As Silent Servant slowly winds down his respected Jealous God imprint, we have been treated to some bold releases by the likes of Crimes Of The Future main man Black Merlin, Aufnahme + Wiedergabe's Phase Fatale and the legendary Oliver Ho as Broken English Club. Here, the Northern Electronics and Posh Isolation affiliated Jonas Ronnberg aka Varg appears now: unpredictable as ever but always delivering the goods in fine fashion. The A side's highlight is the pummelling full throttle industrial techno onslaught that is "Skrrt (Music Made To Listen To In A RS6)" that will truly throw you into a corner. On the flip, the absolutely roaring hypnotic techno epic entitled "Last Dance (I'll Hold You Till We Die)" features the most tripped out modular sounds this side of Mike Parker, plus its overall production is reminiscent of the seminal, trance inducing sounds of the Italian Zooloft imprint: but with the worthy addition of some harsh snares: pretty damn brilliant if we do say so ourselves!
