Kryptic Minds - "The Truth" (Insideinfo remix) (5:54)
Rene Lavice - "The Calling VIP" (4:53)
Review: Andy C's mega-label Ram celebrates the big 200 in style: triple vinyl in trifold sleeve with etched sixth side, each of the five cuts represent Ram's dark, start extremes. The touching depths of Culture Shock's long-awaited "Piano Dark", the Noisia-level antics of Audio on his June Miller, InsideInfo's deep throat bass on "The Truth" and the add bass fluctuations on Rene's VIP. 200 singles deep and still killing it, Ram have put together a serious package here.

Empathy
Operation Ivy
Review: One of their best signings of 2013, Ram once again reminds us exactly why they snapped up the well-respected Dutch/Anglo duo June Miller. "Empathy" ignites with what appears to be a soulful, sexy liquid cut before slamming hard into a raffish bassline and a biting riddim. "Operation Ivy" is equally unique as we jitter and jive to a frenetic two-step and wild digi-slap-bass combo. With heavy support from Ram boss Andy C (including on his massive Nightlife 6 album), both of these cuts absolutely kill it. June Miller are nailing it right now.

Rock N Roll
Cat: RAMM 211. Rel: 23 Feb 16
Rock 'N' Roll (4:41)
Wildlife (4:22)
Review: Powerhouse Ram collab business as Anglo-Dutch duo June Miller play a mean head-butting game with Russian trio Teddy Killerz. "Rock 'N' Roll" has one of the best intros Ram have released in a while before dropping into a sweaty, moshy, air-guitar-snapping halftime groove. "Wildlife", meanwhile, is a sharp, steppy jump-up jam with staccato bass and a powerfully funky breakdown with big percussion and cinematic horns. A near-perfect example of collaboration science.

Robots & Romans (5:23)
We Are Not Human (feat Hannah Lux) (4:03)
Brace (4:11)
Further Seems Forever (6:11)
Review: Bart van Dijk and Mark McCann have clearly learnt a thing or two since they first joined forces under the June Miller alias in 2007. There's a confident swagger about their long-promised debut album, Robots & Romans. They're at a point in their career when they can do whatever they like and, for the most part, pull it off. This freedom allows them to flit effortlessly between different D&B strands, from the punishing, tech-tinged madness of the opening exchanges, to the soulful bagginess of "We Are Not Human", via the wobble-step insanity of "Saus" and the electro-influenced Virus Synidcate hook-up "Stormtrooper". There's even some impeccable liquid deepness in the shape of "Further Seems Forever".

Review: With the annual debauched jamboree that is the Miami Winter Music Conference in full swing, Ram Records has decided to unleash a celebratory mix from party-friendly D&B/hardcore fusionists June Miller. Predictably, the Utrecht-based duo goes hard from the off, beginning a typically fun and sweaty mix-up with the bombastic delights of Loadstar's "Under Pressure (VIP)". While there are plenty of dark and twisted moments throughout the action-packed 28-track journey, the duo wisely slips in some deeper, funkier and more melodic cuts, with "Nocturnal Stories" by Salaryman, Loko's soul-flecked "Hold You Tight" and the old school jungle flex of Chroma's "So Alone (VIP)" standing out.
