Iteritas Magnus parametrizes a wide variety of sounds, but because the sounds are all based on orthogonal functions, it has a musical tone structure and can produce an extremely wide variety of harmonic sounds
Cursus Iteritas Magnus is the 5U version of Cursus Iteritas.
Notes: Ataraxic Iteritas is a 10HP voice based on the original Ataraxic Translatron but beefed up with loads more features and tonal controls. AI starts with one of three bit tables shaped via variable interpolation that is then scrolled through, amplitude modulated, folded, and distorted by the CV-controllable front panel controls. Subby basses, metallic drones, unrelentingly digital timbres and more are all to be had from the AI.
