The Owl is back on his own young but impressive label after an outing on Burnski's Cardiology Records that got plenty of props. Here the artist is back to serving up chunky disco and house fusions that have had high profile support already on BBC 6Music. Chunky blues stomper 'In The Right Place' kicks off with long legged and super heavy drums, 'Fair' then takes it back with old school funk breaks and 'Be Funky' stretches its legs with little guitar riffs and muffled bass all designed to work the floor into a lather. 'It Ain't What You Got' then roads out with the most strident and pumping groove of them all.
