There is nothing summery or even light about the new Berceuse Heroique by Pessimist. The texture of the records is grimy and dirty, the moods are oppressive and heavy, and the electronics are tense. Elements of jungle and techno both get tied up and spat out into cinematic pieces with sci-fi sensibilities but also a sense of ancient tribal ritualism. 'Empty Words' is a blistering warehouse ready cut, 'Nothing Positive' is all crash and crunch, and 'Dem Control' is an electric stepper with a fizzing bottom end. Last of all, 'We Did It' slows it down but stays just as depraved.
If you decide an product is not suitable within 14 days of delivery, you can return it to us for a replacement or refund. Returns must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
