Leipzig's masterful Mikrodisko label are in uncharacteristically rampant form this year. Having released nothing since 2012's excellent Mix Mup transmission, Drive By, Mikrodisko broke radio silence with that Lifetime Subscription split release in April and now return with a second 12" offerin of 2016. The low-lying Demian is the artist responsible, graduating to full 12" honours after first appearing on Mikrodisko via a 2010 split 12" featuring Lowtec and Kassem Mosse. With a press release in German and wilfully obscure, there is little in the way of additional info we can add for Demian and this Electric Fever Underwater 12" but what is clear is the cuts kick hard! Of the three, it's the loose and jacking box jam "Fever" that is most immediately gratifying.
