J Rockett Airchild Six Sixty Compressor Effects Pedal J Rockett Airchild Six Sixty Compressor Effects Pedal
Cat: 1008780 Rel: 30 Jun 24

Compressor effects pedal
Notes: The Fairchild 660 studio compressor is consistently regarded as the best compressor ever made. For years, the original Fairchild 660 and 670 (Stereo) compressors have been extensively used in studios. This inspired J. Rockett to offer that sonic signature to the guitar community at a fraction of the $30k+ price tag.

The typical guitar compressor is the "Dynacomp", which has created iconic tones throughout the history of music, especially in Country music. That said, it's widely acknowledged that there are already countless Dynacomp variants available.

"The 'typical Dynacomp circuit' tends to crush the sound more like a limiter. This characteristic has cemented its sound into certain genres of music, which some may find desirable.

The Team at J. Rockett aimed to provide a compressor that works like a studio compressor, enhancing harmonic richness and evening out transients without crushing the entire spectrum.

The Airchild Six Sixty simply makes you want to play more. It increases sustain without crushing your output, imparts richness to your overall tone, and adds feel to your playing. The target tones were the slide tones of Lowell George and the singing lead/rhythm tones of Mark Knopfler.

The Fairchild 660 Compressor was designed by Rein Narma, who had worked with Les Paul to build a recording mixer for use with Les Paul's Ampex 8-track. Les Paul asked Narma if he would build a compressor/limiter. Sherman Fairchild, who was friends with Les Paul, learned of the compressor and licensed Narma's compressor design, hiring Narma to be chief engineer at Fairchild Recording Equipment Corporation. The first 10 Fairchild 660's were built by Narma himself. The first unit was sold to Rudy Van Gelder who used it to cut lacquer masters for Blue Note Records and Vox Records. The second unit went to Olmsted Sound Studios in New York City and the third 660 built went to Mary Ford and Les Paul.

Notable users: Abbey Road Studios purchased 12 Fairchild 660s after staff engineer Peter Bown heard it during a visit to Capitol Records in America. They used it on recording sessions for the Beatles, primarily for vocals. Beginning in 1966, Geoff Emerick began using the 660 on Ringo Starr's drum tracks as well as piano and guitar tracks. As of 2014, Abbey Road still had 8 of the original 660s purchased in the 1960s.

"We put the drum sound through Fairchild 660 valve limiters and compressors. It became the sound of Revolver and Sgt Pepper really. Drums had never been heard like that before." (Geoff Emerick)

Compressors are probably the most misunderstood effect that also have incredible impact on the delivery of music. There is not a professional recording in history that does not have some sort of compression. Gain is a form of compression, even EQ is a form of compression.

A compressor is used to reduce a signal's dynamic range-that is, to reduce the difference in level between the loudest and quietest parts of an audio signal.

Compression is commonly used to attenuate loud transient peaks (e.g., when a singer suddenly belts out a high note or a guitar player digs in to a note with muscle) compression helps maintain a consistent level. Compression essentially causes distortion in a signal, in that it changes the original sound of the signal through its processing. The compressor typically achieves this by emphasizing certain harmonics based on how the compressor is hitting the incoming signal. The job of this peda;l is to make that distortion feel transparent and to use dynamics to create the best-sounding performance possible. Use your ears!

In compression, the dynamic range becomes narrower - the highest peaks and the quietest parts have fewer dB of level difference between them. In contrast, a compressor can also help support or bring to life soft notes as well. For guitar, compression helps with sustain and feel. Using compression in front of an amp with gain or a gain pedal essentially just adds more compression and is typically not very audible. A good compressor will help sustain notes without introducing noise or artifacts in an amp or pedal with gain but typically works best in a clean amp to hear the effect. You will typically hear compression on country guitar, at least as an audible full throttle effect. Most players do not utilize this sound because a squished signal limits dynamics, however, if used correctly it can increase dynamics across the board. One of the best descriptions about compression is that it is the opposite of reverb. If you think about that it is true. Compression brings the full dynamic force forward in a balanced manner where Reverb creates space and distance.

Crazy Tube Circuits HiPower Amp & Speaker Simulation Effects Pedal Crazy Tube Circuits HiPower Amp & Speaker Simulation Effects Pedal Crazy Tube Circuits HiPower Amp & Speaker Simulation Effects Pedal
Cat: 986581 Rel: 02 Jan 24

Pedal + amp-in-a-box overdrives recreating legendary sounds, following the success of Crossfire and Unobtanium
Notes: HI POWER is Crazy Tube Circuits' next endeavour in pedal + amp-in-a-box overdrives recreating legendary sounds, following the success of Crossfire and Unobtanium.

It was inspired by the sonic combination of two British tone machines. The almighty Colorsound Power Boost meets the blistering high-headroom Hiwatt amp.

While the combination of these two units directly hints at the gear setup of David Gilmour and especially the gear used on Pink Floyd's album: Wish You Were Here (think the guitar solo sounds of "Shine on you Crazy Diamond", "Have A Cigar") the sonic options are endless.

The orange enclosure silicon transistor circuit (Colorsound Power Boost) can deliver from a transparent clean boost to an all-out fuzz driving a tube amp to sonic bliss. Crazy Tube Circuits set out to clone the original unit featuring the true-to-the-original spec BC184 transistors running on 18V DC (via an internal voltage booster circuit).

The ultra-flexible 2-band Baxandall EQ circuit can add bite and low-end rumble to any setup. Crazy Tube Circuits used a reverse log gain pot (labelled as volume), compared to the linear taper pot found in the original units and acted as an on/off switch, to be able to set the amount of boost/overdrive more precisely. While the earlier units didn't feature a master volume control (only as an aftermarket mod - Pete Cornish made an external unit master volume for David Gilmour's Power Boost) Crazy Tube Circuits chose to include one that is setup in a way so that when it is all the way clockwise it is bypassed. Later versions of the Power Boost had 9V power supply and were renamed as the "Overdriver" due to the lower headroom and their ability to drive the signal earlier. They were offered in a grey enclosure and can be seen in the gear setups of Jeff Beck, Marc Bolan, etc. Crazy Tube Circuits chose to incorporate this version as well with a flip of a toggle switch (PWR-ODR toggle switch).

On the left side of the HI POWER you will find an all-analogue circuit set out to emulate the sound and feel of a Hiwatt amp. Following the path of the famed British tube amplifier, this circuit offers authentic amp tone and feel resembling guitar tones from guitar greats like David Gilmour, Pete Townsend, Jimmy Page, Noel Gallagher to name a few. From the big bold high-headroom clean sounds to the face-melting crunchy tones.

True to the last detail, Crazy Tube Circuits have included the full EQ section along with a presence control located at the negative feedback of the power amp simulation circuit. A headroom toggle switch selects between the high headroom 100w power section provided by a quartet of EL34s (think Hiwat DR103), or the lower headroom and compression provided by a 50W power section with a pair of EL34s when hit hard (think DR504). Similar in operation to the original amps the master volume was designed to produce more gain at higher settings.

Crazy Tube Circuits taken the design a step further by adding a switch to select between input channels of the amplifier. You can select between the full response of the normal channel of the amplifier, the increased presence and tight low end of the bright channel input or the "Gilmour-ish" enhanced frequency response and added gain of those inputs linked together. This follows the modifications that Pete Cornish did to all David Gilmour's Hiwatt amps.

Like their other dual overdrive/amp-in-a-box designs, Crazy Tube Circuits also included a passive effects loop to give you the option to connect your beloved pedals between your booster/overdrive and amp in a box or use the two sections as separate and independent effects when using an external bypass switcher/looper. Gilmour enthusiasts will love to insert their Big Muff, Tube Driver and Phase 90 in there. Note that all pedals inserted in the passive effects loop are still in the signal chain when any or both sections of HI POWER are in bypass.

HI POWER features a power-up bypass/engage pre-set function for the footswitches. That way you can select which state your pedal will go to when you plug the power supply. This function comes in especially handy to people that use remote pedal switchers / loopers as they only set the state of the pedal once and then operate from the controller.

Boss RE-202 Space Echo Effects Pedal Boss RE-202 Space Echo Effects Pedal Boss RE-202 Space Echo Effects Pedal
Cat: 997454 Rel: 01 Mar 24

Space echo effects pedal
Notes: Based on the legendary Roland Space Echo, the RE-202 brings tape-style delay effects into the future. Classic vintage sound in a modern, user-friendly package.

Supplier's Notes:
A Masterpiece Returns in the Modern Era

Introduced in 1974, the Roland RE-201 Space Echo stands among the most legendary and sought-after effect units ever produced. This tape-based classic remained in production for over 14 straight years, and its distinctive rhythmic echo sounds, warm character, and highly playable sonic quirks still inspire musicians, producers, and audio mixers over four decades on.

Backed by intensive R&D and Boss' latest innovations, the RE-202 faithfully delivers the authentic sound and behaviour of the Space Echo like never before. Built by the company that designed the original, this advanced pedal captures the RE-201's magic in flawless detail, from the magnetic tape and motor properties to the vibrant spring reverb and colourful preamp circuit. And to take things even further, Boss have expanded the vintage Space Echo experience with lots of new features tuned for today's music.

Tape Echo Magic

Tape echo was the first delay effect and one of the first effect processors available for electronic musicians. In contrast with today's CPU-based digital units, a tape echo is a simple machine that uses a motor to pull magnetic tape across one or more record/playback heads. Warm, full, and dynamic, the tape echo sound is influenced by many factors. The ever-changing input level colours the sound with varying amounts of tape saturation and compression. In addition, motor speed fluctuations, friction, wow and flutter, and other elements introduce an appealing modulated character that's subtle and continually evolving.

RE-201 Space Echo: Simply Legendary

The RE-201 was a benchmark Roland product and one of the leading tape echo units of its era. It featured three evenly spaced heads that produced a wider range of echo effects than typical single-head designs, plus an innovative free-running tape system that provided superior performance with minimal tape wear. Grab-and-go controls enabled quick access to clean, single delays or various head combinations for dense, rhythmic echoes. A spring reverb tank was included too, making the RE-201 a one-stop shop for quality ambience effects. Last but not least, analogue preamp circuitry was another key ingredient in the Space Echo's rich sonic recipe.

A Masterpiece Reborn

Realized through the latest technologies and exhaustive analysis of several vintage RE-201s-including a pristine original unit from the BOSS and Roland factory archive-the RE-202 brings the complete Space Echo experience to life in a versatile modern pedal.

While previous BOSS designs captured the true sonic flavour and essential characteristics of the Space Echo, new advancements have allowed us to go much deeper than ever before. With the RE-202, Boss' engineers have fully reproduced all the complex, non-linear behaviours that contribute to the RE-201's immortal character. Everything that influences the sound was carefully examined and recreated with all-new algorithms, including the tape path, record/playback mechanism, motor variations, preamp coloration, tape age, spring reverb character, and more.

Retro Sound at Your Fingertips

The RE-202 delivers the full vintage vibe of the RE-201-without the need for regular tape replacement and hardware maintenance. All the core controls of the original are here, including the iconic 12-position mode selector. Every behaviour is replicated with complete accuracy, such as the gradual pitch change that occurs when the Repeat Rate knob is tweaked, or the cool runaway feedback that happens when the Intensity knob is maxed.

With selectable tape age and variable controls, you can dial in everything from a brand-new Space Echo to the worn character and quirks of a well-loved vintage piece. The Saturation control has been carefully calibrated based on the actual magnetic tape and preamp behaviours of the RE-201, with the sound becoming warmer and more compressed as you turn up the knob.

Flexi-Switchr Technology
This device features Flexi-Switchr Technology! This relay-based, true bypass switching style allows you to simultaneously use momentary and latching style switching.

For standard latching operation, tap the footswitch once to activate the effect and then tap again to bypass.

For momentary operation, hold the footswitch down for as long as you'd like to use the effect. Once you release the switch the effect will be bypassed.

Since the switching is relay based, it requires power to pass signal.

This device takes a standard 9 volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel. Pedal-specific, transformer-isolated wall-wart power supplies or multiple isolated-output supplies are generally recommended. Pedals will make extra noise if there is ripple or unclean power. Switching-type power supplies, daisy chains and non-pedal specific power supplies do not filter dirty power as well and let through unwanted noise. DO NOT RUN AT HIGHER VOLTAGES!

KMA Machines Horizont Interdimensional Multispatial JFET Phaser Effects Pedal
Cat: 782228 Rel: 24 Aug 20

Phaser pedal
Notes: Amazingly versatile phaser business in this brilliantly designed pedal. Watch the demo video to hear the amazing range of sounds this one can do. Best phaser ever? Might just be.

Supplier's Notes:

Jump into spaceship Horizont and begin your trek into star- filled galaxies, all while discovering the incredible vastness of the sounds created by this inter-dimensional multi-spatial stereo analog JFET Phaser. The unexpected is waiting for you behind the far away horizon and it will be a journey you'll never forget!

The Horizont's mission is to push way beyond the classic phasing sounds of yesteryear, and take you to uncharted phaser worlds the second you plug in. By combining lush analog JFET phasing with digitally controlled dynamics, Horizont creates a vivid and expressive modulation experience, all while providing experimental and creative features that'll kick phasing well into the 21st century.

Besides the more common phaser controls, the Horizont offers a plethora of new and exciting options for all the interstellar tone chasers out there. To greatly broaden the range of phasing tones available, KMA implemented a digital LFO with no less than eight different waveforms: Ramp Up/Down, Sine/Triangle/Square wave, a sweeping waveform, Sample & Hold and a random slope waveform going from 20s down to 40ms.

The implemented envelope generator is one of Horizont's absolute key features. It transforms your input signal into a control source to modulate the speed of the digitally controlled LFO or lets you manually phase for a resonant touch wah- like sound, depending on the state of the SWP- and SPURTCONTROL-Switch.

Set the SPURTCONTROL switch to LFO to let the SPURT knob adjust the internal phasing speed. However, by flicking the switch to ENV (Envelope) mode, it allows you to dynamically modulate the speed along the full LFO speed range, based on how loud the input source is (e.g. when you attack the strings hard). You can also combine the SPURT knob and the envelope by flicking the toggle to LFO+ENV where SPURT then sets the minimum speed. For even more control, you can even plug in an external expression pedal/CV-source (0-5V) to alter the minimum speed on-the-fly or you can use the TAP TEMPO switch (tap just twice) to set the speed to fit in with the tempo of your music.

The EXP-Mode switch also lets you choose between a manual phasing mode, controlled by an expression-pedal or an external CV source. Setting the EXP-Mode switch to the middle position will disable any external expression control.
The SWP (Sweep) switch lets you decide to use either the LFO or the envelope of your instrument signal to control the phasing.

The envelope can be set to upwards or downwards operation via the ENV switch, seeing the LFO either slowing down or speeding up, or flipping the orientation when phasing manually from lows to highs and vice versa. In conjunction with the FUEL (Sensitivity) and the DECAY controls, the envelope can be tailored perfectly to your needs.

The EMPH (Emphasis) mode from the original Astrospurt Phaser was kept, but have reworked and refined it extensively for the Horizont. The four toggle-switches determine the stage in which the phase-shifted signal is fed back into itself, while the REG (Regeneration) control sets the feedback amount. We also smoothed out the overall sound of the EMPH mode for a more pronounced, and crisp vocal-like tone. Each of the different switch variations and turn of the REG control will yield different results, seeing you discover new wild, fuzzy and noisy galaxies as you travel deeper down this sonic wormhole.

In order for you to levitate through spacetime, a stereo output has been added to the Horizont. You can switch between a standard stereo output or a panning output, via the STEREOPAN switch. Synchronized with the LFO speed, the upper cycle of the LFO sends the signal to the OUT1 and the bottom cycle to the OUT2. This is without a shadow of a doubt the most liquid and astonishing phasing experience you'll ever embark upon. But wait, there's more! Stop and take a deep breath, set the MIX control to fully clean and the Horizont is transformed into a Tremolo on-the-spot, with all the other aforementioned features.

Last but by no means least, the Horizont was equipped with an FX-Loop right in front of the phase-shifting line. This enables you to add your own secret sonic weapons to this spaceship, seeing you create your very own unique phasing sounds. The pedals' headroom was also increased drastically by boosting the internal circuit voltage to 18V, from the regular 9V input, to give the cleanest phasing possible no matter what instrument or line source you use.

Bass compressor effectspedal
Notes: When the original Compressor was released back in 2011, it quickly became a favourite among guitar and bass players alike who were searching for something more than the typical oversimplified controls found on most compressor pedals. Now, based on users' valuable feedback, everything great about the original Compressor has been taken and made even better.

On top of the full range of features and controls normally only seen in high end studio equipment, such as input and gain reduction metering, independent attack and release controls, a mix knob for parallel compression, and an external sidechain insert, Empress have now added a 'tilt' tone eq control, and a selectable sidechain high pass filter built into the Compressor's detection circuit.

Red Panda Lab BitMap 2 Bitcrusher Effects Pedal Red Panda Lab BitMap 2 Bitcrusher Effects Pedal Red Panda Lab BitMap 2 Bitcrusher Effects Pedal Red Panda Lab BitMap 2 Bitcrusher Effects Pedal
Cat: 856605 Rel: 18 Jul 22

A bitcrusher with fractional bit reduction and sample rate modulation.
Notes: The Bitmap is a bitcrusher with fractional bit reduction and sample rate modulation. The Bitmap 2 adds waveshaping, wavefolding, and a window comparator for extreme digital distortion. A drive control handles everything from single coil guitars to synthesizers, with +8 dBu maximum signal level and enough gain to sound like an overdriven mixer channel. Modulation and envelope control create dynamic, responsive distortion and digital artifacts.

The Bitmap 2 is tuned to provide maximum sustain without sputtering on staccato notes. Less extreme settings add layers of nonlinearities that interact in subtle ways, giving you the warmth and grit of 8- and 12-bit samplers. Sample rate reduction turns your guitar into 8-bit video game sounds or twists scales into inharmonic melodies. Sample rate modulation adds subtle motion or morphs your guitar into entirely new textures.

The Bitmap works with guitar, bass, synthesizers, drum machines, and other instruments or line level sources.

The D1 is a powerful multi-function delay with five studio-grade, high-fidelity, custom-tuned programs.
Notes: The D1 is a powerful multi-function delay with five studio-grade, high-fidelity, custom-tuned programs. Create inspiring echoes from Digital, Modulated, Vintage, Dual Delay, and Reverse. Each can be tuned and tweaked with modulation, tone, age, and tap/clock subdivisions. The attack knob adds another dynamic to each program, opening up a new world for creating soundscapes. The D1 boasts stereo in and out, midi control, adjustable stereo width, and onboard presets.

A workhorse of a delay that is just as ready for the road as it is the studio.

The D1 V2 updates are as follows:
Retooled the Reverse program for a stronger effect.
Retooled the Vintage program to emulate a tape delay.
Added stereo width control allows two widening types - Panning and Haas Stereo Effect.
Added USB functionality for firmware updates via walrusaudio.io.

Programs

Each program can be fully customized to your taste and playing style with the Tweak knob. Flip the toggle switch to Mod to bring in a tasteful modulation to your delay trails. Tone will brighten or darken your delay trails. Age will add some grit and wear reminiscent of vintage delay units. Subdivisions can be easily changed between quarter, eighth and dotted eighth.

Digital - The Digital delay program offers a clean and crystal-clear delay that is perfect for rhythmic guitar parts where ultra-defined echoes are desired.

Mod - The Mod delay program has unique modulation LFOs applied to random repeats and run at multiple rates to create unpredictable pitch modulation. This results in unique sounding repeats perfect for warping minds and scattering trains of thought.

Vintage - The Vintage program allows for analog tape delay-inspired tones to be achieved with complex filtering applied to the repeats. Use the tone knob at low settings for darker filtering and at higher settings to roll off the low end.

Dual - The Dual program employs two delays in parallel, each with different time divisions. When connected in mono, the two delays are added together. When connected in stereo, one set of repeats is sent to the left output, and one set is sent to the right. The division switch has unique functionality in Dual mode. We'll break it down for you below:

In the quarter note position, the D1 offers 1/4 note and 1/4 triplet repeats.
In the eighth note position, the D1 offers 1/8 note and 1/4 triplet repeats.
In the dotted eighth note position, the D1 offers 1/4 note and .1/8 repeats.
Reverse - The Reverse program reads the delay memory backwards creating a unique delay repeat character known as a reverse delay.

Presets

The D1 can save up to nine onboard presets, and up to 128 are accessible via midi. Onboard presets are accessible with the bank switch. Cycle between presets in each bank by pressing Bypass and tap simultaneously. You will see the tap LED change from Red to Green to Blue. Any adjustments made in a preset will change the tap LED to purple to show that you have edited the preset. Refer to the manual for accessing and saving presets via midi.
Factory presets can be viewed here.

Attack

The Attack knob will soften the attack of the echoes. Dreamy and ethereal soundscapes can be created with higher repeat and attack settings.

Bypass and Tempo Modes

The D1 has three different bypass modes. True Bypass, DSP+True Bypass (trails), and DSP Bypass. The D1 offers global and preset tempo modes. Global mode keeps the tempo the same when changing presets. Preset tempo will use the delay time that was stored when the preset was saved. Refer to the manual for more info on switching modes.

Momentary Functions:

Press and hold the Bypass switch to ramp up the repeats of the delay. Release to set the feedback back to the knob location.

Specs:

The D1 comes in an anodized silver finish with black, dark green, red, orange and purple ink.
The enclosure's exact size with knobs is 12.4 x 6.4 x 6.7 cm. Power requirements are 9VDC (300mA minimum).
The use of an isolated power supply is recommended for powering all Walrus Audio Pedals. Daisy chain power supplies are not recommended.
Power supply not included.

Reverb effects pedal
Notes: Little box, big reverb. Specially designed for huge, cavernous echo effects and ideal for infinite tails and frozen sounds, the Blackhole is an exceptionally high quality pedal at a very reasonable price.

Supplier's Notes:
Create haunting echoes, ethereal landscapes and otherworldly ambience with Blackhole, a reverb pedal as big and as mysterious as the cosmos. Blackhole takes you there - beyond the ambience of mere earthly Halls, Rooms, Plates or Springs. Blackhole will take you on a journey from cathedral-type spaces to a universe of out-of-this-world soundscapes.

It includes onboard tone controls, modulation, and infinite reverb settings with mono or stereo operation, MIDI control, preset storing, and most importantly a new compact, easy-to-use interface.

Blackhole features two types of infinite reverb. Infinity mode continuously layers new sound on top of a suspended reverb. Freeze mode holds the effect allowing you to play over the reverb tail. The Freeze Footswitch allows instant access to this feature.

Unlike other reverbs which may offer pre or post modulation, Blackhole features modulation built into the reverb structure itself. It's essentially a big multi-voice chorus, with unique tone-shaping ability. You can utilize extreme settings to smooth out the edges.

Like all Eventide pedals, Blackhole allows you to fine tune every aspect of the effect. With a new, user-friendly, intuitive interface, just about anyone can shoot for the moon and land beyond the stars.

Chorus effects pedal
Notes: Effects masters Eventide serve up a lush bucket brigade chorus inspired by the analogue classics of the 70s and 80s. Three chorus voices plus MicroPitch detuning for stereo width and complexity.

Supplier's Notes:
Short Description: Stereo Bucket Brigade-style Tri-Chorus with Psychedelic Swirl; Eventide's lushest chorus ever! Product copy: Deep Modulation & Dreamy Textures

Inspired by the classic Tri-choruses and stompbox choruses of the 1970s and early 1980s, the TriceraChorus pedal pairs rich Bucket Brigade-style chorusing with Eventide's legendary MicroPitch detuning for a lushness that rivals the jungles of the late Cretaceous Period. TriceraChorus features three chorus voices and three unique chorus effects which can be used to create a wide stereo spread with pulsing waves of modulation. The innovative "Swirl" footswitch adds psychedelic flanging, phasing and Univibe-style tones. It has never been easier to dial in syrupy smooth deep modulation on guitar, bass, synths, strings, vocals and more.

Deep Modulation & Dreamy Textures

TriceraChorus has three chorus voices: Left, Center, and Right, which can be detuned to add even more depth. A three-phase LFO modulates the delay times for these voices, producing a dazzling movement across the stereo field. The combination of the three modulated delays creates a huge wash of chorus reminiscent of that big, dreamy '80s sound.

A Trifecta of Tone

Like the mighty three-horned Dino, TriceraChorus is a powerhouse of chorus offering three effect types complemented by detuning and Swirl. For a quintessential vintage chorus sound, set TriceraChorus to "Chorus" mode. If you need something with more complexity and movement, "Chorale" produces lush, heavenly choruses inspired by classic rackmount Tri-chorus units. For a more warbly, pulsing effect, try "Vibrato." Add detune for subtle pitch shifting sweetness. Engage the "Swirl" footswitch to get lost in a whirlpool of kaleidoscopic sound.

Walrus Audio Eons Five-State Fuzz Effects Pedal Walrus Audio Eons Five-State Fuzz Effects Pedal Walrus Audio Eons Five-State Fuzz Effects Pedal Walrus Audio Eons Five-State Fuzz Effects Pedal
Cat: 902848 Rel: 03 Oct 22

Eons is a five-state fuzz capable of massively thick sounds ready to test the limits of any amp's grill cloth.
Notes: For Eons, man has thought the sound of thunder to be from the heavens above, echoing boastfully over us as we stay safe from its greatness. However, legend tells of a stoic and indomitable beast residing in the highest mountains seen and heard only by the most brash of travelers. With gnarled and twisted horns, this creature emits a sound thicker than Earth's crust to command attention and warn all who stand in his way. This is Eons.

Eons is a five-state fuzz capable of massively thick sounds ready to test the limits of any amp's grill cloth. Use the Voltage (lightning bolt) knob to crank up to 18 volts into the pedal's circuit for massive, open fuzz sounds, or choose to starve it down to 3 volts for spatty, gated fuzz. Experiment with the Voltage and Mode knobs for nearly endless styles of fuzz tones. Find vintage-inspired sounds emanating from the stages of Woodstock to chaotic three-chord punk rock. Eons is ready for a fight.

The Eons features a five-position rotary knob that offers the following clipping configurations. Think of them as different "flavors" of the pedal:
I. Silicon soft clipping traditional fuzz that's well rounded with a huge sound; compressed and smooth.
II. Silicon clipping with an added bass boost that boosts the low end at the beginning of the circuit; compressed and crunchy.III. Germanium soft clipping with a feel of "what if a distortion and fuzz had a kid?"; crunchy and dynamic.
IV. LED clipping diodes with a slight high-end cut; dynamically dark.
V. Hard clipping silicon transistors combined with LED and Silicon soft clipping diodes. The rowdiest of the modes with tons of gain: compressed, loud, and angry.

Specs

The Eons comes in a sandy tan enclosure color with red, cream and black ink. Artwork features a stoic four horned, Markhor goat illustrated by Adam Forster.
9V DC, center negative, 100mA min
The use of an isolated power supply is recommended for powering all Walrus Audio Pedals.
Daisy chain power supplies are not recommended. Power supply not included.

Designed for vocals, the Echo Master is a lo-fi, analog tape-style delay unit that can transform your voice into a chaotic realm of noise and feedback.
Notes: Psychdelic Vocal Trip

Designed for vocals, the Echo Master is a lo-fi, analogue tape-style delay unit that can transform your voice into a chaotic realm of noise and feedback. The effects loop allows additional effects to be placed in the signal chain, making it easy to use with any of your favourite effects pedals on your vocal sound without any adapters.

The Echo Master is not just a delay unit, however. It utilizes matched Bourns transformers on the input to create a vibrant-sounding and feedback-minimizing preamp to bring you phenomenal vocal quality before you even hit the PA. Your sound engineer will hate you because you'll sound better than ever without their help. Top it off with high-quality Neutrik XLR jacks and the Echo Master is the ultimate tool for taking total control of the sound of your voice.

Controls

Time: Controls the delay time, with numbers labelled in milliseconds. In the Red Zone, the delay chip is pushed to the extreme. The signal decreases in fidelity as the time increases.

F-Back: Controls the number of repeats in the delay circuit, anywhere from one to an infinite to a wall of oscillation.

Mix: Controls the level of the delayed channel in comparison to the dry signal, from fully dry to an equal mix.

Send/Receive: Plug out of the Send jack into any additional effects, then back into the Return jack to introduce new sounds into your vocals. This loop is before the delay line, allowing you to affect your dry vocals as well as the delay generated by the Echo Master.

*Alternate Backplate: Back in stock baby! The Echo Master can also be purchased with a backplate that mounts to your mic stand. Puts the pedal within hands reach to maximize live performance tweak-ability. This recently upgraded V3, comes with a handgrip screw for more torque (although it resembles the V1, this is a much sturdier model). **Please note- cords, microphone, and stand are not included.

Specifications

Dimensions: 6.09" x 3.45" x 2.75" (including hardware).
Weight: 16oz. (w/ Alternate Back Plate 30oz.)
Power: 9V (runs on standard 2.1mm negative center 9V adapter).

J.Rockett Audio Designs Hot Rubber Monkey V2 Classic Dumble Overdrive Effects Pedal J.Rockett Audio Designs Hot Rubber Monkey V2 Classic Dumble Overdrive Effects Pedal J.Rockett Audio Designs Hot Rubber Monkey V2 Classic Dumble Overdrive Effects Pedal
Cat: 955527 Rel: 07 Jul 23

Classic dumble overdrive effects pedal with HRP EQ modulation.
Notes: The HRM V2 is designed to achieve the overdriven sounds of a D style amp with the HRM EQ mod. This EQ mod creates a very low-mid centric throaty sound where the guitar frequencies live. The touch sensitivity and quickness gives the effect of immediacy and cuts through the mix.

For this V2 version J Rockett were able to spend about 2 years living with an actual Dumble Amplifier with the HRM EQ mod, and attention was paid to the subtle nuances to make an even better version than the previous HRM. This pedal, even at lower gain settings, will bloom and feedback making it feel like the real thing. Some very nice NOS parts were that enhance the authenticity of the V2 version and most importantly it makes it fun to play.

One of the great happy accidents is the pedal can achieve some of THE best Tube Screamer sounds you could ask for with more control over the EQ.

Successor of HRM v1 but dramatic improvement when it comes to authenticity and closeness to a real Dumble amplifier.

Based on an ultra-rare, actual (!) Dumble amplifier with HRM mod, distinguishing it from HRM v1, which was based on JRAD's 'Dude V2'.

Developed by J. Rockett after living with the actual Dumble amp for over 2 years, ensuring meticulous craftsmanship.

Exceptional touch sensitivity, quick responsiveness, and ability to cut through the mix.

HRM (Hot Rubber Monkey) is a popular modification by Howard Dumble, adding gain stages and tonal options, enhancing versatility and sonic capabilities.

Boss OD-200 Hybrid Drive Effects Pedal (distortion effects pedal)
Cat: 996875 Rel: 18 Mar 24

Hybrid drive effects pedal
Notes: Simply sophisticated

With the 200 series, BOSS introduces a new generation of pedals that pack advanced sound and versatility into a streamlined size that saves space on your board. Grab-and-go controls and multi-function switches make operation easy and intuitive, while onboard memories allow you to store multiple setups for instant recall. All 200 series pedals feature premium audio quality with 32-bit internal processing and offer support for external control via footswitches, an expression pedal, or MIDI.

The OD-200 Hybrid Drive brings next-level sound, feel, and flexibility to overdrive and distortion, combining decades of BOSS tone expertise with innovative technologies. Powered by hybrid analogue/digital circuitry, this dream pedal delivers any drive tone you can imagine via 12 primary modes, 15 boost types, series/parallel gain paths, and more. There's even an advanced gate on board, ideal for both eliminating noise and adding tightness to high-gain drive tones.

Version 1.1 Update: User Memory Expansion

The free Version 1.1 software update brings increased flexibility to the BOSS 200 series, greatly expanding the onboard memory capacity for storing and recalling sounds. There are now 128 user setups available. Setups can also be recalled directly via MIDI program change.

For optimal performance, stay up to date with the current OD-200 system software

Premium Drive Tones with BOSS's Advanced Hybrid Design

The OD-200's next-generation hybrid design seamlessly brings analogue and digital clipping circuits together for the best of all worlds, putting a universe of expressive drive colours under your fingers. Twelve modes offer a variety of premium overdrive, fuzz, and distortion sounds, including a high-gain Brown mode derived from the acclaimed Katana amplifier series. And with the three high-performance "X" drive modes powered by BOSS's cutting-edge MDP tech, you'll experience enhanced definition, clarity, and dynamic response that's perfect for modern playing styles.

Powerful Gain Shaping with Series and Parallel Boosts

While each of the OD-200's 12 main drive modes sound fantastic on their own, you're able to craft tones even further with 15 switchable boost circuits. Placing the boost in series lets you create traditional stacked drive voices, complete with post-gain level to balance with the bypassed sound or kick up the volume for solos. The boost circuit can also be used in parallel with the main mode, enabling side-by-side blending for an unlimited range of unique drive textures.

Kill the Noise and Tighten Your Tone

With its integrated gate circuit, the OD-200 always keeps your signal clear and quiet when you're not playing. The default setting is a great starting point, providing gentle, transparent gating that works well for general playing styles. The decay and threshold controls can also be adjusted for super-fast gate performance when needed, perfect for bringing tightness to heavy modern styles that combine full-throttle gain with precision staccato riffing.

Dial in Sounds Fast

The OD-200 offers a ton of advanced capabilities, but remains as simple to use as any regular distortion stomp. With dedicated controls, you can quickly dial in the gain and overall level for any selected mode, then sculpt the tone with wide-ranging low, mid, and high EQ. There's also a multi-function parameter knob, which changes operation based on the group selected with the panel's parameter switch and LED status indicators.

Save and Recall Your Favourite Setups

The OD-200 features 127 user memories plus a real-time panel setting, giving you 128 total setups to choose from. Any range of consecutive memories and the panel setting can be assigned for scrolling access from a footswitch. It's also possible to limit the scrolling range or assign memories directly for even faster recall.

Cat: 962409 Rel: 08 Aug 23

Polyphonic octave generator effects pedal.
Notes: Music's best octave pedal in a powerhouse pico package!

EHX's smallest and most powerful compact Polyphonic Octave Generator yet. The Pico POG takes the streamlined simplicity of the Micro and Nano POGs and fits it all into an ultra-compact chassis and adds a powerful tone control. The tightest octave effect now fits on the tightest of pedalboards.

The EHX Pico POG features a lighting fast feel that will track every note and chord you play with precision. Dial in Sub Octave to add stumble rumble or monstrous thunder. Add Octave Up for ethereal air or max it out to shred into another galaxy. Perfectly blend 3-voice tones for fat synthy madness. The 3 mode Tone control lets you tailor your sound to fit into any pocket no matter how massive or small.

Controls on the Pico POG include dedicated volumes knobs for the SUB OCTAVE, OCTAVE UP, and DRY voices. These three controls act as a mixer for infinite possible voice mixes. The TONE knob features three modes controlled by the FILTER button. In Tone Mode, the knob acts as a tilt-EQ with a flat frequency response in the center, more treble and less bass as you turn the knob clockwise, and less treble and more bass as you turn the knob counterclockwise. In this mode, the EQ is applied to all 3 voices. In Low Pass Filter mode, the knob cuts highs in the Sub and Octave Up voices, while High Pass Filter mode cuts lows in the Sub and Octave Up Voices.

Maneco Labs Cuatro A-De Digital Delay & Reverb Effects Pedal Maneco Labs Cuatro A-De Digital Delay & Reverb Effects Pedal
Cat: 971085 Rel: 09 Jan 24

Digital effects pedal including reverse delay - pitch shifter - delay and modulated reverb.
Notes: This is a digital effects pedal in a compact format, including reverse delay - pitch shifter - delay and modulated reverb.

Effects engine is 12 bit and includes analogue filtering before and after digital conversion, based on vintage eighties units' topologies, but it allows for all the effects to be simultaneously available.

Despite its complexity, operation is simple and intuitive, all functions are directly controlled by the corresponding knob.

Pots controls:

1-Blend controls mix of effects over final output signal
2-Octave blend mix a pitched signal to the input of the reverb
3-Octave -1 +1 controls tuning of pitch component
4-Repeat controls feedback of delay component 5-Balance controls mixture from reverb and
delay.
6-Sample rate controls the frequency operation for the whole pedal, modifying delay time
and reverb decay.
7-Reverse blends the reverse component with the direct signal.

Indicators:

Signal: indicates clipping, the input path has compression and limiting so it gives an idea of how hard you are driving the pedal.

Tap: blinks at the rate of the delay, depending on tap and sample rate.

Tap/freeze: turns red while tapping time, blue indicates reverb freeze.

Bypass: global effect on/off

Footswitches:

1-Tap/ freeze works as a tap tempo for the delay and reverse delay, and freeze/infinite for reverb, selected by the associated toggle switch. Max delay time is around 6 seconds, depending on sample rate setting.

2-Bypass: buffered bypass for the whole pedal.

Power consumption: 150 milliamps.

Old Blood Noise Endeavors Beam Splitter Automatic Triple Tracker Distortion Effects Pedal Old Blood Noise Endeavors Beam Splitter Automatic Triple Tracker Distortion Effects Pedal Old Blood Noise Endeavors Beam Splitter Automatic Triple Tracker Distortion Effects Pedal Old Blood Noise Endeavors Beam Splitter Automatic Triple Tracker Distortion Effects Pedal
Cat: 975419 Rel: 31 Oct 23

Triple tracking overdrive/distortion effects pedal
Notes: The Beam Splitter is a single pedal meant to create a massive sound. It is three different takes on overdrive, voiced to work together perfectly. Two of them can be delayed in time, and all three can be run in parallel or split out to three separate sources.

Beam Splitter takes a mono input and makes it wildly bigger than before. Things stretch in time and compress in dynamics, and a rich harmonic wash is achieved without sacrificing clarity.

To be washed in sound, does it have to be one big sound, or will a number of small sounds do the trick? To create a wall of sound, same question, but also how does it stay solid? How can sound waves make a wall, and is it just a moment in time; will it always crash down?

Why record your guitar thrice when Beam Splitter exists?

Beam Splitter is best seen in three sections - Purple, Green and Blue.

Purple is a hard-clipping distortion that can be seen as the core gain sound of Beam Splitter.

Of Beam Splitter's three gain sections, it is arguably the heaviest and most compressed. It has three controls, identified by their purple knobs and labels - Gain, Volume and Tone.

Green is an overdrive with both soft and hard clipping. It is the lightest and brightest of the three gain sections in Beam Splitter. Also featuring Gain, Volume controls the green gain circuit features a Time knob, which sets the delay time, up to 125 sections. When blended in parallel with the other drives, this delay time can create anything from tight comb filters to loose doubling delays to short slapback.

Additionally, there is a Decay knob, which sets the feedback of the delay, from one repeat up to many repeats trailing off. In comb filter settings this can increase resonance.

Blue is a transistor Overdrive and the most neutral and reactive of the three gain circuits, with a gain range somewhere in the middle. Its Gain switch sets the amount of breakup. In the down setting, it is less overdriven, with less compression in the mids and highs. In the up setting, it is more overdriven and aggressive. It also boasts Time and Decay controls, on top of the Tone and Volume knobs and gain switch.

The pedal's Deviate control is a shared knob that sets the amount of random variation in the delay time of the Blue and Green drive sections. The more it is turned up, the farther their delay times can deviate, and the faster those deviations happen. When at zero, the delay times are fixed, above zero, each Time knob sets that sections delay time.

Deviate intends to create a more realistic sense of doubled players, with random variations in timing as if you were playing to the track twice. It can also give the impression of flanging, chorusing or broken vibrato, depending on the settings.

The Expression jack is used to externally control the Deviate knob using a TRS expression devices with standard polarity and tip connected to the wiper.

Beam Splitter has a mono input. From there the signal goes out to Purple, Green and Blue drive sections in parallel. If only plugged into the Purple Out Jack, all three sections will join in parallel mono at that Output. Green and Blue can each be broken off into their own output by plugging into the corresponding Out jacks.

In this way you can have a full 'stereo' setup.

Hungry Robot The Wash V2 Tap Tempo Delay With Wash Reverb Pedal Hungry Robot The Wash V2 Tap Tempo Delay With Wash Reverb Pedal Hungry Robot The Wash V2 Tap Tempo Delay With Wash Reverb Pedal
Cat: 780920 Rel: 03 Sep 20

Delay/reverb pedal
Notes: The Wash is a dream come true for ambient player and ushers in a new chapter in the world of delays. It accomplishes the arduous task of creating an organic, below-the-mix wash. Normally this requires stacking 3-4 reverb and delay pedals at the end of your chain. The unique "Wash Circuit" creates the perfect wash with only one pedal.

For the new version (V2), Hungry Robots worked hard to squeeze the circuit into a smaller enclosure while keeping the build quality and tone quality identical. The circuit that hundreds of users have fell in love with is unchanged. The new versions are 2 inches smaller left and right. In addition to the smaller enclosure, the new option for top mounted jacks can save you a lot of board space.

At its most basic utility, The Wash is an outstanding analog-voiced, tap-tempo delay with just over 1000ms of delay time.

The Wash circuit is what makes the pedal stand out from other delays on the market. The Wash circuit adds reverb to the signal and through a complicated network of internal feedback loops, subtle multi-head Binson effect, and what is known as "ripple effect," It works to add a hauntingly beautiful wash to your signal in ways that can't be accomplished by stacking a reverb and a delay in series. It does all of this while keeping the clarity and presence of your original signal without getting lost in the soup of decay.

The Wash reacts to your playing unlike the common DSP reverb/delays with an infinate sustain function. There is a dynamic quality to it that is hard to replicate with any other single pedal.

The "Ripple" knob controls The Ripple Effect. The Ripple Effect is a feature in which each successive delay trail slowly scatters and transforms into reverb. The "Resonance" knob is to fine-tune the resonance and decay of the wash. The Middle "The Wash" knob controls the mix/level of the wash.

Digital reverb pedal
Notes: The Borderland is an advanced digital reverb with a versatile tap tempo LFO/modulation section. At its core, is a reverb algorithm designed specifically with an ambient player in mind. It has an adjustable low-pass filter to alter the character of the reverb, ranging from small room reverb to a cavernous, dark hall reverb.

There are 8 LFO waveforms to choose from and 4 unique modulation modes (tremolo, chorus, triple octave tremolo, and octave slide). Set the LFO rate manually by using the "Velocity" knob or using the tap tempo option (right footswitch).

The left footswitch sends the pedal into near infinite sustain with the trails teetering on the edge of self-oscillation. The "Effect" and "Clean" knobs allow you to independently dial in the perfect ratio of wet and dry signals. Adjusting the "Ambiance" and "Brilliance" knobs sets the length of decay and the cutoff frequency of the onboard low pass filter.

The Borderland is the perfect pedal for creating lush, modulating, ambient textures.

Modulation Modes

The four modulation modes can be accessed through different toggle switch combinations.

Tremolo
Left Toggle - dB / Right Toggle - OFF

LFO affects the volume of the reverb signal, creating a tremolo effect

Chorus

Left Toggle - HZ / Right Toggle - OFF

LFO affects the pitch of the reverb signal, creating a chorus effect

Triple Octave Tremolo

Left Toggle - dB / Right Toggle ON

Three Octaves of Reverb, LFO affects volume of reverb, creating a vintage organ effect

Octave Slide

Left Toggle - HZ / Right Toggle ON

LFO crossfades between original pitch and octave up, creating an octave slide effect

Knobs

"Clean" - Sets the volume of the original dry signal
"Ambiance"-Sets the overall decay of the reverb trails

"Brilliance" - Sets the cutoff frequency of the low pass filter

"Effect" - Sets the volume of the wet reverb signal

"Velocity" - Manually sets the LFO rate

"Modulation" - Sets the depth of the modulation

"Waveform" - Sets the waveform type. The 8 waveforms are listed on the back of the pedal.

Footswitches

Left - Sends the pedal into near infinite sustain

Middle - Master On/Off

Right - Tap Tempo

Other
"Secret Mode" - There is a secret mode that can be selected internally by way of a dipswitch. This mode replaces the reverb code with delay code. The LFO section applies the same 4 modulation types to the delay section. The "Ambiance" knob is now delay feedback and the "Brilliance" knob is now delay time.

"Clock Input" - The clock input can received traditional tap tempo or 5V modular clock signals (gates/triggers).

Switching: True-Bypass

Hungry Robot The Karman Line Joystick Delay & Oscillation Device Pedal
Cat: 780928 Rel: 03 Sep 20

Delay & oscillation device pedal
Notes: The Karman Line is a modulating joystick delay and oscillation device that features a heavily filtered, lo-fi delay line with vinyl inspired pitch modulation.

The repeats on The Karman Line are dark and overdriven. The not-so-subtle grittiness provides the perfect tone for creating a deeply textured, lo-fi wall-of-sound. The Karman Line was designed for glitchy experimentalists, but can find its place in many musical settings.

The Karman Line features vinyl-esque pitch modulation centered on an all analog, light-based LFO. The modulation mimics the sound of slowing down a record player with your finger. The modulation can go from subtle to extreme, borderline obnoxious (in a good way) pitch bending.

The most intriguing aspect of The Karman Line is the implementation of a joystick. The Karman Line employs a delay chip that creates an audible warp as you manipulate the delay time, controlled by the Y-Axis of the joystick. The X-Axis controls the rate of modulation.

The "Swell" footswitch (center) and "Launch" footswitch (right) provide two methods for bringing the circuit into ramping oscillation. Both footswitches work by overloading the circuit with out-of-control repeats (a.k.a. oscillation).

The "Swell" footswitch is a momentary switch that allows you to create a ramping volume swell at any time. It lets the repeats crash into each other, getting louder and louder with each repeat. When you let go, the repeats return to their normal setting.

The "Launch" footswitch is a latching switch that creates a below the mix oscillation that can be manipulated with the joystick for outer space noises. The joystick also acts as a pitch selector. With the "Launch" switch activated, the O.Mix knob overrides the Mix knob to allow you to dampen the volume of the oscillation.

Max delay time is just under 500ms in "GUITAR MODE" and 1000ms in "BASS MODE." Mode is controlled by an internal dipswitch.

Vibrarto pedal
Notes: Aqueduct is a vintage-inspired pitch vibrato with eight modulation modes delivering synth-like sonar pulses, touch-sensitive frequency modulation, gentle rolling pitch-wobbles, steady kosmische pulsations, rapid trills, slimy sonic squiggles, whammy bar wiggles, pitch bends, pseudo-flange, and anything else your pitch-warped brain can picture in your murky mind's eye.

Controls
The controls are simple. Rate (1) adjusts the LFO speed which controls how quickly the pitch rises and falls. Depth (2) controls the LFO amplitude, adjusting the intensity of the vibrato effect. The rotary switch labeled Mode (3) selects between one of eight LFO waveshape and envelope combinations which drastically alter the character of the modulation and make Aqueduct adaptable to nearly any musical situation.

Modes
Sine: The smoothest and most subtle of all waveforms, sine waves are most commonly associated with classic amp-like vibrato. Plug in, turn on, and commence the Chooglin'.

Triangle: Triangle waves have a sharper rise and fall than sine waves with a more pronounced pitch bend at the peak of each LFO cycle.

Ramp: Like a triangle wave with a twist. The Ramp waveform has a sharp sonar pulse followed by a rapid downward slope with a synthesizer-like sustain and release. This is where things start to get a little weird.

Square: Square waves are the most rigid and abrupt of the waveforms. Rather than gliding smoothly between pitches, square waves produce an instant on-or-off transition between notes. Use this mode for trills when you get tired of doing hammer-ons and pull-offs.

Random: This waveform isn't a waveform at all as much as it's a drunken master of modulation who slurs your notes into an unpredictable assortment of greasy pitch-bends before disappearing at last call and leaving you stuck with the tab. It has a "warped record" effect at low Depth settings and becomes sloppier and more randomized as you increase the Depth control.

Env D: This is Envelope-Controlled Depth mode. The waveshape is set to a sine wave, the speed of which may be adjusted using the Rate control. The Depth control sets the sensitivity of the envelope - the point at which the effect kicks in as you play. In this mode, your pick attack sets the intensity of the modulation. The harder you dig in, the more pronounced the effect. Try it during your next motorik jam.

Env R: This is Envelope-Controlled Rate mode. In this mode, the input level (i.e. pick attack) controls the LFO rate. The LFO uses a sine waveshape. Play harder for faster modulation or lay low for slower modulation speeds. The Rate control adjusts the sensitivity of the envelope. Depth selects the LFO intensity.

Env P: This is Envelope-Controlled Pitch mode, which has been lovingly nicknamed "The My Bloody Valentine setting". If your instrument doesn't have a tremolo bar, it does now. In this mode, the LFO is set to a sine waveshape, and frequency modulation is controlled by the dynamics of your pick attack and not the LFO. Do yourself a favor and try this one with Flexi-Switching™.
Depth sets the wet/dry mix. This is the only mode that contains a wet/dry mix and may be set to taste to create touch-sensitive dynamic vibrato, chorus, flanger, or tactile pitch drops. Full counterclockwise is all dry, full clockwise is all wet. With this control set to noon you will get a 50/50 mix with a small amount of phase cancellation.
Rate sets the sensitivity and overall range of the pitch bend.

Modulated monophonic harmonizing PLL pedal.
Notes: The Data Corrupter is a monophonic analog harmonizing PLL with modulation. It takes your input signal and brutally amplifies it into a crushing square wave fuzz tone that is then multiplied, divided and modulated to create a wild, yet repeatable, three-voice guitar synthesizer.

The Master Oscillator is the central nervous system at the heart of the Data Corrupter's cyberpunk hive mind. It feeds your input to the signal harvester in its original octave (Unison), one octave down (-1) or two octaves down (-2) for maximum compatibility with your preferred instrument and frequency register. Once you've chosen your input octave, then the Data Corrupter will perform its calculations and spit out an analog synthesized frequency, which can be pitch-bent for portamento or vibrato sounds by the Frequency Modulator! From there, you can blend in one of eight Subharmonic intervals up to three octaves below the input and mix in a square wave fuzz tone for maximum data corruption.

The Master Oscillator (1) is the central nervous system at the heart of the Data Corrupter's cyberpunk hive mind. The three-position switch on the Master Oscillator control panel labeled Root (2) feeds your input to the signal harvester in its original octave (Unison), one octave down (-1) or two octaves down (-2). Use the Master Oscillator's Root Switch to fine tune the Data Corrupter's tracking response for maximum compatibility with your preferred instrument and frequency register. Once you've chosen your input octave, the Data Corrupter will perform its calculations and spit out a synthesized frequency, the octave and/or interval of which may be selected via the Master Oscillator's eight-position rotary switch.

The Voice Mixer's Oscillator Control (3) adjusts the Master Oscillator blend.

The Frequency Modulator (4) applies pitch-bend modulation to the Master Oscillator. In Glide mode, you'll hear a smooth portamento as each note slides into the next. In Vibrato mode the pitch modulates up and down for a retro sci-fi laser effect.

The Subharmonic (5) assimilates the input signal into one of eight lower octave programs between one and three octaves below the original. For a more stable lower octave, set the Subharmonic's Root Switch to the Unison position, which divides the Square Wave input signal, and removes the Frequency Modulator from the Subharmonic signal path.

To unleash the cracked machine lurking within the mainframe, set the Subharmonic Root Switch to Oscillator and try not to look away as the sonic malware you just installed mangles your input signal into the sum and difference of both the Master Oscillator and Subharmonic with the Frequency Modulator applied to the upper and lower octaves.

If you think you're brave enough, set the Subharmonic Root Switch to Oscillator and try experimenting with different Master Oscillator and Subharmonic programs to wind up the doomsday clock and inch ever closer to the Singularity. Adjust the Voice Mixer's Subharmonic Control to set the lower octave volume.

Finally, (or is it?) the Square (6) control located top-left on the Voice Mixer blends in a fuzzed-out square-wave take of your input in its original octave.

The heart of this pedal is based around a CMOS Phase Locked Loop (PLL) IC. In a nutshell, the PLL takes your input signal and compares its phase and frequency against an oscillator, generates an output proportional to their difference then feeds it back to the oscillator. This then causes the oscillator to lock onto the input signal and generate a synthesized frequency. Pretty cool, right? This synthesized frequency is referred to as the Master Oscillator on the Data Corrupter.

This device takes its inspiration from the Electrax Synthax and the "Basic Frequency Synthesizer" by Ray Marston. Neither of these were really intended to be guitar effect pedals and a lot of work went into creating the Data Corrupter to provide excellent tracking and long sustain. We think you'll find it more expressive and accurate than pretty much any other PLL based effect pedal around.

EarthQuaker Devices Disaster Transport Delay Modulation Machine Effects Pedal EarthQuaker Devices Disaster Transport Delay Modulation Machine Effects Pedal EarthQuaker Devices Disaster Transport Delay Modulation Machine Effects Pedal
Cat: 781635 Rel: 28 Jul 20

Dual delay with reverb & modulation effects pedal
Notes: Disaster Transport™
Legacy Reissue
The Original Delay Modulation Machine
Limited to 3,500 units worldwide. Behold! The newest incarnation of one of our most beloved pedals ever, the Disaster Transport. For those of you well versed in the pedal's celebrated history, you might notice some differences on this beautifully sparkly box. A new Mod Mode switch allows you to bend or stretch the modulation wave. The new Mod Speed switch offers three rates of modulation, from bizarrely animated gradual climbs and steep drop offs to rapid chorus and intense vibrato.

The delay line has been redesigned to reduce the noise floor and improve the quality of the delay. Plus, it's now filtered to sound more like an analog delay than any of the previous versions. With knobs to control the Speed, Intensity, Mix, Repeats, and Time; this analog-voiced digital delay sits perfectly in the background with an evolved ambiance, but can also be dialed in for the dramatic effect of your choosing.

We initially set out to recreate the original Disaster Transport pedal in its earliest form, but the OG of EQD, Jamie Stillman, couldn't resist tinkering and improving the whole thing, so you just got upgraded, my friend. In doing so, we redesigned the delay line to reduce the noise floor and improve the quality of the delay. We boosted the output with a cleaner mixing section; it's now filtered to sound more like an analog delay than any of the previous versions.

We've added a Mod Mode switch that allows you to choose between bending and stretching the modulation wave. The Bend setting offers a subtler vibe closer to a traditional chorus sound, while the new Stretch option gives you loads of pitch-stretching modulation to run wild with.

The other difference you probably spotted with your eagle eye is the Mod Speed three-position toggle switch. The Slow setting is excruciatingly slow and can produce bizarrely animated gradual climbs and steep drop offs. The Fast setting can go from a rapid chorus to an intense vibrato, while the Medium setting is the most traditional rate similar to the classic Memory Man circuit with a nice range to it.

The newly designed enclosure features knobs to control the Speed, Intensity, Mix, Repeats, and Time, with Modulate and Activate switches, making this a highly customizable pedal to get the delay sound of your dreams. Thanks to the ramp modulation circuitry, you can turn the delay time down and start to use feedback and modulation at a higher setting to harness a bizarre modulator and achieve subtle to wild chorus-type effects. Or set your delay time how you want to set it and use your modulation rates to set your tempo, so you can strum or pluck to the climbs and drop offs to match your riffs. The possibilities are endless.

Controls

1. Speed: Controls the speed of the modulation. The Speed operates in three ranges (Slow/Fast/Medium) selected by the Mod Speed toggle switch. The Disaster Transport uses a Ramp wave for the modulation. You'll find this to be much more intense than most modulated delays. Think of it as a traditional Triangle wave that falls off a cliff in mid-cycle, creating a drastic pitch bend in its wake. Or don't and just think about whatever you want.

2. Intensity: Controls how much the LFO modulates the delay time. More subtle chorus type effects are achieved with less intensity and more intensity will yield wild pitch stretching and bending. The overall modulation style can be made more or less subtle by using the Mod Mode toggle switch to select Bend or Stretch.

3. Mix: Sets the volume level for the delay signal. Hear more of what you just played 30-600ms ago by turning this up.

4. Repeats: Controls the intensity of delay feedback from no repeats at zero to self-oscillation at max. Let the past pile up on you until it implodes.

5. Time: Sets the delay time from around 30ms at zero to 600ms* at max. Everyone needs more time; all we can offer you is about 600ms worth.

6. Mod Speed: Three position toggle switch that sets the range in which the Speed operates.

7. Mod Mode: Two position toggle switch to choose the modulation style. Bend is more of a traditional chorus type modulation and Stretch is a wilder pitch stretching modulation.

8. Modulate: This foot-operated switch features Flexi-Switchr Technology and turns the modulation on and off.

9. Activate: This foot-operated switch features Flexi-Switchr Technology and turns the effect on and off.

*The delay time for the Disaster Transport Legacy Reissue can vary based on different settings and individual units.

The actual delay time is influenced by several factors, with one of the most significant being the Modulation setting. If the Modulation is active, the delay time will automatically be shorter due to the parameters that determine the delay. The specified approximate delay time of 600 ms is based on the Modulation being set to off.

Other factors affecting the delay time include the Intensity setting and the IC (Integrated Circuit) itself that controls it. The pt2399 is an older and unique IC, which can have variable tolerances. As a result, some units may produce longer delay times compared to others.

Power
This device takes a standard 9 volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel. We always recommend pedal-specific, transformer-isolated wall-wart power supplies or multiple isolated-output supplies. Pedals will make extra noise if there is ripple or unclean power. Switching-type power supplies, daisy chains and non-pedal specific power supplies do not filter dirty power as well and let through unwanted noise. DO NOT RUN AT HIGHER VOLTAGES!

A vintage voiced reverb effects pedal.
Notes: You hear that EVP? It's the all new, extra spook-tacular, Ghost Echo calling out from beyond the void! The Ghost Echo is Earth Quaker's spooky take on the haunted amp-top spring reverberation units of yesteryear. This creepy analog/digital spring reverb emulation machine boasts a terrifying 30ms - 150ms of pre-delay, controllable via the Attack knob, for everything from a quick rockabilly slapback to viscous pools of ectoplasmic reverberations. When playing staccato, you'll hear the tortured trails of the reverb, resulting in more of a slapback or echo sound. Legato playing will reveal a massive ambient "depth" that fattens up the sound - and look out, it's right behind you!

Phew, that was close. The Dwell control sets the length and thickness of the decay, which is to say that it controls how long the disembodied spirits of notes no longer with us float through the ether. At the maximum setting it will descend into an infinite loop of self-oscillation. The Depth sets the intensity of the reverb, which you probably know as the wet/dry mix.

Controls:
1. Attack: Adjusts the length of the pre-delay, from 30ms at minimum to about 150ms at maximum. When the Dwell is set to self-oscillate, this will change the pitch of the oscillations.

2. Dwell: Adjusts the length of the decay. This will start to self oscillate around 3 O'clock, the pitch of the oscillations can be changed by turning the Attack control.

3. Depth: Mixes in the wet signal with the dry, unity is around noon and everything after is boosted.

Tech Specs:

Polyphonic organ emulator pedal
Notes: The Organizer is a polyphonic organ emulator designed to mimic the organ tones of yesteryear crossed with the highly unique "Guitorgan". It has a warm and very analog feel with a hint of Leslie warble that is unlike other modern octave shifters. It is simple to dial in and tracks chords as well as single notes perfectly all over the neck on both guitar and bass. Not only can the Organizer be used on strings, it has been widely used on everything from vocals and synths to horns and drums. If it makes sound, the Organizer can handle it! The Organizer uses a mix of analog and DSP circuitry with true bypass switching and an all analog dry signal path.

Controls:
1. Up: Level control for the octave up.

2. Down: Level control for the octave down.

3. Choir: This control takes a mix of the octave Up and octave Down setting and regenerates it. The end result is an additional 2 octaves up, 2 octaves down and direct signal with a slight delay that adds a "church organ" like feel. This control only works if the octave Up and octave Down are in use.

4. Lag: Delay control for the wet signal. Full counterclockwise is minimal delay. Delay time increases as it rotates clockwise.

5. Tone: Rolls off the high end as you dial it counterclockwise.

6. Direct: Level control for the analog dry signal.

Overdrive pedal
Notes: After loads of requests, for an overdrive based on the legendary TS808, Earth Quaker Devices finally buckled. Tests were ran with every popular clone on the market as well as several vintage originals, compared, contrasted and took loads of notes. It was exhausting but informative. In the end, Earth Quaker Devices used their ears and came up with the most versatile relative of the 808 available today.

With 6 different clipping voices, 5 bandwidth settings and 2 gain channels, you will be hard-pressed to not find a setting that will wipe every mid-boosting overdrive off your board. The Palisades is a versatile dude that will give you years of loving companionship.

Controls:
1. Boost: Sets the level of the output boost.

2. Gain A: Sets the gain for the Channel A (lower gain)

3. Volume: Sets the output level.

4. Gain B: Sets the gain for Channel B (higher gain)

5. Tone: Brighter clockwise, warmer counterclockwise.

Rotary Switches

6. Voice: This sets the nature of the Palisades distortion by changing the clipping diodes.

No diodes: The most open and least distorted.

LED clipping: Light clipping with a lot of volume.

Mosfet clipping: Light gain OD with great harmonics.

Asymmetrical Silicon clipping: Tighter light gain OD closest to stock 808.

Symmetrical silicon clipping: Tighter distorted tone.

Schottky Diode clipping: Looser fuzzy tone.

7. Bandwidth: This sets the overall tone and gain structure of the Palisades. 1 is the thinnest setting with the least amount of gain and 5 is the fattest setting with the heaviest gain. Everything else is in between. This control has a major effect on all the settings of the Palisades, especially the Gain and Voice controls.

Toggle Switches

8. Normal/Bright: Normal is a warm full tone. Bright is livelier tone with more chime.

9. Buffer: Turns the input buffer on or off. ON is a tighter and brighter tone while OFF is a warmer tone with more sag. The buffer is part of the drive circuit & is only available when the Palisades is activated.

Foot Switches

10. Boost: Activates the output level boost, Features Flexi-Switching.

11. Gain B: Activates Gain Channel B, Features Flexi-Switching.

12. Activate: True bypass switch

Pitch mesmerizer pedal
Notes: Welcome to the Rainbow Machine, in all its synthetic glory! This one is for experimenters, adventurists, and noisemakers. Totally not for purists and/or tone hounds. There are no natural sounds that come from this box. It takes modern DSP and uses it as a tool of future past to create real-time pitch shifting using digital oscillators.

Controls:
The Rainbow Machine has been completely re-imagineered from the pixie dust-covered ground up to be more versatile, twice as loud as the original, with an extended delay time, deeper chorus tones, silent flexiswitch footswitches on both the Activate (1) and Magic (2) functions, and most of all, more Magic.

The Rainbow Machine is built around a DSP pitch warping engine that's designed to be slightly imperfect; colored with digital remnants of the cosmic dust we've picked up across the multiverse. That is to say it's a cold digital beast made to pretend it has feelings.

The Pitch (3) control adjusts the frequency of the polyphonic pitch-warped harmony from a fourth below your input, to a third above, and every atonal pitch in-between. Noon is the unison position. Pitch may also be controlled via expression pedal. Use the Primary (4) function control to adjust the volume of the polyphonic harmony.

[Pro Tip: With the Pitch control set to noon, the Rainbow Machine acts as a chorus. Use the Primary control to adjust the wet signal volume and select the delay time with the Tracking control. The tracking improves as this control is increased, so turn it up for tighter tracking with a shorter delay time or turn it down for longer delays and more ambience.]

The Tracking (5) control adjusts the lag time between the wet and dry signals. Tone (6) rolls off some treble for a darker, vintage sound. Clockwise Tone settings are bright, counterclockwise is dark.

The Secondary (7) control adds an octave of the Primary harmony. When the Pitch control is above noon, Secondary adds an octave above the harmony. When the Pitch control is below noon, the Secondary control will add one octave below the harmony. With the Pitch set to noon, the Secondary control adds an additional chorus voice for modulated, triple-tracked tones. Use this control to blend in faux-shimmer sounds or a low-frequency rumble. It's up to you. From there, it's only a matter of how weird you wanna get.

And you can choose how weird you get with the Magic (8) control. This is a regeneration control that creates aliasing (among other things) by feeding the Primary and Secondary signals back on themselves and each other, and a bunch of other stuff no one understands.

With the Magic engaged and the control set low, you can squeeze a few extra repeats out of whatever setting you happen to be using. As you increase the Magic control, you'll start noticing increased ambience, resonant, edge-of-oscillation pitch-shifting delays, chorus, metallic digi-flanging, ascending (or descending) pixie trails, controllable self-oscillation, squalls of synthetic noise, whale song, and finally, distortion. It'll take you way beyond and open up your third eye, trust us. In conjunction with the Tracking control, the Magic creates wild pitch take offs and descends, chaos chorusing, shrieks, groans, gurgles, wizard-blessed wizardry, signal transformation, imminent destruction, and other general mayhem.

Maybe you only wanna get weird for a second? Okay, with the Rainbow Machine engaged, hold down the Magic footswitch, get weird, and then let go to return to your boring, old Magic-less guitar tone. Or, press the switch like normal, and the Magic remains engaged until you press the switch again. Ditto for the Activate switch. Press and hold to use the Rainbow Machine as a momentary effect, then let go to bypass; or feel free to press the switch like normal and use the Rainbow Machine like you would any other effects pedal.

This device takes a standard 9 volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel. Pedal-specific, transformer-isolated wall-wart power supplies, or multiple isolated-output supplies, are always recommended. Pedals will make extra noise if there is ripple or unclean power. Pedalbord reconciiler pedal
Notes: Swiss Things combines two true-bypass Flexi-Switchr enabled effects loops, a Flexi-Switchr AB-Y box with transformer isolation between outputs, a buffered tuner output, 20dB of clean boost with adjustable gain, an expression pedal output for volume control and a quiet, high headroom output buffer into a compact pedalboard-friendly signal routing junction box that lives at the top-right corner of your pedalboard and really ties your rig together without any signal loss.

This is what you can do with it:

Use as many pedals as you'd like without tone-suck

Quickly and easily bypass or engage all of your effects with one click

Use Flexi-Switchr Technology with every pedal in your setup

Eliminate volume pedal tone-suck by using any expression pedal to control volume

Use multiple amps without phase issues, ground loops, or extra noise

Tidy up your rig, shorten cable runs, and reduce tone loss by keeping all inputs and outputs in one location

Controls:

Here's what the footswitches do:
1. Loop 1: Press this to engage Loop 1. It features Flexi-Switchr Technology and is unbuffered for use with all distortion, overdrive, and fuzz pedals, or anything else that doesn't like being buffered.

2. Loop 2: Press this to engage Loop 2. It also features Flexi-Switchr Technology and is buffered for use with time-based effects (delay, reverb, modulation, etc.).

Note: when nothing is plugged into Loop 2, it functions as a mute.

3. Boost: press this to activate the boost. It is Flexi-Switchr Technology enabled and provides up to 20dB of clean boost post-effects loops and is intended for use as an output booster.

4. A/B: selects between Output A and Output B.

Note: Output B is transformer-isolated and includes a Phase switch for use with pedals and/or amplifiers which invert phase.

5. Both: activates Output A and Output B at the same time and features Flexi-Switchr Technology

Here's what the input, output, send, return, and expression jacks are for:
6. Input: plug your instrument in here.

Note: If you have any "always-on" pedals (compressors, preamps, EQs, etc.) place them before Swiss Things' input.

7. Loop 1 Send: Plug this into the input of the first pedal in the octave/overdrive/distortion/fuzz section of your board.

8. Loop 1 Return: Plug the output of the last pedal of the octave/overdrive/distortion/fuzz section into this jack.

9. Loop 2 Send: Plug this into the input of the first pedal in the modulation section of your board.

10. Loop 2 Return: Plug the output of the last pedal of your modulation section into this jack.

11. Tuner Output: Connect this to the input of your tuner.

Note: Tuner must be always turned on. If you bypass your tuner, you may experience ground loops or hum.

12. Volume EXP: Connect any expression pedal to this output to control volume.

Note: Most volume pedals create "tone-suck" by loading the signal down and have limited travel. This solves that problem with a buffered output and allows you to use any expression pedal with the same results. The expression jack is placed after the "dirt" effects loop (Loop 1) which allows you to change volume levels without affecting gain.

13. Output A: connect this to the input of your amplifier.

14. Output B: connect this to the input of a separate amplifier to use multiple amps and/or to play in stereo.

Note: To use Swiss Things with stereo effects, they should be placed after Outputs A & B and both outputs must be selected using the Both switch.

Note: Output B is transformer-isolated and includes a Phase switch for use with pedals and/or amplifiers which invert phase.

Note: To use stereo effects after Swiss Things, do not have the Phase switch engaged otherwise the L & R inputs of your stereo effects will be out of phase.

Tech Specs:
Flexi-Switchr Technology
This device features Flexi-Switchr Technology! This relay-based, true bypass switching style allows you to simultaneously use momentary and latching style switching.

For standard latching operation, tap the footswitch once to activate the effect and then tap again to bypass.

For momentary operation, hold the footswitch down for as long as you'd like to use the effect. Once you release the switch the effect will be bypassed.

Since the switching is relay based, it requires power to pass signal.

Keeley Dark Side Modern Fuzz Pedal With Rotary, Vibrato & Delay
Cat: 782380 Rel: 04 Aug 20

Fuzz pedal
Notes: We should all be so lucky as to be identified by the sound of a single note. Some players are so well defined that their entire musical journey can be heard in a single note they play. Tone is in the fingers. Tone is in the mind. Effects can be a great way of expressing emotions or creating textures. The Dark Side is about creating sounds and adding new tones to your symphony. It's the things you can't create with your fingers or mind. It's metasymphonic. The Dark Side provides all the textures that define an essence, in one pedal.

The individual pieces that make up the Dark Side workstation are Fuzz, Delay and Modulation. The Fuzz side of the Dark Side is a big fuzz style distortion based on a 1977 op-amp style, which was also used for Keeley's Psi Fuzz. This one is completely and radically different. Many changes have been made to extract the nuances of earlier transistor based fuzzes. This pedal lets your guitar sing with sustain, yet retains the essence of you guitar whether single coil or humbucker based.

The next core element in the Dark Side pedal is the Delay and Modulation side. You can select between a multi-head tape delay effect or between a combination of 4 different modulation sounds. The Dark Side delay has 12 different syncopated delays. They are rhythmic and have the tonal quality of the old spinning drum tape delays. The Dark Side has many subtle filters to get the tape delay setting to have the feel and warmth of the original machines, yet gives you range of control to have modern features like expression pedal control for the number of repeats. You can use it for creating a feedback oscillation delay. Extremely subtle modulations in the delay make it very musical.

The next atom in this workstation is the modulation effect. There are four parts to this effect. Flanger, Rotary Speaker Cabinet, U-Vibe, and Phaser. You can blend between the "Electric Lady" Flanger and a Les-Rotary cabinet, creating new sounds. You can find that perfect blend between a vintage sounding opto-coupler based U-Vibe and the little orange phaser.

There is also an Expression Pedal port on the pedal. It is highly recommended to have an expression pedal handy. You can make many adjustments on the fly that just increase the fun and functionality of the pedal while you're creating music. It has to be a TRS style expression pedal- it is recommended to use something like the M-Audio or Moog expression pedals.

Keeley D&M Drive & Boost Pedal
Cat: 782395 Rel: 04 Aug 20

Drive & boost pedal
Notes: The D&M Drive is the perfect storm of Drive and Boost. The D&M offers a gorgeous sounding high-voltage Boost side which is designed to impart the perfect tone on any amp that needs to be pushed. No longer will you wonder what the perfect clean boost should be. As you roll things up, the drive morphs your tone into singing gold. A sexy and smoothly saturated midrange voice appears which breathes confidence. The Drive side offers everything you would want in a powerful gain stage. From flat honest overdrive that is perfect for any set of chords to searing hot lead work with tons of sustain. The Drive is the perfect counterpoint to the Boost. Not only does each side of the pedal provide rewarding guitar tones, they can be used to stack together for an out-of-this-world experience. The pro switching system developed for the D&M Drive allows you to select which side of the pedal comes first. What's more, you can configure the pedal to work in a pro switching system like the G2 for independent Boost/Drive use!

That Boost
Are you looking for something in between a clean boost, such as the high voltage Keeley Katana, and a germanium modded professional overdrive? If so, the D&M is the answer. To get things started, the D&M Drive delivers insane amounts of headroom. Then, a distinct midrange voice can be dialed in to give you the lead voicing you dream of. When dialed in, it can give you the punch and clarity of a horn yet be subtle and smooth in saturation in order to give you a warm overdrive filled with tons of sustain. Expect it to work well with any amp or rig.

That Drive
Multiple Gain Stages is where it's at. This drive delivers. From its lowest settings, where you feel like you've discovered the perfect pro sounding overdrive, to the roar of a high-end amp, the multiple gain stage Drive delivers a heavily saturated punch. And the headroom here is no slouch. Use it to find that delicate balance between drive and amp saturation for the core of your tone. Turn up the Drive to give yourself a dynamic and searing tube-like gain that excels in sustain. The D&M is designed for quick attack with plenty of high and low end. Rich harmonic gain and sustain with dynamics is what this side offers.

That Switching
Daniel Steinhardt from TheGigRig insisted that this was a versatile dual-gain box that wasn't limited in any way with its two simple stomp switches. You select the order! A simple toggle allows you to configure the pedal so that when both the Drive and Boost are on, you decide which is first. If you want to have a smooth and round tone to go into a richly driven amp-like gain stage - or if you want a highly driven tone with edge and harmonics to be then boosted with clarity and refinement, it's your choice. Not only that, but Daniel had the engineers incorporate his idea for TRS insert cables so that this pedal would easily integrate into a professional switching system like the G2. Now pedalboard designers can configure the D&M Drive to act as two independent pedals, switching between either side of the pedal as it were its own stand alone effect.

Keeley Loomer Wall Of Fuzz Drenched In Wash Of Reverbz Effects Pedal (black)
Cat: 782429 Rel: 18 Aug 20

Fuzz/reverb pedal
Notes: The Loomer is a Wall-Of-Fuzz drenched in a Wash-Of-Reverb.

Heavy Gain, Soft Focus, Reverse, Cascading Octave Feedback, Tremolo Bar Strummed Reverb.

A stoned, morning floaty, messed up, thrill machine is what it is. Washes of reverb in new ways you've not heard in a stomp box before and a fuzz that's like a cigarette burn on your forearm. It rages.

Jesus, Mary, and Reverbs
Can't live without these three and the new reverbs are born of a Shoegaze dream.

Hall
Super long ambient wash with the ability to add octave regeneration in the feedback loop. More than shimmer it's more like ascension shimmer.

Reverse
Set different delay times with the Decay control which gives you rhythmic reverse. This is based on the Yamaha SPX90 and the Alesis Midiverb II. This is not a true reversed reverb as it reads through a delay line at various points in the delay while increasing in volume. The Decay control is more of a switch in that it is chooshing between 8 different set "decay" times: 150ms, 200ms, 250ms, 300ms, 350ms, 400ms, 450ms, and 500ms allowing you to set all kinds of delay times in which the notes come back at you.

This is where it gets really cool. The vibrato in this mode is envelope controlled. The range runs from 0 to 50ms of time shift.Tone control is loosely based on the Jazzmaster rhythm tone control with a low pass filter centered at 156.6Hz Strum hard at it pitch bends like you are playing the trem bar on a Jazzmaster or Jaguar! Combine the two for an unreal dual-guitar player effect!

Soft Focus
Because all of the reverbs can go All-Wet by means of the Blend Control, this is a great approximation of the Yamaha FX500 patch. Soft Focus Reverb features a dense reverb with two delays in parallel (one set for 250ms, the other set for 380ms.)
