Felipe Venegas' Drumma imprint is back with a top release from one of minimal techno's true legends: Luciano. The Cadenza head honcho delivers two examples of his superb sonic sorcery on the Quarion EP. From the slinky and hypnotic epic "Barriere De Lumiere" making use of the Swiss-Chilean producer's examples of amazing hi-tech melodies, while "Be Bap Bop" is more straight-ahead, dancefloor ready tackle with its jacking reductionist bounce. On the flip, there's a remix by Venegas himself which takes "Barriere De Lumiere" down much funkier and polyrhythmic territory. It is perfect for those daytime party vibes on The White Isle this Summer.
