Review: "School Days" was on Montego Bay sound system maestro Allan Crichton aka White Mice's self titled album from 2006 and was always one of the record's most played cuts. Here it is presented as an alternative mix with crisp, hot-stepping beats and steel plated digi-dub percussion. The vocals hang in the air up top and keep hammering home the point. The version on the flip-side is riddled with manic stabs and plenty of echo and dub to make it primed to cook up a little freakiness on the floor.

His first break came at Sun Splash in 1985, when he and Little Kirk were called on stage to perform with Tenor Saw. Recording at King Jammy's and Channel One studios, with Junior Delgado at the controls, over next the few years Mice let off a series of records amongst the very deadliest of digital reggae - nearly all on his brother Blemo's Intelitec imprint, out of Miami.
