Review: Dutch artist Stef Davidse makes his Eastenderz debut with his latest EP, and the 56th releease to grace its esteemed annals. Recalling the organ-laden of early Chicago house but coming laced with contemporary, humorous and cool sound effects, the likes of 'State Of Mind' and 'Da Record' are bass-riffing intrigues, all designed to both tantalise and sate.

Review: When it comes tech house, Eats End Dubs's Eastenderz label is right up there with the best of them. This time out the 55th outing comes from Julian Fijima. As always it's a fine distillation of tech, dub and house with a hint of garage thrown in too on opener 'Get Funky', then 'Destructive Rhythm' brings rave synth stabs and dark vocals. 'Optional Illusion' has more molten acid lines run through its midst and last of all is the best of the lot - the percussive swing of 'How It's Going Down.'
