Review: It's already been a strong year for Diego Krause, with releases on Apollonia and Made Fresh Daily picking up nicely where last year left off. This latest release finds Krause back on home turf with the third chapter in the Unison Wax story, providing an ideal platform for exploring all the different shades of groove the Berlin producer loves turning his hand to. "Track 1" marches forth with an uptempo house purpose that sports a perfect balance of deep melodic tones and punchy beats, while "Track 2" gets into a downtempo groove that would sound right at home on Mo Wax. "Track 3" slips back into the upbeat thrust of the dance without losing that wistful lilt in the keys, and then "Track 4" heads into sublime dubbed out house territory.

Review: Having previously showcased his fluid brand of techno and deep house on Suena Hermosa and Beste Modus, Diego Krause decided to launch the Unison Wax label as a vehicle for his productions back in 2013. Here he returns with a fourth volume, seemingly keen to wring maximum atmosphere and deepness via a quartet of smooth, well-produced cuts. He opens with a subtly starry fusion of techno hypnotism and quiet deep house warmth, before concentrating on groove with the late night tech-house throb of "Track 2". Flip for the bass-heavy, stripped-back groove science of "Track 3", and the typically Germanic afterhours pump of "Track 4".

Review: Berlin scene veteran Diego Krause serves up the seventh release on his Unison Wax imprint and doing what he does best: deep and dubby tech house that's best served at the afterhours. Kicking off with the lo-slung tribal groove of the title track, Krause goes deeper into the morning hours next with the swirling and hypnotic minimalism of "Phenomena". On the flip, things get off to a bouncy start with the tripped-out and swing-fuelled house shenanigans of "The Company You Keep" followed by "Lost Tribe" which will draw you in with its entrancing and infectious bass-driven attitude.

Review: With the second release on his Unison Wax imprint Diego Krause is once again demonstrating how to make a heads down tracky cut worthy of attention. By placing the emphasis on crafting an impeccable trio of heavy weight house beats rich in bump and swagger, little else is needed to give these tracks appeal. In the case of "Mogul" there are occasional splashes of dubby effects and submerged organ sounds in amongst the insistent shuffle, while "Vertical" allows in a little more melody amongst the stout rhythms. "Citizen" too has little helpings of decoration around the bongo-infected groove, but it's not essential as the drums do all the talking.
