Damiano von Erckert's long-running Ava label sprouts a new division in the enticingly named Ava Special with the popular German producer and DJ taking the reins for the debut release. It's a one-sided affair so we'll keep things brief; "Housem III" finally seeing a vinyl release after racking up serious plays on von Erckert's SoundCloud in a few months (22k and counting!). One of those tracks that is destined to sound out over festival stages, boat parties and open air events as the summer draws to a close, "Housem III" is an instantly-gratifying slab of throwback deep house with the most earwormy of vocal hooks. Nuff said.
