The mysterious Delicate Wash returns with a fifth edition of edits here. The emotive and heartfelt deepness of 'Take It Off!' takes it cues from the Ron Trent and Joe Claussell style of spiritual life music, while the stardust feels of B side cut 'April Charms' ventures deep into the aether complete with celestial FM pads and hypnotic pan pipes - all to a backdrop of firm 707 drums. Over on the fip though is the EP's most surprising highlight in the form of the leftfield cut 'Aove', led by its mesmerising farfisa organ melody which elevates you to a higher level of consciousness underpinned by lo-fi CR-78-like drums. Magnificent!
