Electro Harmonix Mainframe Bit Crusher Effects Pedal
Cat: 793996 Rel: 12 Oct 20

Bit crusher pedal
Notes: Clever take on bit crushing, sample rate reduction and all-round lo-fi goodness. Crunchy retro digital sounds with a neat option to tune the sample rate to the key of your song.

Supplier's Notes:
Buzz. Beep and bloop. Electro Harmonix are high on the lo-fi sounds of "old-school" games, toys and terminals and the Mainframe Bit Crusher takes us back in time to when Pac Man and Donkey Kong ruled the arcades, to when the Commodore 64 was high tech.

It provides sample rate reduction ranging from 48kHz to 110Hz. A little background- the sample rate is the number of times per second that a sample or snapshot of an analog signal is taken. For example, CDs (remember them?) had a sample rate of 44.1kHz which means that the original analog signal is sampled 44,100 times per second.

Empress Effects Echo System Dual Engine Delay Pedal
Cat: 783107 Rel: 24 Sep 20

Delay pedal
Notes: Spanning the gamut of known delay possibilities and beyond, the Echosystem could be the ultimate delay-crafting tool. Faithful emulations of classics like digital, tape and analog delays are numerous, as well as Empress' own take on each of these delay styles. Moving beyond the traditional, the vast amount of sonic ground the Echosystem can cover becomes apparent. Check out the ambient modes when you're feeling chilled out, or perhaps a visit to the multi tap modes for a taste of inspiration.

The Dual Engine functionality allows any 2 of these delays to be used together, routed in either parallel, series, or left/right configurations.

In addition to delays, there's the super-useful reverb combos, which will elevate any guitar part. Oh, and don't forget Whisky mode, best accompanied by a dram of whatever you've got!

The pedal has 12 algorithm types, all with multiple variations. For example, there are 4 different tape delays on tap.

Emulations of classic tape and analog units are available, as well as our take on these types of delay.

All the algorithm controls are sitting on a knob in front of you, no fiddling through laborious menus.

Global tap tempo as well as local tempo with lots of subdivisions are available on all modes, in addition to being able to set the delay time directly with the knob.

Features a signal to noise ratio of >104dB and maintains an analog dry path.

2 delays can be used at the same time, each with its own full set of controls and routed in serial, parallel or left/right.

Settings can be saved to 35 presets. With three stomp switches, accessing the presets is easy.

Bank style or scrolling style preset modes.

It can be configured to run with true bypass or buffered bypass if you want to hear trails.

Cabinet Simulator - 3 variations to choose from, perfect for recording, practicing or for gigs without an amp.

Get hum-free operation when operating in stereo with two amps. Output 2 is isolated with a transformer to eliminate nasty ground loops.

48kHz sampling, with 24 bit conversion and 32 bit internal processing.

Dry signal is left untouched, and blended with the wet signal using VCA. (no zipper noise, hooray!)

The Universal Control Port allows you to connect an expression pedal, external tap switch, control voltage, external audio input and MIDI - all using a standard 1/4" jack!

The Advanced configuration menu lets you configure how your delay works. Select from true or buffered bypass, 0-35 presets, MIDI configuration, Control Port(expression pedal, external tap, control voltage and MIDI) as well as which style of preset system to use, input signal pad, output transformer enable and more!

The enclosure measures approximately 5.7" by 3.75" by 1.75", which is delightfully small when considering all the features packed into this unit.

Empress Effects Heavy High Gain Distortion Pedal
Cat: 783043 Rel: 10 Sep 20

High gain distortion pedal
Notes: In this aptly named box you'll find a huge range of killer high gain tones. From crisp, mid-driven 80's metal, to scooped, modern down-tuned brutality, this little box of sonic mayhem does it all. The two independent channels can be voiced similarly so that one channel can be used as a solo boost, or they can be voiced entirely differently by using the mid range control in conjunction with the 3 position mid frequency select switch. Add in separate weight controls to shape the low end response of each channel, and a global hi/low eq section that allows you to fine tune your particular amp and cab combination, and you've got a serious tool to create a supremely heavy sounding rig.

On top of all this, there's an extremely responsive and hassle free noise gate that will ensure dead silent operation with even the most obscene amounts of gain added.

To increase the tone range even further 3 variations on each effect are available for a total of 9 tweak-able modes. All this flexibility is easy to access via a preset system capable of storing up to 8 different presets.

Empress Effects Zoia Modular FX Synthesiser Pedal
Cat: 783109 Rel: 10 Sep 20

Synthesiser pedal
Notes: Well on its way to becoming a cult favourite already, Empress's Zoia brings modular synthesis to a compact pedal format. Create effects, synths, controllers or modules to integrate with other instruments.

Supplier's Notes:

The ZOIA is basically a modular synthesizer in pedal form. Instead of being a delay effect or tremolo, the ZOIA provides the modules necessary to build a delay or tremolo from the ground up. But since you're the one building it, you can make it do whatever you want. With the ZOIA you can build your own custom effects, synthesizers, midi controllers, and virtual pedal boards. And to make life a little easier, these modules have been created for all your standard guitar effects. So for instance, if you want a phaser, you can just plop down a phaser. You don't have to break out the textbooks to learn that they're built out of all-pass filters. (Of course, if you're a nerd like us, you can use the ZOIA to build them out of all-pass filters).

Notes: This is how you wished your Fuzzface sounded... Fat and Harmonic. And it cleans up like a vintage Fender amp when you turn down your guitar's volume control. The Rolling Stones and the Black Crowes have discovered this trick.

If you love the first 2 Hendrix releases then you'll love this pedal, with 2 Germanium transistors hand-picked and tested for optimum performance. A Contour Knob lets you dial in Midrange, Harmonics and Sustain, also an Input Bias knob that takes out the "woofiness" and gives great Overdrive/Distortion sounds when its level is reduced. An Internal Trimmer allows for adjustment of Clipping Symmetry, Harmonics, and Tracking.

Specifications subject to change at any given moment due to availability... and whimsy.

True-Bypass w/LED is standard equipment to preserve tone when the pedal is off!

Fulltone 70 70's Classic Fuzz With Matched BC108C Silicon Transistors Pedal
Cat: 782503 Rel: 11 Sep 20

Fuzz pedal
Notes: Ever played an original FuzzFace from around 1970? (HINT: Not AT ALL the same sound as ones with the same namesake being mass-produced currently.) Fuzztone's has two intentionally mismatched (for harmonic content) silicon transistors that snarl and spit... not for the meek! If you put the "Fuzz" on 10 you will rip, and you might get all sorts of oscillation and weirdness... but that's Rock. Don't try using it with a wah wah... you can't, and neither could Jimi, without it screaming and howling. You want polite and quiet? Go elsewhere. You want art in a box? Come on in.

Housed in a 16 gauge steel box and powder coated deep blue, this pedal is a bit unruly but with some warmth... ideal for older 4 input Marshall amps, it has much more FUZZ than the '69 Pedal and includes a Mid control for extra clarity and cut.

Fulltone Full-Drive 1	Overdrive Pedal
Cat: 782522 Rel: 16 Sep 20

Overdrive pedal
Notes: Yes it's true, finally the sound of a late 90s to early 2000s Fulldrive with-OUT the boost channel! Simple as it comes... with Volume, Tone, Drive, and toggle bringing back the Flat-Mids (FM), Vintage, and the infamous (for assaulting the front end of tube amps) Comp-Cut (CC) modes. Simple True-Bypass switching, 9-18 volt operation. No need to find and pay $400-$600 for a 90's FD2 anymore.

Soundwise, this is based on the exact (full midrange) Comp-Cut that was in the earliest FD2s, not the Flatter mids CC in later models. So even though the FD-1 will have the Flat-Mids mode, the Comp-Cut is the fuller-mids version identical to the "pre FM/pre-MOSFET" versions of the FD2. This tiny pedal is the size of Fulltone's Mas-Malo, with top-mounted (also called rear mounted) jacks & power port, and a JRC4558 chip for your go-to overdrive sound. Come home.

Fulltone Full-Drive 2 V2 Overdrive With Boost Pedal
Cat: 782837 Rel: 11 Sep 20

Overdrive pedal
Notes: Since the 1990s, Fulltone's FullDrive series of pedals have been among the most popular overdrive stompboxes around. Undergoing many refinements and tweaks over years to meet the demands of its fans, the FullDrive 2 V2 is the smallest and most pedalboard-friendly version yet!

Featuring a super-compact enclosure without losing any of the key controls or functionality that users adore, this potent-sounding unit can really add some grit to your amp.

2 Footswitches:
Left ON/OFF footswitch: True-Bypass switching with exclusive Fulltone "Anti-Pop" circuit.
Right "Channel select" footswitch: switches between Overdrive 1 or Overdrive 2, each with individually adjustable Volume and Drive knobs.
100% Built in the USA.
16 gauge cold rolled steel chassis with easy battery access via 2 thumbscrews.
9-18VDC operation, extremely green circuit only pulling 10mA of current.

2 toggle switches to access the many clipping options
LEFT 3-position switch:
Comp-Cut- removes clipping diodes, not a clean boost because it can distort the opamp.
Flat Mids- a late 1990's Fulltone invention that feeds signal back on to the clipping diodes removing the Mid-hump.
Vintage- traditional 90's Full-Drive slightly asymmetrical clipping.
RIGHT 3-position switch
Wide- combines Mosfets & Schottky Diodes for more clarity, less compression, a more D*mble-like sound.
Standard- traditional 90's FD2 slightly asymmetrical.
Half-Clipped- another Fulltone exclusive, only clips the top waveform for extreme clarity, feel, and touch like you've never experienced!

Explanation of DRIVE 2 channel.
Think of it as the "More" Channel....
Engaging the DRIVE 2 footswitch brings in the DRIVE 2 knob, allowing you to add distortion (in addition) to what's selected on the DRIVE 1 knob.
At the same time, the pedal jumps from the (pedal's main, large) VOLUME knob level setting to a higher level selected on the DRIVE 2 VOLUME (mini-knob.)
Practical uses:

1) Use as a volume Booster (same Distortion setting, only louder): Set DRIVE 2 knob to "0" and set DRIVE 2 VOLUME mini-knob to taste

2) Use as a higher Gain lead tone with Volume Boost: set DRIVE 2 knob anywhere above "0" and DRIVE 2 VOLUME mini-knob to taste. Ideally you set DRIVE 1 for your lower-distortion sounds and DRIVE 2 for the higher distortion sound...effectively giving you 2 pedals.

Fulltone Full-Drive 3	Overdrive With Boost Pedal
Cat: 782842 Rel: 23 Sep 20

Overdrive pedal
Notes: Unlike its cousin the FD2, the FD3 uses both a JFET input and a JFET op-amp, giving it the most tube-like sound you can get out of a tubeless pedal. Along with great sound, these JFET's give the FD3 an ultra-high Input impedance which allows the pedal to mate with any type/gain of pickup and react well to changes in your guitar's volume control.

3-way CLIPPING toggle switch:
Set to 90's and you'll get symmetrical clipping with ample midrange.
Set the switch to WIDE ASYM (wide asymmetrical) and more sweet highs and lows come through, along with chimey, Class-A style even harmonic overtones.
set to COMP-CUT mode, pure opamp-overdrive, with no diode clipping assistance. Aggressive, cutting, and capable of a huge volume boost to slam the input of your amp.

Discrete Channels:
Unlike the FD2, the FD3 has completely independent OVERDRIVE and BOOST channels, and the ORDER toggle switch allows placing the BOOST channel before or after the OVERDRIVE channel. The BOOST channel is also an extremely transparent, high-headroom 100% JFET-powered circuit.

Buffered Bypass:
Serial# 2548 and higher FD3 pedals are now Buffered-Bypass instead of True-Bypass, so the FD3 will always drive long cables, be isolated from other effects, and always retain the highs and feel of your amplifier whether the pedal is turned ON or OFF. Do not confuse the hi-quality JFET op-amp buffer in the FD3 with the simple single transistor buffers on other pedals. The FD3's buffer sounds rich and fat, not thin.

DYNAMICS knob:
A Fulltone-exclusive Germanium diode Limiter circuit circuit that alters the feel of the notes being played as well as subdues transient spikes which can overload your amp's input. This feature can make even a stiff amp feel responsive and juicy, and sweeten the treble frequencies.

The Icing on the cake? The housing is about 20% smaller than the traditional FD2.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Input impedance: 1.1 mega-ohms. Output Impedance: 180 ohms.
Dimensions: 5.17"W x 4.26"D x 2.36" H. Weight: 1lb 7oz.
Power Consumption: maximum 13 ma with both channels on

Fulltone Secret Freq Dynamic Asymmetrical Clipping Overdrive/Distortion Pedal
Cat: 782869 Rel: 13 Oct 20

Overdrive/distortion pedal
Notes: Not just 'another' distortion pedal. Classic natural, dynamic overdrive and heavier rock distortion, but with a unique narrow-band midrange boost for sweet sustain and bite.

Supplier's Notes:
What's this, another touch-sensitive, dynamic, natural sounding overdrive/distortion to confuse the marketplace?

Nope, this is the Fulltone Secret Frequency. Secret Freq. for short. Although it does the gig-friendly clean boost and OD thing as good as any, it goes well past that when asked to, right into Rock territory while retaining a natural sound.

Dynamic asymmetrical clipping gives the Secret Freq. a sweet, musical clean boost, juicy overdrive, and rich, touch responsive high gain sounds. Not like the PlimSoul, nothing like the OCD, and not like any other pedal, but worth the price of admission were you to use it simply as is for your bread and butter OD/Distortion pedal.

But the 'Freq has WAY more tricks in its bag than your average transparent OD/Distortion... it just may knock a handful of OD/Distortions right off your 'board and straight on to Ebay thanks to another innocent looking knob labeled Freq.

What's this "Freq." knob?

Turn it Clockwise and my proprietary circuit adds as much as 20db of active narrow band juicy MIDRANGE right where it does the most good, it's like installing a wah-wah right where the distortion is being generated. But unlike turning on your wah-wah along with a distortion pedal, with the 'Freq. the bass and treble frequencies don't disappear... Very unique, and not to be confused with a simple active or passive midrange control tacked on to the end of the circuit, as is the case with all other pedals you've tried with a Mid control. Adding the 'Freq's midrange imparts WAY more sustain and lets you easily place the guitar in the mix where you want it, irrespective of volume... soundman's not going to bury you anymore.

What's it sound like?

Along with a slew of basic great OD/Distortion pedal sounds, it allows you to replicate a very, very wide range of your favorite guitar & amp sounds. Remember that when the 'Freq. knob is fully-counter-clockwise the Midrange enhancement effect is OUT of the picture and the pedal is a truly versatile and natural sounding pretty transparent OD/Distortion! At low to mid overdrive settings, turning the 'Freq knob up a little gets hammer-of-the-Gods penetrating PUNCH!

At more extreme (clockwise) Freq settings?

Brings a smile to your face an evokes the coolest Jimmy Page, Brian May, Michael Schenker, Robin Trower, Tom Scholz tones that you just couldn't previously get without a bunch of studio EQ, just the right setting on a great wah-wah, or a slew of British amps.

Fulltone Soulbender 60's Classic Fuzz Pedal with 3 Matched Germanium Transistors
Cat: 782873 Rel: 11 Sep 20

Fuzz pedal
Notes: The Soul-Bender is based on the legendary Colorsound and Vox Series III ToneBenders made by Sola-Sound/England in the late '60's that was used by Beck and Page on much of their circa 1968-70 recordings.

Equipped with 3 gain-matched germanium transistor for a FAT, searing lead tone, I also made the Tone control response and range more usable and much less shrill sounding... Full clockwise is SMOOTH sounding.

The Soul-Bender cleans up when you back-off on the guitar's volume control. This pedal has tons of tonal character and even harmonics and of course, true bypass w/ LED is included with every one.

Notes: The logical progression to the beloved Supa-Trem1 is here!

It's a much, much smaller than the ST-1 at only 3.9" wide x 4" deep, and more intelligent version of the epic Supa-Trem1. Sporting True-Bypass,Tap-Tempo, external Tap jack, Half/Double hold feature, up to 15dB boost, true Square, Sine, and the natural heartbeat-like Warble wave-forms! It also can do speeds so slow that a full cycle takes around 10 seconds, and fast speeds beyond 220bpm. The heart of the ST-1 is still there, the warm Analog Devices JFET preamp. And this pedal is so small it will fit in your pocket, and with its top-mounted jacks, will fit in any little spot on your board. Don't forget, just like the ST-1, the Jr also works as an incredible clean boost with the Mix control turned down!

Hungry Robot Clockable LFO Desktop Module
Cat: 780980 Rel: 03 Sep 20

LFO module
Notes: The Clockable LFO brings multiple waveforms, CV control, subdivisions, and wave symmetry in a simple, user friendly package. LFO speed can be controlled by the tap tempo pushbutton, clock input, or over-sized Speed knob. There are three waveforms that can be selected by toggle and further modified by the Level and Symmetry knob. The Symmetry knob shifts the wave form from a symmetrical wave to a ramp up or ramp down waveform (or when using square wave, acts a pulse width control). Clock In and Clock Out for syncing with other devices. All knobs on the Clockable LFO can be manipulated with CV. As with all Hungry Robot "Modular Boxes" the Clockable LFO can be powered with a simple 9V DC, Negative Center power supply.

KNOBS
-SPEED: Sets the overall speed of the LFO. Turning this knob will override any tap or clocked tempo. This control is still affected by subdivision.
-LEVEL: Sets the level of the LFO output. Ranges from 0-10V peak-to-peak
-SYMMETRY: Sets the symmetry of the waveform. Shifting from ramp-down to ramp-up on triangle and sin waves. Adjusts pulse width on square.

SWITCHES
-SUBDIVISIONS: Selects subdivisions (x1,x2,#2). Automatically converts LFO speed.
-WAVESHAPE: Selects the waveshape of the LFO output (Sin, Triangle, Square)

PATCH POINTS
-SPD CV: CV input for Speed. Allows for CV control of this parameter.
-SYM CV: CV input for Symmetry. Allows for CV control of this parameter.
-LVL CV: CV input for Level. Allows for CV control of this parameter.
-CLK IN: Will sync to external clock. Will override the speed knob.
-CLK OUT: Outputs a 5V clock signal at 50% duty cycle. Can also be useful as a gate signal for your ADSR
-LFO OUT: Two outputs of final waveform. Both outputs are buffered for minimal signal attenuation. 10V Peak-to-Peak

PUSHBUTTON
-CENTER PUSHBUTTON: On-board tap tempo. Will override the speed knob.

Hungry Robot El Castillo Arpeggiating Reverb Pedal
Cat: 780927 Rel: 03 Sep 20

Reverb pedal
Notes: El Castillo is an arpeggiating reverb that takes pitch-bent reverb to an entirely new level.

It uses a unique combination of 3 circuit blocks (reverb, pitch-shift, and delay) to create a highly experimental, ambient reverb.

REVERB - The reverb block is the heart of the pedal. It uses the same high quality reverb brick found in my other reverb pedals. It has two controls: Level and Regen. The Level control increases the amount of wet signal, without effecting the dry signal. The Regen control controls the amount of signal fed through the feedback loop. Turing up the Regen knob will increase the decay and also the number or arpeggiations.

PITCH-SHIFT - The pitch-shift block is located in the feedback loop of the reverb. Adding a pitch-shift to the feedback signal creates a stair step effect. Each time the signal travels through the feedback loop, it will shift the pitch of the wet signal up or down. The pitch shifting section is controlled by the Quantize mode switch and the Pitch Knob (small, middle knob).

DELAY - The delay block is also located inside the feedback loop. It is a simple, single repeat delay that can range from 0-800ms. This feature causes the signal to delay going through the pitch-shift block. With the delay time set at minimum, the stair stepping effect happens very quickly. As you increase the delay time, the pitch intervals are stretched out and it creates a very gradual pitch arpeggiation. The delay length is determined by the Stretch knob.

MODES - El Castillo has 2 modes of operation: Un-Quantized and Quantized. The toggle switch selects the mode and determines the function of the Pitch knob.

---In the Un-Quantized mode (toggle to the left), the pitch knob has a free-range and can select any pitch interval between -1 octave and +1 octave. At 12 o'clock, there is zero pitch-shift.

---In the Quantized mode (toggle to the right), the pitch-shift is locked to -1 octave and +1 Octave. Turning the pitch knob crossfades between the two octave shifts to allow both to be heard at once or separately. Turning the knob fully to the left provides only octave down intervals. Turning the knob to the right provides only octave up intervals (traditional shimmer). At 12 o'clock, there is a 50/50 blend of octave up and octave down intervals.

Hungry Robot The Borderland (Lite) Ambient Digital Reverb With Octave Pedal
Cat: 780924 Rel: 03 Sep 20

Digital reverb with octave pedal
Notes: The Borderland (lite) contains the same base circuitry and reverb algorithm as its older sibling, but without the modulation options. It contains the same lush reverb algorithm and retains the three octave mode. It is perfect if you love the tone of The Borderland, but don't need the complex LFO and modulation options and just want a really solid ambient reverb.

Pressing down on the right footswitch sends the pedal into near infinite sustain with the trails teetering on the edge of self-oscillation. The Effect and Clean knobs allow you to dial in the perfect ratio of wet and dry signals. Adjusting the Ambiance and Brilliance knobs sets the length of decay and the cutoff frequency of the onboard low pass filter, ranging from a small room reverb to a cavernous, dark hall reverb.

The Borderland (lite) is the perfect for creating lush, ambient textures.

Knobs

"Clean" - Sets the volume of the original dry signal
"Ambiance" - Sets the overall decay of the reverb trails

"Brilliance" - Sets the cutoff frequency of the low pass filter

"Effect" - Sets the volume of the wet reverb signal

Toggle Switch

Octave - Enables a three octave reverb algorithm. Taking the original reverb signal and mixing it in with an octave up and octave down reverb.

Footswitches

Left - Master On/Off

Right - Sends the pedal into near infinite sustain

Other
"Secret Mode" - There is a secret mode that can be selected internally by way of a dipswitch. This mode replaces the reverb code with delay code. The "Ambiance" knob is now delay feedback and the "Brilliance" knob is now delay time.

Hungry Robot The Karman Line Joystick Delay & Oscillation Device Pedal
Cat: 780928 Rel: 03 Sep 20

Delay & oscillation device pedal
Notes: The Karman Line is a modulating joystick delay and oscillation device that features a heavily filtered, lo-fi delay line with vinyl inspired pitch modulation.

The repeats on The Karman Line are dark and overdriven. The not-so-subtle grittiness provides the perfect tone for creating a deeply textured, lo-fi wall-of-sound. The Karman Line was designed for glitchy experimentalists, but can find its place in many musical settings.

The Karman Line features vinyl-esque pitch modulation centered on an all analog, light-based LFO. The modulation mimics the sound of slowing down a record player with your finger. The modulation can go from subtle to extreme, borderline obnoxious (in a good way) pitch bending.

The most intriguing aspect of The Karman Line is the implementation of a joystick. The Karman Line employs a delay chip that creates an audible warp as you manipulate the delay time, controlled by the Y-Axis of the joystick. The X-Axis controls the rate of modulation.

The "Swell" footswitch (center) and "Launch" footswitch (right) provide two methods for bringing the circuit into ramping oscillation. Both footswitches work by overloading the circuit with out-of-control repeats (a.k.a. oscillation).

The "Swell" footswitch is a momentary switch that allows you to create a ramping volume swell at any time. It lets the repeats crash into each other, getting louder and louder with each repeat. When you let go, the repeats return to their normal setting.

The "Launch" footswitch is a latching switch that creates a below the mix oscillation that can be manipulated with the joystick for outer space noises. The joystick also acts as a pitch selector. With the "Launch" switch activated, the O.Mix knob overrides the Mix knob to allow you to dampen the volume of the oscillation.

Max delay time is just under 500ms in "GUITAR MODE" and 1000ms in "BASS MODE." Mode is controlled by an internal dipswitch.

Hungry Robot The Lumen State Variable Overdrive Pedal
Cat: 780918 Rel: 03 Sep 20

Overdrive pedal
Notes: The Lumen is a State Variable FET-Based Overdrive. It marks a return to the overdrive world for Hungry Robot Pedals.

Under the hood, it contains an active State Variable Filter, a type of filter that is common place in the synth world. State Variable Filters offer more clarity and presence than standard passive tonestacks. A typical passive tonestack works by removing tonal content, a State Variable Filter works by actively amplifying frequencies that are already present in your signal. The filter is actually made up of 3 individual filters (low pass, band pass, high pass) that split the incoming signal into 3 frequency ranges and amplifies those ranges without tone loss.

While designing The Lumen, Hungry Robot challenged themselves to create an overdrive that used no diode clipping. The most common approach for an overdrive is to send an amplified signal into a clipping section where diodes chop up the waveform and distortion is create. I opted for a more natural approach of cascading FET gain stages. The distortion is created by soaking the transistors with gain. To me, this method provides a more organic, tube-like saturation than a clipping section.

And to top it all off, The Lumen also has a clean blend, allowing you to mix back in some of your clean tone. At 12 o'clock, the clean signal is near unity gain. Past 12 o'clock, it amplifies your clean signal.

Knobs:

"Drive"- Sets the gain level on the first FET stage. It is normal for the knob to crackle when turned.

"Clean" - Sets the level of the clean blend. Past 12 o'clock is boost.

"Level" - Sets the volume of the drive signal.

"H.P" - Sets the level of the high pass filter.

"B.P" - Sets the level of the band pass filter.

"L.P" - Sets the level of the low pass filter.

Hungry Robot The Moby Dick V2 Lofi Tape Delay With Modulation & Tap Tempo Pedal
Notes: The Moby Dick V2 brings up to date one of the first pedals that put Hungry Robot on the map. The original Moby Dick is well known for its chimey, tape-emulating delay line with slight lo-fi imperfections and subtle modulation; a "back-to-basics" delay in the world of multi-mode DSP delays.

The V2 has an obviously smaller footprint, but the most exciting changes lie in the circuit updates. When working on the V2, Hunry Robots wanted to further explore the sonic capabilities of the Moby Dick tape-emulation, rather than a miniature version of the pedal- specifically in a lo-fi, wrecked-tape context.

One of the magical qualities of recording to tape is the lovely saturation. The original Moby Dick had a gritty, saturated quality, but in the V2, this quality was pushed to its limit. A "Lo-Fi" knob which allows you to dial in additional tape saturation to the delay line. This is done by applying pre-gain amplification to the front end of the delay chip, resulting in a wonderfully organic character when gain is applied.

The capabilities of the modulation were also expanded. The original Moby Dick had a very subtle chorusing effect. Though it sounded great, it was admittedly subtle. The V2 increases the modulation depth dramatically, allowing it to travel beyond subtle chorusing into more extreme pitch bending territory. The "Mod" in conjunction with a cranked "Lo-Fi" knob creates the most amazing broken tape-deck quality, but when these knobs are dialed back it retains the overall character of the original.

Hungry Robot The Monastery Dual Channel Polyphonic Octaver Pedal
Cat: 780926 Rel: 03 Sep 20

Polypohnic octave generator pedal
Notes: The Monastery is a Dual Preset, Polyphonic Octave Generator that allows for simultaneous octave up and octave down with minimal latency and excellent tracking anywhere on the neck, even with multiple notes. The Monastery is inspired by the rich, multi-layered, timbre of vintage organs with its subtle Leslie warble.

The Monastery features highly intuitive controls. Hungry Robots decided to deviated from the standard three knob "Dry,Up,Down" controls used in many octave pedals and went for a more intelligent crossfade/pan arrangement. The biggest advantage of this setup is that the volume remains at unity-gain no matter where you set the knobs. The left knobs are the "Dry/Wet" controls. They adjust the ratio of wet and dry and can go from 100% wet to 100% dry with an even split at twelve o'clock. The right knobs are the "+/-" knobs. They work in a similar matter, but control the ratio of octave up and octave down.

The most compelling aspect of The Monastery is the dual preset function. You can seamlessly cycle between two presets with the right footswitch. The top LED denotes which row of controls is active. If the LED is lit, the top row of knobs is active. If the LED is unlit, the bottom row is active.

Hungry Robot The Stargazer V2 Dual Channel Ambient Reverb Pedal
Cat: 780922 Rel: 03 Sep 20

Reverb pedal
Notes: The Stargazer V2 is the follow up to one of Hungry Robots' most loved pedals. The original Stargazer has found it place on the boards of hundreds of musicians around the world. The intent was to keep the overall essence of the orignal the same while expanding its functionality. The "Stargazer" sound that many have fallen in love with remains unchanged with its classic "hall" and "sparkle" modes.

So, what's new? The most exciting change is the "simultaneous, parallel processing" of the two channels. With the new Stargazer, both channels can be used at the same time (the original version only allowed for you to use one channel at a time). The V2 has two independently voiced reverbs that can be stacked in parallel. Layering the two channels makes for an even more lush reverb tone with added depth.

The most obvious change is the physical size of the pedal; The PCB was designed more efficiently without major changes to the circuit.

The "Sparkle" switch has been removed, but both reverb modes are still available. The left channel (red knobs) is the "HALL" channel and is a darker hall-style reverb. The right channel (blue knobs) is the "SPARKLE" channel and is a sparkly, bright reverb that has a shimmery quality without an octave shift.

LEFT CHANNEL - HALL
RIGHT CHANNEL - SPARKLE

J Rockett 45 Caliber 1962 JTM 45 Overdrive Effects Pedal
Cat: 783138 Rel: 30 Sep 20

Overdrive pedal
Notes: Based on the tone of the first ever Marshall amp, the legendary JTM45. Classic creamy leads and crunchy overdriven rhythm tones. Simple control with gain, bass and treble control.

Supplier's Notes:
The new .45 Caliber is a pedal that J Rockett asked to create for some time now. It is a recreation of the original 1962 JTM 45 sound, overdriven. The sonic influence came directly from the old Malcolm Young, brilliantly crunchy rhythm tones and the old Pete Townsend Live at Leeds, face-melting goodness! To achieve that sound seems like an easy task but this design proved to be quite a challenge. After a year or so, it's been nailed both in sound and feel.

The .45 Caliber also takes advantage of the new Speed Switch system.

J Rockett Animal 1968 Plexi Overdrive Effects Pedal
Cat: 783147 Rel: 30 Sep 20

Overdrive pedal
Notes: The ANIMAL OD is back by popular demand. The Animal is an accurate recreation of an overdriven 1968 "Plexi". The ANIMAL OD has the grunt and midrange bark of the old classic rock n roll amps but cleans up extremely well by backing off of your guitar's volume control. The controls are very simple and no matter where they are set they give you a great overdrive sound.

J Rockett APE Classic Tape Echo Preamp & Boost Effects Pedal
Cat: 783154 Rel: 30 Sep 20

Preamp experiment pedal
Notes: The APE is a unique design and an accurate re-creation of a famous vintage tape delay's analogue section. This is not just a preamp but rather the entire analogue circuit from input to output including the sonic influence of the tape heads. It runs at 22.5v just like the original. For convenience it uses a DC to DC converter allowing you to power it with a simple standard 2.1/5.5mm 9v power supply just like most of the pedals on the market.

J Rockett Archer Boost & Overdrive Effects Pedal
Cat: 783165 Rel: 30 Sep 20

J Rockett Blue Note Tour Series Overdrive Effects Pedal (silver)
Cat: 783205 Rel: 30 Sep 20

Overdrive pedal
Notes: The Blue Note Tour Series is exactly what you think a small, compact version of the current production Blue Note. The Blue Note Tour Series is identical in sound to the original Blue Note, but does not offer the Hot Switch option.

The Blue Note Tour Series is designed for the touring musician with a rugged, steel enclosure and the new Speed Switch system. You can live in the jazz/blues world all day long with the Blue Note Tour Series always engaged.

The Blue Note gives you a very woodsy blues overdrive feel and can achieve more gain than a typical tube screamer (no this isn't another TS clone just using this as a reference). With the newly added Hot switch the pedal is capable of multiple tones. The Hot switch adds more gain, more volume and gooses the low mids for a thick juicy feel. The Blue note can be set to run flat in its EQ section or select the Hot position for more prominent mids. Since the Blue note can be run in either position it makes it suitable for many applications. This pedal is all about feel and really works well with any guitar/amp combination.

J Rockett Broverdrive Smooth Overdrive Effects Pedal
Cat: 791425 Rel: 05 Oct 20

Overdrive pedal
Notes: Smooth and 'chewy' overdrive, designed as an antidote to the hundreds of Tube Screamer soundalikes on the market. Mellow and classy distortion that pairs nicely with most amps.

Supplier's Notes:
You are probably reading this expecting a sonic description or a comparison to whatever classic amp it is supposed to be. Is it another Tube Screamer derivative? It could be a little of all of those but it isn't and there's have no clue how to describe it other than it is freakin killer. It sounds great through every amp it was through and it sounds great with all styles of pickups and guitars. But, we know everybody needs that reference so the best we can do is tell you it is very smooth, chewy and cuts through a mix. You can play country, rock, jazz or blues and it maintains an amazing feel.

J Rockett GTO Guthrie Trapp Signature Overdrive Effects Pedal
Cat: 783210 Rel: 30 Sep 20

Overdrive pedal
Notes: The new GTO is the latest design coop with Guthrie Trapp. The original was sort of the Nashville favorite, recreating the old Nobels ODR-1. A great sound in itself but Guthrie wanted more.

The new GTO has a much tighter bottom, less gain and more cut in the mix. It can go from super mild to a really nice, dynamic OD feel. This pedal has compression but in a great way. You can use it as a clean boost and EQ or you can bring in the dirt.

Level: Interactively controls the overall output. The more gain, the louder it will become so you have to use the two in conjunction

Gain: Controls the gain level but also creates compression and feel. It blends with the clean signal so you can really find interesting sounds

Accent: Controls the cut through the mix, the top end and the bite

Warmth : Controls the bottom end but is also very interactive with the Accent control. You can really fatten up the mids but use the accent to keep it from getting woofy.

J Rockett Immortal Echo Warm Echo With Tone Control Effects Pedal
Cat: 783232 Rel: 30 Sep 20

Notes: The Immortal Blue Echo pedal was made with the intention of creating a vintage style echo with full controls, but in a housing for any board size! With an all analog dry signal and warm repeats the Immortal Echo has an addictive ethereal sound that makes the delayed notes musical. J Rockett surveyed many Nashville touring players about what added feature they would like to see and almost everyone said Tone Control.

J Rockett Lenny Dumble Steel String Singer Boost & Tone Effects Pedal
Notes: Lenny was a happy accident. J Rockett inteded to design a recreation of the legendary Dumble Steel String Singer but thought...who needs a loud, clean amp sound in a pedal? The guy that made the Steel String Singer come alive was none other than SRV. With that said, Lenny was born! J Rockett have created a Steel String Singer being pushed to create color, texture and feel versus just loud and clean. Simply put, this is a very musical boost that colors your tone considerably, in an inspiring way...kind of like a Neve console. There is a definite mid character, but boy does it cut through a mix!

Boost - Tons of push, which creates an inter-play with the front end of any amp

Tone - Dials in your highs, simply put

The two controls are interactive and really need each other when slamming an amp. Lenny also takes advantage of the new "Speed Switch" system
