Notes: The Auralex ISO-Tone Turntable Isolation Platform is specifically engineered to decouple turntables from the supporting surfaces they rest on. The ISO-Tone diminishes structural vibrations and commonly associated acoustic feedback associated with desktops and DJ cases. Designed for turntablists, mobile DJs, audiophiles, rental houses and anyone seeking enhanced turntable performance, purity and accuracy, the ISO-Tone features a 0.75" layer of black fabric-wrapped MDF that floats on a layer of Auralex's proprietary Platfoam that protects turntables from unwanted vibrations. The 17.75" W x 14.25" D x 1.75" H isolation platform accommodates most turntables and the low-profile design enables easy transport.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***

Due to the manufacturing process, some small bubbles will be present on the underside of each foot. This is normal and is due to the type of polymer used and the process of pouring the polymer into the mould. When poured, air bubbles are released and settle at the top of the mould. Also, the type of polymer used has a slight stickiness to it - again, this is normal and is a characteristic of the material used.

Notes: Built from mild steel, laser cut and CNC folded, and welded to leave a seamless join. MK top plates are powder coated with a hard wearing finish. Easy to clean, the top plates help to protect decks from being marked. Just take the hinges off your deck and slip your top plate over.

Please note; the rear hinges must be removed before putting on the top plate. The hinges can be left off or put back after installation.

Notes: This heavy Record Puck ensures a firm fit between the record and the platter surface.

Record pucks use weight to secure a playing vinyl record against the turntable platter. By holding the two together, the sound performance of the turntable will improve, in timing and depth of sound.

We recommend using heavy weight clamps on RPM, Signature & Xtension series turntables.

Notes: Any vibrations in the record during playback will be picked by the cartridge and will be reproduced by the amplifier and speakers causing muddy sound, distortion and reduced detail. In order to avoid record vibrations you must make sure that the contact between the record and the platter is as perfecrt as possible.The tonar record clamp presses the record flat against the platter. Put the record on the turntable and then put the clamp on the spindle, press down & turn the knob to tighten. The weight of the clamp is minimal so it can be used on any record player with a fixed spindle.

Also many older manufactured records are warped to varying degrees, this causes big problems for the diamond stylus of the cartridge to track the grooves properly. The stylus pressure fluctuates as the stylus moves up and down while trying to track the warps. With bad results: muddy sound reproduction with distortions and if the turntables drive isn't really strong... audible flutter. In some cases the stylus may actually loose contact with the groove causing a hissing sound. Using the Tonarclampit will press the record onto the turntable platter, and the problematic surface will be flattened while you play the record causing a dramatic improvement of the reproduced sound on old records.

Take care that the platter bearing of your turntable is able to accept the additional weight of 760 g. If in any doubt please consult your record player instructions or your dealer before buying or using this weight.
