Founded by Nathaniel 'Soho808' Jay back in 2012, the Brooklyn-based Love Revolution label is amongst a clutch of Stateside operations focusing on the classic house sound from an international cast of producers. The name derives from Jay's favourite Mood II Swing remix fact fans. Love Rev 005 is here and it sees a transatlantic dust up between Irish upstart Cromby and previous label contributor DJ Nav. The latter calls shotgun and lays down two peak time house bangers on the A Side with the pad heavy "Gettin' Close" a particularly deep gem. Despite his tender age of 21 years, Cromby shows he's no production slouch either with "Deep Inside Your Love" having a real classic feel to it's composition.
