Skeme Richards is in a fine run of form and now backs up two previous killer cuts with another vital 45rpm outing on RBMBoots. As always, the edit master digs deep and builds on the foundations of this sound with his own new school perspective. This one opens up with some heady rum work and big trumpet leads that are steeped in psychedelic rock. The OG has been a b-boy classic since 2000s and has become a real weapon. Things get more cinematic and smooth on the reverse with Richards's edit of 'Johnny Chase.' It has jazzy keys and filmic grooves that race along and take you with them.
