Notes: Twelve Inch Original in bamboo - invisible wall mount for album cover - for attaching your records and record sleeves as wall decoration - no frame or visible hardware.

Twelve Inch Original is the perfect counterpart for your records. So you can easily display your record collection and still impressively and replace the records in seconds. The design is based on the Twelve Inch magnet where no visible frames or brackets are required. All you need to do is attach the black magnetic disc to the wall and insert the Twelve Inch into the record you want to display. The plate looks like it is floating. This is easy and looks good.

Twelve Inch can also be used for Gatefold and standard double LP cases. For heavier records such as deluxe or gatefold versions, always make sure they are firmly attached by aligning the white card exactly so that the metal part adheres to the magnetic disc. Please note that some records may be too heavy for our product. In this case, you can take out the record and display the empty case. If the case tends to open by itself, you can attach the round magnetic cardboard disc to the outside of the case, which holds it together as long as it is attached to the magnetic disc.

Notes: The Tonar Vinyline 4189 is a stereo MM/MC phono amplifier with external power supply unit.

Notes: Any vibrations in the record during playback will be picked by the cartridge and will be reproduced by the amplifier and speakers causing muddy sound, distortion and reduced detail. In order to avoid record vibrations you must make sure that the contact between the record and the platter is as perfecrt as possible.The tonar record clamp presses the record flat against the platter. Put the record on the turntable and then put the clamp on the spindle, press down & turn the knob to tighten. The weight of the clamp is minimal so it can be used on any record player with a fixed spindle.

Also many older manufactured records are warped to varying degrees, this causes big problems for the diamond stylus of the cartridge to track the grooves properly. The stylus pressure fluctuates as the stylus moves up and down while trying to track the warps. With bad results: muddy sound reproduction with distortions and if the turntables drive isn't really strong... audible flutter. In some cases the stylus may actually loose contact with the groove causing a hissing sound. Using the Tonarclampit will press the record onto the turntable platter, and the problematic surface will be flattened while you play the record causing a dramatic improvement of the reproduced sound on old records.

Take care that the platter bearing of your turntable is able to accept the additional weight of 760 g. If in any doubt please consult your record player instructions or your dealer before buying or using this weight.

Notes: ZVERBZ is a collection of new stereo reverb algorithms for the Z-DSP. They range from typical reverbs to more complex effects that combine delay and pitch shifting with reverb. The effects are grouped by decades based on either the era an algorithm was introduced or the time when the effect was most popular. This variety of reverbs covers small to epic size spaces with the addition of shimmering, feedback tunneled pitch shifting, tape delay drivers, gated reverbs and a lot more. uZEUS with flying bus boards: this version features two ribbon bus boards. All you have to do is plug in your modules and play.

The uZEUS mixes linear and switching power technology to produce 1000mA at +12V, 500mA at -12V, and 170mA at +5V and uses a standard +15VDC non-regulated wall adapter for power.

Notes: A full dual processing, with true stereo separation accomplished by using the DSP processor chip as two separate lanes. This card bundle contains four cards, each cover a different territory but all share the concept of dual parallel processing for a true stereo in stereo out effects. This card has a set of programs that use pitch shifting to add depth to the stereo source and include a selection of delay with pitch algorithms too.

True Stereo Bundle: Stereo Filter

A collection of digital models of analog low, high and band pass filters plus a few with internal modulations like Sample and Hold and envelope following.

Notes: "It f*cks with the fabric of time" Tony Visconti describing Pitch Shifting to Brian Eno and David Bowie in 1976. That not so subtle description does quite neatly sum up what the Pitch Shift programs on the 'Time Fabric' card do!

Pitch shifting in the Z-DSP uses a technique called 'rotating tape head' delay lines named after pioneering tape based experiments in Germany in the 1960s. The tape heads move at speeds independent of the tape playback path and two heads are crossfaded to make a continuous output capable of beautiful pitched delay effects, harmonization and smooth reverbs.

These pitch shifting algorithms are much like the earliest digital pitch shifters released. Sounds similar to the Eventide H910, AMS 15-80 (with Pitch board) and Publison DHM 89 can be achieved. These programs are intended more for pure effects rather than the complex multiple harmony lines later devices and plugins became known for producing. Chords from single VCOs can easily be made using the 'Interval' programs on the card though.

Using a Z3000 to clock the Z-DSP, complete chaos from the delay lines and pitch shifting emerges, creating great and unexpected new sounds. Modulating the stereo pair of analog VC-Feedbacks animates the time and distance of the pitch shift opening up these algorithms for additional control from CV and audio signal alike.

Notes: Mariana Trench is an FDN card for the Z-DSP. Feedback Delay Networks (FDNs) are built around multiple delays which are connected to their inputs thanks to a feedback matrix designed for its stability and lossless properties. FDN can mimic the recursive process of sound waves bouncing back and forth in an acoustic space. They were first suggested for artificial reverberation by Michael Gerzon (1971) and later John Stautner and Miller Puckette (1982) introduced four-channel FDN reverberator with general stability conditions.

FDN can also be used as a special case of digital waveguides, they can be tuned, or also used as complex delays. The Mariana Trench Z-DSP cartridge is designed to explore these more unusual sides of the FDN algorithms. Mariana Trench Z-DSP cartridge is designed by Christophe Duquesne Anckorage - Haken Audio developement team - La Voix du Luthier.

Notes: FFSU is heavily on the experimental side. Like our FSU FX module the FSU cards for Z-DSP takes in audio and F#@% S#$^#^ UP. The first three cards are Distort, Glitch and Sound on Sound a creative set for turning any input signal into something entirely different. But in addition to those three card we have included a bonus fourth card, a re-issue of Error Codes, one of the very first cards released to the public by a third party DSP programmer, Rolf Wohrmann, who is now Waldorf Music CTO. The card's last algorithm has been altered by our own Chris Clepper to make it match the current version of the Z-DSP as well as the older ones.

FSU Bundle: Distort

This bank distorts the incoming audio in various ways from emulations of analogue tape and fuzz distortion to ring mod and frequency shifting.

Important Note! All of the programs in this bank are designed to work with the Mix set to 100% wet (full clockwise). Interesting effects can also be made with varying amounts of dry signal mixed in as well.

FSU Bundle: Glitch

This bank of algorithms uses a variety of delay and pitch techniques to introduce glitches and warp the sound.

Most of these work best with 100% wet output (Mix knob at full clockwise) to get the maximum glitchy effects. When the dry is mixed in they can also create types of chorus, delay and tremolo effects as well.

FSU Bundle: SOS

The key to using these programs is to only grab shorter chunks of sound which can be done manually, but an envelope generator (AR, ADSR) can help with controlling and triggering what is recorded.

At the highest Fidelity there is only 1 second of memory but lowering the DSP clock increases the recording time and changes the pitch of the recording. Fidelity is pretty critical to these effects.

These programs need to be set to 100% wet mix for maximum effects.

FSU Bundle: Error Codes (Free Card w/ FSU Bundle)

Error Codes is a reissue of one of the first commercially available cards for the Z-DSP, and is included as a bonus set of audio mangling effects to complement the FSU bundle.
