You'd be forgiven for assuming Sukhumvit Records are a Thai label but they're actually from the minimal/tech house hotbed that is Mannheim, Germany. An up and coming label that has featured the work of Nekes, David Nicolas and Archie Hamilton in recent times, they now present some newer artists on the label roster for the Good Times, Bad Friends EP. First up Ho Do Ri delivers the booming, swing fuelled groove of "Fog City Neighbourhood Cab" which is reminiscent of Frankfurt legends La Pena. Next up local lad Fabe delivers the smooth minimal house groove of "Def Chord" while Durrred gives us the druggy and rolling after-hours groove entitled "A Quarter To Ten" which will equally appeal to fans of the Romanian sound.
