The fruitful partnership of bass music mavens Mak and Pasteman graduates to a white label release all of it's own with two cheeky edits suited to the most hybridized of dancefloors. "It Ain't Right" taps into a very familiar vocal turn, working the R&B of the original into a groove shaped like breakbeat but clothed in garage. On the flip "Jimmy Kendricks" is a stripped down house cut with subtle licks of vocal in a sparse environment, the space filled out by a booming thud of 808 flavour bass. Those seeking out a handy pair of custom-built battle weapons for diverse dances should look no further.
